CVS: what do users think?
Austin Hoekstra: Do not use this farce of a pharmacy. Today Friday the 12th of May my daughter needed a prescription filled and the doctor's office called it in to here. When my wife arrived after school to pick up the prescription the harmacist told her that they do not fill prescriptions on the weekend. This place is a joke, do yourself and your health a favor and avoid this place if you need your medication in a timely manner.
Ender Wiggen: Pharmacy will ignore filling a doctor's prescription based on THEIR judgment. Certainly related to getting sued over the whole pill mill debacle but annoying nonetheless.
DJ DLUGOSS: Polite and friendly staff. Always ready to help or find you the best deals. Great selection of products. Pharmacy staff is awesome.
Joshua Golden: Pharmacy and pharmacists are great! Friendly , treat you right and help out when the easy answers is to say no.
Wnder Wmn: I absolutely love this location. My daughter and I frequent this CVS to shop for deals. The staff up front and at the pharmacy is helpful. When I first started using the CVS app for coupons they were more than happy to help me understand how to use them. Would recommend.
Bruce Johnson: I tried to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy because we recently moved to the area. I can honestly say that I have never seen such port customer service. They wrongfully filled the Same prescription three times, charged me two hundred dollars each time and when I asked for answers got the flippant pharmacy manager gave me none. She did say it’s the insurance companies fault but the insurance company says there is no reason the script should have cost that. And no one at the store is willing to tell me why communication cannot happen anytime I am in the store. If you values you your sanity never shop here
Michelle B: Best CVS ever!
John Chalawich: Although most of to reviews seem to be 5 months or older. And I do not often frequent this location. I have to say that it was a positive and pleasant and very customer-centric experience! As a regional trainer for a major retail corporation... customer service is always a top priority when shopping. Outside of not feeling well, I was able to get right through to the pharmacy and spoke with a young woman named Lindsay. She was very kind and friendly she answered my questions about some medications. And because they were over the counter explained that I had the opportunity to go in store or through the drive-thru. That is a huge benefit to me as I do not want to share whatever potential illness I might have. And what's more than that on her own accord she offered to go and get both of these medicines and set them behind the drive-thru counter so when I came through they were already prepared and waiting for me. And I am sure that the reality of this happening all the time during peak times may not be possible but at this particular moment it was offered and greatly appreciated! Thank you for the great service and your kindness and patience with me it is greatly appreciated in this day and age.John C. - Fento
Brandon Hohner: Extremely rude customer service from the pharmacist
Ashleigh Ramos: Clean store. Friendly staff. Can usually find what I’m looking for. Also really like that they have a self checkout
Tonia Minor: Haley and the manager who worked the early evening of March 19th (4031 Grange Hall Road in Holly, MI) was nothing short of AMAZING, HELPFUL, and PATIENT with me. I made multiple separate transactions [because I was trying to follow the steps of these famous TikTok couponers that I follow] and I kept messing up (i.e. getting the wrong item, not spending enough to accommodate an ExtraBuck perk, refunding me because I messed up, etc.) and they had no negative attitude about how long it took, about how disruptive I was, and how unorganized I realized I was. They exuded so much patience and courteousness with me. My experience was very positive and I really appreciate them and their customer service skills. Their responses to me were unexpected to say the least.Thank you Haley and management.
Kay Hache: Lady behind counter is slow and lazy at best, may even be incompetent. After explaining difficulties with a gift card she wasted time and then settled (finally) on doing as I initially asked, well, had me do it for her. Customer service has taken a nose dive here. Such a shame.Selection of store was fine although many items are out of stock like every other store these days.
April Chatfield: I would give it a zero if I could. But I picked up my script yesterday, and waited in the drive thru over 15 minutes. Gave up and decided to go inside, even though that took forever since I’m on crutches. The car that was at the drive thru was still sitting there. I started to give my information to get my medicine. When I asked about why the long wait, when I worked at CVS if it was longer than 5 minutes they had to come back around. The Pharmacy Manager Lindsay spoke up saying “oh it’s a COVID test- they take awhile. It’s about 7-8 minutes explanation per person and they a few people. So usually every Covid test is about 15-25 minutes.” I’m like “uhh what?! I’ve had over 20 and they don’t take that long to explain.” I told them that I was just there a few weeks ago and my medication just needed a couple more minutes and they made me go around, and by doing so I had to wait 20 minutes. Lindsay said well we don’t make the rules. Call corporate. I don’t have time to deal with you.In the end, I cussed a little got upset. She flagged my account, I’m not allowed to get anymore scripts filled and Mike the manager rang me up because the pharmacy tech also said “I can’t deal with her” after throwing her hands up. I’m like wow.Corporate has been connected.
Kati Poniewierski: Pharmacist took it upon herself to put my son's medication back because I inquired about transferring it to another cvs location, which I was told was not possible to do. When I went to pick up my son's prescription, I was told it was put back because I wanted to have it sent somewhere else...
Jeff Chesney: I went thru automated phone hell 4 times, their pharmacy hung up on me 4 times. Aggravated since no human is in the system to correct this horrible system.
Rob Peters: It just takes forever to pick up a simple prescription, which is the only reason I come here.DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW, UNLESS YOU PLAN TO MAKE A DAY OF IT! The window is supposed to be a convenience, especially during COVID. on 11/29/21 I was the fourth car in line, waited 10 minutes, NEVER MOVED, parked went inside and got my prescriptions (2), then left. The same car was still at the drive thru window. How embarrassing for CVS. The time before that I was car number three, and trapped in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. I wasn't happy! Your prices are not reasonable at all, and I just laugh when I get those useless $2 off coupons, which ALMOST brings your products down to normal pricing you would find elsewhere. You guys are not Disneyland, so don't price as if you are.I do like the texts I get informing me of my prescription status, but everyone is doing this nowadays.
Alton Craft: I have always had good service at this CVS store
Ryan Shiel: Overall the customer service is good, but the outside of the building needs a facelift to tidy things up, as well as the inside, just some tidying up, overall it's clean but it just needs some maintenance/tidying up.
Lauren DeHart: Posted hours for pharmacy are always changing. I arrived at 8:02 straight from my daughter’s pediatrician to get her medicine they called in and were already closed. Online their hours said open til 9pm, but a piece of paper handwritten on the drive thru window says 8pm!? Frustrating when you need medicine for your sick child.
Peggy Schafer: If there was a -1 that is what I would give them. Being in banking, if I ever ignored a customer for 20 minutes I would be fired. I went to pick up a prescription and was not even acknowledged; No eye contact just completely ignore...and by 4 people!!!!
Norm Korpi: I have to use them for drug coverage

Walgreens: what do users think?
gina k: The customer service at this pharmacy was horrible this am. Drive thru there was only 1 car before me. I pushed the call button the lady walked away from the window & tookher time returning. It's barely 9am & your smacking gum with an attitude. No greeting when she finally returned or apology for the wait. Her attitude & customer service was poor! She sent my prescription out & walked away. Big chain stores are closing, , customers will go elsewhere for better service. Tired of poor service here will switch to Rite Aid down the street. Ridiculous
Ms. S. O'dell: Revised. While this pharmacy is an upgrade from Rite Aid, they became lax and annoyingly incompetent. They failed to fill prescriptions, didn't even courtesy call to ask if I wanted the item by paying cash, and after all prescriptions were transferred out, they actually filled another one and have been texting me to come and pick it up. No. Same thing happened to my mother - all prescriptions were removed from auto-refill to prevent fill and then transferred out. They have now expired. Renewal prescriptions were called in to a completely different pharmacy and WalGreens went on and filled them anyway - on expired prescriptions, assuming no changes had been made. Then they turned on the autodialer and have relentlessly demanded she come in and pick hers up. Also - no. Too many people who don't work well enough together to make it worth your time to sit in that driveway, or stand in the line in the store, for 30+ minutes just to pick up what should have been ready hours-days ago. Instead you get to the front and there is yet another excuse for why they don't have it. Save the headache, go elsewhere.
Nina C: It is better not to use any Walgreens. Find another drugstore unprofessional here
Samantha Hernandez: I’ve come across cardboard boxes with more intellect than the people working at this pharmacy .. lazy and incompetent to put it nicely
Mara Johnson: It seemed to start out being a problem trying to get prescriptions filled but ended in a smile thanks guys
Shadi Qumsieh: Pharmacy workers are clueless went there 2 times and prescription is not ready and third time they cannot find me on their system uneducated people
killagurlygurl X: The worst pharmacy! My daughter tried to transfer her prenatal snd they day they can't find her in the system. When she just got her scripts 2 months in a row. They are lazy just don't want to do their job.
Barbara Prevo: Neighborhood pharmacy, close by, various necessary items available here.
Queen Brittany Schluckbier Alpha: Always greeted by friendly staff and they make sure you were able to find everything you need. The employees here make it easy to want to come back
sandra Battles: This Walgreens need better drive thru prescription services. They do not service you on a first come first serve basis. I have waited in a long line for an extended time only to have someone else ariving later be serviced before me. I have noticed this on other occasions. Everyone's prescription is ready because you were contacted. This is not a logical system. It is suppose to be first come first serve. I have also been in a long line and waited even longer for them to bill my insurance which should be done prior to me arriving.
Sheila “MzKitty420” Baker: Always good snacks on the go go😝
Tammy Allen: Good Customer Service.
Breanna Craig: I love it there !!!
S: If I could give no stars I would this place is absolutely horrific never has the prescription on time never calls you when the prescription is ready and when you do call about the prescription they have an attitude. They do not say good bye or have a good day. They will put you on hold over six times just so they wont have to bother with you.
joseph dear: Just moved to flint a couple months ago and I was just released from the hospital after a 4 stay for a emergency Appendics that had burst and they would not fill my antibiotics or pain pill prescription. Thanks Walgreens..🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
Lady Alex: I got a warning about possible interactions with two of the medications I'm taking. I've been taking these two for quite some time now but had never gotten such a warning before. I appreciate someone taking the time to inform me about this. I prefer this Walgreens over any other because they treat me much better.
Ryhor Khait: Really good job on passport pictures, professionaly done !
Shandy Flood: I've used this Pharmacy for years. As of lately the Pharmacy Customer Service is Subpar to say the least. Drive up Workers are extremely Rude & Unprofessional.
Wayman Threlkeld: Always a pleasure
Corey Petty: The people in the pharmacy are rude all they do is profile people. My wife about died last night and had to go to the ER because they decided to close at 8:58 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. like they're supposed to. It was 8:55 when I was at the register and I didn't have enough money for what I needed to get my wife. I walked away got the money that I needed came back to the cash register at 8:58 they shut the windows in my face and said sorry sir we're closed. They're rude unconsiderate and don't deserve to even work in the pharmacy you're there to help people. But instead they wanted to be rude. In my opinion they should all be fired for closing the pharmacy early. If my wife would have died last night I would have sued everyone of them you guys are pathetic and I will never come to this Walgreens ever again in my life
Tim Franks: Tryed talking to a pharmacist about my script and insurance and she completley ignored me but spoke as if we were having a different conversation that was apparently happening in her head.On another hand i guess it makes for decent entertainment

CVS Pharmacy: what do users think?
J H: Never have any issues getting my Rx here. Always friendly.
Julie Sturgeon: Ashley in Fenton, what a gem. I returned what I believe to be the pharmacists call, to fix a couple of issues, and when I mentioned the first issue,, she shot me down before I was done, saying it wasn't an issue,, I ignored it. I then explained my script is no longer being billed to my insurance for some reason and before I was done even saying that,, she Interrupted me again me again to tell me it was just higher this time, I stopped her to let me finish. She interrupted me again to tell me to hold on. Came back and said she rebilled it and it was now lower. I started to talk again and was interrupted AGAIN. SO RUDE!! I didnt even finish what I called for. I wonder if the pharmacist knows how so very smart she is? She can read minds. Im now gonna have to go and fix everything in person and have to wait, and their wait time isn't short. Thanx Ashley for stellar customer service
Sharon Lamson: Wait time stinks!!!!
Mckayla White: Will be changing pharmacies. This is the only place if your script is on auto or a doctor calls your script in they will not fill it until you get there and taking 30 minutes to an hour wait every time! I do not recommend going here unless you plan to wait every single time.
William Wolfe: My family gets alot of stuff thru this place. Including my dog's pills. Today they were more than 4 times the usual amount. The girl was just snippy and I'm sure I bothered her mentioning that they're way more. She may have been just having a bad day. But for me it's a good question. I get these pills all the time for under 10 bucks. Today $45.Edit: today the monthly shot that my wife is suppose to take did not show up. Ordered it over a week ago. They said well you can call around and try and find it somewhere else lol. Please close this place or replace the employees with people who want to work. This place wasn't like this a couple years ago. Make changes. I would obviously just use someone else if our insurance didn't force us into cvs.
Jillian Killian: Slow service and rude to a first time customer
Ya Seen karim: Pharmacist was super fast
Annie P.: The pharmacist is always on top of the meds being prescribed. When he refused to fill a medication because my daughter didn’t meet the age requirement it made me feel like the pharmacist looked over everything closely. He was in touch with the hospital and a new prescription was sent over. Yeah, it took a little while, and maybe the pharmacist thought I was irritated with him...but no. Thank you
Harold Volkening: Two weeks ago I had a script called in at noon and I showed up to pick up at 5pm not even started. The said they were two days behind. Then said they would fill and would be 30 minutes so I waited 2 hours in truck and then told wasn’t done had to return the next day. Then yesterday I had a surgery and prescribed narcotic for pain. When I got home there were ibuprofen in the bottle, not what I was prescribed. There’s definitely some problems at this store.
Chris S: Always slow. Last time I went it took an hour and a half to fill Tamiflu. I slept in my car with a fever for an hour before going inside. I waited in line and it still wasn't ready so I walked around the store sweating while they took another half hour to grab a box off the shelf. It's not like they are back there mixing up Tamiflu from scratch, it's in a box. Next time maybe prioritize contagious patients and get them in and out quickly. Unless I'm missing something and they actually have to fill and press the pills together, I'll be looking for another pharmacy.
Jaclyn: Friendly, but long waiting.
Vanessa Johnson: I have had multiple issues transferring from this CVS Target Pharmacy to a different CVS Target Pharmacy in Grand Rapids. The pharmacist technician who I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist me in the transfer or even guiding me in the right direction on how to complete the transfer.
Walter Barkey: Rick was great. He gave me my Prevnar 13 vaccine. The staff was efficient and courteous.
Kate DCamp: Excellent pharmacy. Very attentive to detail and customers. I have a lot of prescriptions and this pharmacy understand which are most important to fill promptly.
Hannah Zambiasi (Rilafox): I have had my prescriptions filled here for 10 years and I have never had any problems with staff, waiting, or discretion. They work fast and efficiently. My only complaint is in the 10 years I have come here I have seen a few rude customers, they treat the employees so incredibly rude like they are bugs and it sickens me so I speak up against them everytime I see it.
Dawn Miller: I had recently moved to Genesee county and had been going to a different CVS. I had been using my previous CVS for years, it was my only pharmacy I was told that this CVS could no longer fill any of my prescriptions filled there any longer. The pharmacist at this location in Fenton was super about helping me. Rick was curtious, discrete and professional and had no problems assisting me. This man actually called me back I was very impressed and have only good things to say. Thank you Rick for being so very helpful with this and also the staff are very pleasant and I do not have a long wait. All in all I would recommend this CVS in Fenton to my family and friends.
bkafirefighter: This staff can care less about you and what you're looking for I would recommend going to Walgreens instead or at least they give a dang about their customers
Dave H: Staff is super kind and helpful even when I am having a hard time with insurance they always try there best :-).
Michael Stiff: Their assistance in getting my RX transferred from another pharmacy to them was handled smoothly, and they helped me to set up a repeating discount offered by the manufacturer so that I am not required to bring a coupon in for each refill. Polite and competent! What more can you ask for?
Amy Hawker: I'm looking for an actual store, not a pharmacy.
Sean Oumedian: Store no longer exist. Wish it did though, nearest branch is 25 min away. So... I had an aweful experience.

CVS: what do users think?
Carolyn Coffron: Sad! That CVS changing their store employees policy for dedicated employees, that was with Frankenmuth stores for many many years all left...... Now walk in no help up in front of store, can be found in. Unless your lucky to find 1 clerk trying to stock shelfs with all stupid yellow TAGS that you have to fight through to get products. The store try to force you to use self check out is. Is ridiculous. Also worst that the Pharmacist is now force to work alone on Saturday Sunday, no Assistants help in Drug area. So i stay away on weekends. Again all the previous Assistants been working for years quit. Now I see why stores close.
Nicole V.: I’d give it zero if I could they make it impossible to get a test . Terrible terrible service. Don’t use this pharmacy.
Scott Myers: Went to this location in the evening while visiting Frankenmuth. Had somewhat of an emergency and needed a rescue inhaler. The Gentleman Pharmacist was so helpful and saved the evening/weekend for me and my family. Can't thank him enough.
Sude: Kris in the pharmacy is by far the most hateful, rude and terrible human I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. If you hate your job, which clearly you do since you are rude to people for absolutely no reason then go work somewhere that doesn't involve customer service. This lady is just miserable. Don't even bother going here for anything.
Connie Loveland: Scheduled a COVID test and the man at the pharmacy said he was working alone and didn't know how to do the test. He suggested I schedule somewhere else. The closest CVS that had testing was 50 miles. Exactly what you want to do when feeling ill is drive 50 miles one way.
Logan Christian: I placed an online order for a photo book and was told it would be ready by 10 AM. I went in to pick it up and nobody knew anything about the order and after standing around for 10 mins was told that they didn't know what to do and call back later. I did indeed call back later only to speak to another employee who still had no idea what to do with my order and was told to resubmit the order. Since the website does not allow a re-submit I had to remake the entire photo book. At this point in time it's nearly closing and I have no other option to print this work project. I immediately called back to let them know I re-submitted only to be greeted by YET ANOTHER employee who had no idea what to do with a photo book order. This last person in particular (JENNIFER) was quite rude and repeatedly tried to tell me off by saying they were out of 4 x 6 paper, which is not involved what so ever in my photo book. After having to ask her to please check and see if it is still possible to print the book that I was repeatedly told that could be printed she said no, we have no ribbon in the rudest terms possible. This store was not able to complete a simple order because of multiple stocking issues, did not inform me of said inability but instead led me to believe they could, and treated me with disrespect and extremely poor customer service.
Anita Henry: This rating is based on the pharmacy customer service received by the pharmacist....Christopher. If you plan on using this pharmacy it would be good to ask for Geoff if you need to speak with a pharmacist....as opposed to any other assistance in this department. Much trust and confidence is placed in a pharmacy for medical care and the pharmacist...Christopher...is not where you will find that. Understanding and customer service are not in his purview on any level!
Lu Lu: I won't be back. Cashier Jessica had me use self check-out then waited on the person after me. No thanks!
Pennie Lemos: The pharmacist Geoff always goes above and beyond. He is the nicest person and helpful! The staff is always nice and helpful. We are new in town and are happy to have found them.
Karen Aleman: Iw was clean, and good choice of items. Girl at the counter, not so helpful
Jennifer Vicchione: I live in Mayville and I would rather drive to Frankenmuth and talk to Ray or Geoff about a new script than get it at Wingert’s.
Jason K: This CVS pharmacy is like night and day compared to the horrible one in Saginaw. They got my scripts filled fast and the staff is great!
D Don: Great pharmacy and staff. Good prices with coupons/savings card.
Daddy Ra Sheem: Good
Bailey F: No purpose for this CVS. An ugly building making it harder to see around the corner. Useless when there is a Rite Aid down the road.
Shawn Whalen: Cashier was extremely friendly and my wife and I found what we needed right away

CVS: what do users think?
Jason Ink: Unbelievably EXPENSIVE ‼️
Cindy Mason-Glenik: I like this pharmacy and esp. Kumar one of the pharmasist Everyone is always will to help you at anytime and are smart and experienced
Tom Fejedelem: Nice friendly staff, But I'm not going to shop there because I must become a member of the club and give you my info or I have to pay more and the best way I can show you that's not acceptable is to not shop there.
Mikenzie Lovegrove: Gave me the completely wrong prescription without even alerting me. This should be illegal. Had to go to a different pharmacy and pay money for the prescription now since insurance will not pay for a prescription I did not even correctly pick up. Not happy with this place at all.
Elina Tully: The ONLY CVS pharmacy I will use!!The staff at the Montrose location is exceptional and other pharmacies should model themselves on how they treat their customers!! It doesn't matter who is working, both pharmacists and the staff are wonderful, they have always treated my husband and I kindly and with respect, it is very much appreciated and rare amongst pharmacies anymore! Thank you!!
Cindy Fej: Kumar is always so kind and willing to help.
Lynda Burtrum: CVS is a great store. I know the pharmacy has curbside pick-up and home delivery. They have an Extra Care Card for special bargains every month.
Ron Worland: Preferred pharmacy in the area, home town feel and hospitality.
Lisa Johnson: Went to pick up a prescription and they couldn't find it so I shopped around a bit.Got up to the counter and because I don't have a CVS card, I couldn't get the sale price.Ridiculous!!! Also have to go back to get the prescription
serenity socool: Used to be good... now with the newer staff seems like they don't care
Anthony Rinehart: Good place to get drugs!
Kimberly Battjes: The people at this CVS are so kind and considerate. I am terrified of shots, so when they saw my distress over getting the vaccine, they were so kind and calming. Thanks for being awesome!
Samantha Newton: I do not write many reviews but I feel like they really deserve one. They have been so helpful everytime I go in with questions about my kiddos. I have never had such great service. I really appreciate this pharmacy. Thank you for being so kind☺️
Shayna Brown: I drive 35 minutes to this location just to get my scrips filled because they are always polite and have never had an issue.
Alicen Munson: Employees are so nice and made me feel very welcome to the store.
Laura Pigott: I was running behind while trying to pick up my medication. Chris in the pharmacy knew I needed this drug, and that I can not miss a dose. She waited for me to get there after 9:00pm on a Friday night. This makes me want to transfer every drug I take to this pharmacy. She does not know me, she was not asked to wait. Then, when I tried to tip her she would not have it. She is a kind woman, a smiling woman, an asset to this store to say the least. I am impressed by you Chris, and will spread the word of your kindness.😬
Alicia McAuliffe: Never a wait, always friendly and helpful!
Shawn Mcgrandy: Closing at 6pm on a Saturday. I understand Montrose is a small town, but it is not Mayberry, people do business after 6pm. The customer service is slow, when picking up perscriptions the wait time is often very long. The hours on the website do not meet the actual hours.
critterdoc: Anything but live animals. Maybe next year...Seriously, excellent service, great selection & the best folks you'll ever meet!
Summer Lee: They are friendly have good sales!
roy garcia: They are trying to make things simple when it comes to prescription refill, I know they're still semi new to the area but completely failed for me. I even got a robocall saying my refills were ready. Timing was great too my Dr's office was closed so I couldnt contact them. Last and final visit to CVS.
