Kelly Kapowski: ZERO STARS! AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR EMPLOYER DRUG SCREEN! Was here yesterday 5/23/22. Waited forever to provide a urine sample. Then my employer called me today (the following day of drug screen test) and informed me that McLaren Occupational Health called him and stated that I "refused to provide a urine sample and walked out". THIS WAS A LIE! I HAVE MY DRUG TESTING CUSTODY AND CONTROL FORM. Proof provided in picture. JUANITA NIETO COLLECTED IT AND PROVIDED SPECIMEN TO FEDEX. This medical facility lacks competence. Do not go here if you want to keep your job!
RuthAnn Eplin: This is horrible. I got here on Saturday morning at 10 am. It's now 11:30 am and only 3 ppl have been called. This is ridiculous!! I should have read the reviews. This visit is for a pre-employment drug screen so I don't have to see a nurse or doctor!! Completely livid!!!
Aubrie Oliveri: I had a very…disturbing experience here. I waited for 3 hours for my work physical. Then once I finally got back in a room the staff was very unprofessional, cursing and chit chatting in front of me, etc. They dropped my urine sample cup on the ground and then handed it back to me. The person drawing my blood admitted she wasn’t good at it and I coached her through it (I’m a nurse). After all that, they lost my blood and part of the paperwork for my physical so I had to go to a complete different urgent care to get everything redone by competent staff. This caused a delay in starting my new job and was inconvenient to say the least. This was such a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

When I first got here there were 5 people in the lobby. 9 people went ahead of me and we are after hours so they didn’t have an appointment. I do not recommend coming here. Amanda Coon: Terrible service. The staff is excessively unfriendly and very unhelpful. Do not rely on the hours posted they are wrong and no one cares to update.This is the number one reason I wish my physician and the groups I work with we’re not related to Mclaren in anyway because I’d much rather deal with Hurley, because they actually make an attempt. To some extent Mclaren convenient care operates as a monopoly and they couldn’t care less if they provide any service at all.

Quanesa Sanford: The worst experience ever, if you can avoid going to this office please do so for employment screening. I had an appt at 1pm and waited until 3:50pm and still wasn't called back. Only to come back 2 days later and wait 3 hrs. Front desk staff needs to do a better a job. I work administrative for 15 plus years and your suppose to take care of patients in front of you then answering the phone first ! Suggestion employ more staff for better run of clerical work. Came back to get test read and it took them a while to find my paperwork smh! McLaren do better ! You would think being in Grand Blanc would be better service. No need to reply ! Thanks just serve your community better.
Jackie Lee: This place needs to be closed down for lack of safety alone. For a person to be sitting and waiting hours and hours to be seen is ridiculous. They need to address management for the way this facility is operating, either fix it or shut it down. They need to be reported to the state and at the very least the fire marshal.
Jordan Harper: Very disappointed. Didn’t know what to expect for a drug screening but I had to wait 2 hours to proved a specimen for a urine test. Additionally one of the front desk workers was rude.

Shawn Bryson: Very dissatisfied with the front desk staff, once I reached the actual care providers they were awesome. The certified nurse assistant & nurse practitioner were awesome. Very polite, efficient and informative. You have to do something about the front desk staff, they are giving your clinic a bad reputation.

Tracy Cuthpert: I contacted The Health Department on Wednesday 9/30/2020 to inform them that my mother contracted COVID-19 and Pneumonia while she was a patient at Regency Rehab/Nursing Home in Grand Blanc. No one bothered to call us back until today 10/7/2020 which was a Contact Tracer, stating that we had to quarantine! The Contact Tracer had no clue that she caught this from the Staff at Regency Rehab/Nursing Home of Grand Blanc and that she hasn't had contact with her family in over a month. Please do your due diligence and close down Regency Rehab/Nursing Home, before all of the patients are Infected and DIE!!! I received and email from Regency Rehab/Nursing Home stating that they had 13 new cases in a 3 day period. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Niki Strickland: Has x-ray on site. Not super long waits, especially compared to ED. The PAs have all been fantastic so can't complain! This is my preferred urgent care in the Flint area for broken bones.
Michael Stair: Usually pretty fast, with friendly people.
Kayla Buschur: Sat for a good hour before being called to register they called people that came in after and apparently forgot me after takeing my name off the sign in sheet so now I'm behind people who just walked in seriously messed up .

Emilie Roddy: Got in quick however I went for an x-ray last week the nurse took my x-ray and basically rushed me out of the room not explaining a single thing I had to ask how and when I will get my results. Called yesterday to see if my results came back and was transferred to the physician hung up on so I called again and the phone just rang. I don't understand why I can't just be told my results instead I just have to wait with anxiety.

Asia Titus: Rude and unorganized staff and I mean RUDE! Especially someone named Shania Robertson or something like that. She was mean and nasty as soon as she got back from her break. Sorry hunny, nobody is forcing you to work there 🤷🏼‍♀️. The rooms were so hot I became claustrophobic and my boyfriend was sweating profusely. I tried mentioning it to the staff but was ignored. They also forgot that I was in a room waiting to be seen. Never risk your life seeing these people. Choose a small, home town urgent care where they actually CARE.Edit and message to the "owner": Thanks for that sincere apology on behalf of your ludicrous medical staff. Kinda reminds of when Hurley hospital, which you may or may not own, left me standing in my own fecal matter for an hour while my IV stand was caught in a curtain. I was in the pediatric unit. What a lovely " emergency button" they provided me.DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE AT ANY HURLEY MEDICAL CENTER.

Mike Peters: Had an an older nurse sneer at me when I asked to see a doctor and tell me they they were closing. This was 9:40 when they close at ten. Inconvenient? Sure, my back injury wasn't particularly convenient for me either. But when Hurley in Grand Blanc sends me to main campus and main campus gives me a sneer and a shrug and ask if I want to come back at 10am, I'm not happy. No service and no concern. It's 9:51 as I post this. They still shouldn't be closed.
Glen Stewart: If you or your loved one has had a stroke, I would NOT recommend Hurley's therapy unit. First, they are overpriced - and insurance will want to move the patient away from Hurley ASAP to manage costs. Second, Hurley management is not communicative about their therapy plan details as the process proceeds, and does not share essential facts. Finally, to protect its image, therapy staff may label the patient "uncooperative" so it seems their lack of effort/success was the patient's fault. This was my experience, and I would go elsewhere for better care next time.
Saed Alnaimat: Covid travel testI came to Hurley Urgent Care only to get Covid-19 PCR test which was required before travel. I had the result within 24 hours. Very smooth process and highly recommended for this purpose.

Jessica Wilson: I had the best best best experience at the Urgent Care at the Main Campus! The excellent experience began with the friendly security guard at the front door who directed me to the correct door, and it continued through my entire visit. I was checked in immediately and taken right back to a treatment room. I was in and out in a very short time, and the care I received from everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive.Before tonight, I had always considered Hurley as the place to go for really serious, specialized situations and I never felt I qualified for that. I understand now that they offer complete and thorough care for all medical situations to anyone who needs it, and they take pride in doing so. A friend of mine told me that, while they might not be the "prettiest" hospital, they are the best hospital. I now definitely agree.
Shelby Badal: Had to take my 14 year old in for an urgent matter. It was very busy and crowded, but we were checked in in 20 minutes. In our room we waited no more than 10 minutes for the PA to come in. She was very amazing with my daughter. She answered questions, asked questions, and eased her mind. Very thorough care from start to finish. The tech completed her ekg while making us feel like family, she was the best I’ve ever encountered and I’ve had several myself.My daughter had one complaint which was the rad tech that completed her chest X-ray, said she was less than friendly and didn’t make her feel comfortable.We were discharged without many answers but the doctor gave us plenty of options and promised to call us after she consulted with the radiologist. Within an hour of being discharged we were contacted with a diagnosis and has antibiotics sent over. I was beyond impressed with the care we received here.Only cons: waiting room and patient room outdated and not clean. Needs updating, but I also am aware this is the old emergency department and is being reused and not left to sit. Check in area needs more than one staff. She was alone and it is not clear what to do. The desk where you sign in is not labeled and the staff is not visible. When we walked in there were about 35 people in this small area, no distancing being abided by. Parking was not easy. The main lot was full. I went across the street and the sign said to press button and wait, nobody every answered or raised the bar. Drove around the block until space opened up before we could park.All in all I still give 5 stars as the service we received outweighs anything slightly negative!
Carlie Broyles: My 7yr old was given a zolfran melt after telling them I suspected she was dehydrated. I also notified them that I was Flu B positive. Over and hour went by, so I went to see if anyone was coming back to check on her and next thing you know they bring her an apple juice... And the Dr says I think she's got some dehydration.... Duh. Never even checked her for flu or got fluids... We were literally forgotten, very disappointing.

Vanilla Bean: Hurley use to be my favorite hospital. I'm extremely disappointed with the nurses in your peds ER. The wait times are unnecessary! Nurses and doctors sitting at their desk laughing and giggling instead of discharging patients.
Codi Poufcas: I went to Hureys for my girlfriend she was very sick sat there for over 12 hours and I was sitting looking out the window and there were about 4 nurses outside and the staff was like where are all the nurses I said outside and one of them flashed one of the security guards and when they seen I saw that they said I had to go because I was doing to much all I was doing was talking to the others who saw it also and so my girlfriend left and she is very sick so lost because McLean is worse

Was very rude and snarky. Told me twice to keep an eye on him so he doesn’t get hurt there too.” (Had opened a cabinet when she walked in and another time was just playing) As we were leaving, I asked for a bag to put his belongings in and she went to hand it to me and would NOT let go. Pretty much had to pry it out of her hands. Then she told me to “make sure I kept his bandage tight so he didn’t suffocate.” She was also rough with my son when giving him his medicine and only talked to him when there were doctors in the room. She does not belong in an ER working with children.As for the doctors, they were wonderful with my son and treating him and the Head Nurse was kind to us.

Jessica Stewart: My dad received care yesterday evening through today at Hurley, and I want to share some highlights on his quality of care. While the wait was long, this is expected given the staffing shortages many hospitals face and the increased number of patients seeking medical care. I do not fault Hurley for the length of the wait because this is a universal problem, and everyone is doing their best under these circumstances.I first want to hightlight an absoltuely outstanding RN who cared for my dad in the emergency room, Jenna. Jenna’s bedside manner was genuine, empathetic, and caring. Jenna was able to ensure that my dad received the care he needed, while creating a safe space where my dad felt a sense of ease. Jenna also ensured I was comfortable while we waited and offered me a warm blanket and something to drink, checking in often. She even went out of her way to grab me a hot coffee since it was 4 am and the cafeteria was closed. Our stay was long in the ER until he was admitted; however, I felt confident my dad was in the best of hands during this time. Jenna, if you see this, thank you for being such a light by showing true compassion for your patients and a sense of warmth. Your nurturing approach to my dad made the most significant impact on him when he was feeling confused and unsure.Both doctors who treated my dad in the ER were professional and thorough. They ensured they gave my dad the tests and medical care he needed. Our second ER doctor talked with me about my dad's condition and any concerns. They were also wonderful.Once my dad was admitted to the hospital, we switched nurses and had Pete. Pete was kind, compassionate, and attentive to my dad. He offered his hand when my dad became emotional and gave my dad reassurance that he was in a safe space. He was friendly and made my dad feel more comfortable. Thank you, Pete!All of the nursing staff and doctors that we interacted with during his stay were really amazing.Everyone has different experiences at hospitals, and not everything will be perfect; however, I was incredibly moved and impressed by the fantastic care he received from Jenna, Pete, the ER doctors, and other nursing staff.
Krystal: Make the drive to memorial hospital in Owosso, my son and I should have, they only employ professionals who are absolutely passionate about their jobs. Can't speak for the whole hospital, there are a couple graceful toke d in the building. The police at memorial are more helpful and understanding as well. Make the drive.

Tracy Allis: Currently here with my dad. Started really great in ER Dr Webber then sent us to group 2 team admitted and nothing at all. Probably UTI / bladder and No treatment at all? What are we waiting for to die? Restricted fluids and what would you think happens. Kidney disease. We got him sitting up nurses did nothing other than a hot tea for us and then basic BP and blood oxygen. No diagnosis other than “we are collaborating”. Hahaha no no no diagnosis or treatment. Believe me I will pursue action if this ends up what I think they are doing. We are not allowing a healthy guy with new stents to be left with infection for days without treatment. Seriously. Then put him in a room with infectious disease person they are having to amputate a leg due to not being able to fix infection. This hospital and McLaren need investigated.
Issa Abuaita: It’s only 2 child patients waiting for 7 hours and they come out and tell no rooms available, there is only one nurse in all of the ER section and 10 janitors, your child runs out of breath and they don’t care all they tell you we short on nurses or we don’t have rooms.If you interrupt their nap they become terrible with attitude and basically almost tell you they don’t care abt your child. Never go there again!!!!!!
Brianna Young: There is no other place in Michigan I would have my babies! I had a high risk pregnancy and an emergency induction with my baby being in nicu for two weeks. My child is healthy and growing thanks to the wonderful staff.
Sarah Fosnow: My son was in a terrible car wreck in Flint right before Christmas. He was pretty banged up, including a broken jaw. We mostly had good care, but something needs done about Dr. Ronald Stewart DDS. I have personally left him a negative review. He is the rudest doctor I have ever met and we had issues with him in hospital and outside of hospital when it came to after care. His office is disgusting and he shouldn't be putting his hands in anyone's mouth in that environment. I have much to say and would like to talk to someone at the hospital about this very unprofessional professional.
