Abdul Aboudane: I’d like to first start off my review with saying that Roger is a liar and unnecessarily rude, as the part where he stated “told the clerk to keep his ****” is blatantly incorrect, as he HAD purchased the computer paper and ink cartridges at the desk. Although incorrect price labeling is a frustrating issue, it is always necessary to act proffesional, and to not lash out. Anyways, I purchased a backpack from Office Depot not too long ago, and I was slightly confused on the stock issue. It seems that whenever I enter the store the Swissgear backpacks are always out of stock. And I usually come to purchase printer paper, so I always check the backpacks section when I’m at the store. Other than that, the service is mostly good and the variety in products is really nice.

roger brelinski: If I could give 0 stars I would prices on shelf were not the same as when scanned.. it took 10 min just to see if I could get some copies done with only 2 customers in front of me both talking to a clerk. then the prices changed for the copies from 4/1. To 4/2 when I came in next day for more printer cartridges and paper. The computer paper was 2/14 on shelf but was charged 15.00 at counter took 15 minutes to ring up 3 cartridges and 2 things of computer paper. Finally after arguing about the total which changed 12 times in 15 min I told the clerk to keep his (#$&#) AND WALKED OUT THE DOOR NEVER TO RETURN

Chris For Christ: I'm sad to have to share this, but I've come across a very negative experience with Office Depot, and they usually do so well.I bought a desk in September. The process of even buying the thing was bad in and of itself, but that's a different story. I went to assemble it yesterday, and found out that one of the desk legs was broken (internally where the body meets the connector. Not anything I even had to assemble).I called the support number on the manual. After 20+ minutes on hold an hour after they opened, I was told that they have no replacements available for the desk I purchased. I could either wait 10 weeks for one to be shipped, or I could contact the store to have them replace with their inventory.I got a case number and they transferred me to the store. After another 10 min hold, the employee heard my case (somewhat) and spoke to a manager. He came back to tell me right away they can't help me. After explaining again, and saying that I wasn't looking for a refund, just a replacement part for something under warranty, he went back to the manager. A couple minutes later came back and gave me a tale about how my item is delivery only and they don't have the parts either.Not sure I believe that, since I went to the store last week and they still had the floor model of the desk I purchased, and were still advertising it for sale. I don't know if they even bothered to actually check. Now my options are to call back and wait another half hour to get a replacement in 10 weeks, go to my local hardware store and hope they have wood glue that will work and risk having my desk crash, or to take the $300 loss because of one small part the warranty can't seem to handle, and buy an entirely new desk from someone else.I was a huge fan of Office Depot before this. If I do continue to do business with them, I'll be sure to keep it only to printing and office supplies, and not furniture.

Hannah Warner: WOW!!!!!!!!!!! HUGE shout out to Wendy from Print & Marketing!!! Our business, the Backyard Oasis Pond & Garden Center, recently opened a new location and went through a branding overhaul. On top of that craziness we had an expo around the same time. Wendy went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and that we would have everything our small business needs to succeed. She walked us through every step, explained opportunities for small businesses with Staples we didn't even know existed, and even stayed after to make sure everything was right with our order. Mike was also very helpful in this process. We are honestly soooooo impressed and plan on using them over online printing for the foreseeable future! HIGHLY recommend that you check out how Staples can help your small business because we were blown away!!!

She gave me an email for which to send the updated document. It kept getting kicked back. She took the time (and many calls) to walk me through the process to get my document printed. Austin Cavender: Absolutely ridiculous. I placed a same day business card order at 11am. The website and email they would be done by 730pm at the latest. I walked in there at 7pm… the manager had to start printing them off and then came up to me and said they wouldn’t be done until the next day due to printer issues… maybe if you started printing them earlier in the day they would have been done…. And don’t try and say you were busy because the 45 minutes I was in there only 4 customers walked in. Worst location by far.

P M: My client is in Grand Blanc. I am not. So I was completely dependent on Staples of Grand Blanc to produce, cut and matte a marketing piece that my client would see before I even did! And wow, Ryan and others in the printing area were SO helpful. They were ahead of schedule, despite a limited staff, and the client loved the quality!

Katelin Maylum: Scheduled a COVID-19 test at 3:15pm. Arrived early and the drive through was backed up for thirty minutes, whatever. Finally reached the window and was told that I had to GO BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE so they could "prepare my test". Why wasn't the test prepared already as I had a 3:15 appointment? The cashier was very rude and thought that me waiting another 30 minutes was a reasonable request. If I wanted to come in and be tested, I could but I would have to wear a mask. I scheduled a DRIVE THROUGH TEST to receive DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Don't forget the pharmacy closes down for lunch, or you will be upset when you go to pick up prescriptions and find that they are closed for a half hour. I called my scripts in yesterday and went to pick them up today (Sunday and thy are closed) with no warning or call to say thy are going to be closed. Peggy Jones: I went there yesterday. I was asked an employee Anna Louise if she could get me some more Arizona energy drinks from the back. First of all she had an attitude when i stopped her. Then she said " how many do you have, 6? Thats all you can get thats the limit". She said that's what the manager said. I told her it doesnt say that in the paper she said again about the manager. I was so upset about her attitude that i put the other items i was going to purchase on a shelf. I wanted the juice for work so i took it to register.When i got to the register they were not even on sale. Latasha at register was very nice. I buy a lot more than Arizonas from Walgreens. If theres a limit it should state that. Anna Louise needs an education in customer service I wont return there and im also calling corporate.

Doordash said because I ordered through Walgreens Website, they would have to fix it. I'm still waiting.

Leilani Lookerschnoos: Horrible horrible service and pharmacy, they do not care about patients or how/if they get their medication, if they are out no one tells you. They will not offer any type of assistance, only the barriers you are more than likely to encounter trying to get your meds, to which that they are more than willing to go over. If you need to go to a different location for the meds they make you call around and do all of the leg work THAT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!!! Do yourself and your loved ones a huge favor and take your health, medications, and business to an actual pharmacy where training is provided on patient care.

Shannon Carter: Waited through a 6 car line up in the drive through to be informed that my prescription will take 1.5 hours to fill AFTER it was called in at 4 hours prior. I waited and ran an errand to kill time to come back and wait in another 5 car line up only to be informed that I now need prior authorization from the insurance company that will take 2 to 7 business days. I’m switching from this pharmacy......I wouldn’t bother using them if I were you.
Heather Arnold: They billed my insurance 10 days after filling my meds, then wanted to make me wait 10 days without my medicine to get my refill mind you I have multiple sclerosis and NEED my meds. The pharmacist I spoke to was so rude! I immediately hung up and switched myself, my husband and my daughter over to rite aid! Never going back there again! I hope no other sick people have to deal with such chaos. Very sad.

Cara McCovery: I work in EMS on an ambulance in the city. I am an essential worker risking my 4 kids life along with mine while on the frontline of the pandemic. I have been coping with all the many changes but was shock today when I walk into this particular store and found out the bathroom was close to the public. I even ask an employee if I could used the restroom hoping that with me being in uniform she could see I was on duty and allow me to used it and she said no. I not sure if she is aware that Emt's, paramedics and a lot of others essential workers are in a vehicle for over 12 hours a day and have to find a restroom at a friendly business. I did want to buy something too but after that I could not see myself buying something from somewhere that would not let me use the bathroom so I could be comfortable for the rest of my 12 hr shift. So I ended up going over to Speedway to use their restroom and make a purchase.

gina k: The customer service at this pharmacy was horrible this am. Drive thru there was only 1 car before me. I pushed the call button the lady walked away from the window & tookher time returning. It's barely 9am & your smacking gum with an attitude. No greeting when she finally returned or apology for the wait. Her attitude & customer service was poor! She sent my prescription out & walked away. Big chain stores are closing, , customers will go elsewhere for better service. Tired of poor service here will switch to Rite Aid down the street. Ridiculous
Ms. S. O'dell: Revised. While this pharmacy is an upgrade from Rite Aid, they became lax and annoyingly incompetent. They failed to fill prescriptions, didn't even courtesy call to ask if I wanted the item by paying cash, and after all prescriptions were transferred out, they actually filled another one and have been texting me to come and pick it up. No. Same thing happened to my mother - all prescriptions were removed from auto-refill to prevent fill and then transferred out. They have now expired. Renewal prescriptions were called in to a completely different pharmacy and WalGreens went on and filled them anyway - on expired prescriptions, assuming no changes had been made. Then they turned on the autodialer and have relentlessly demanded she come in and pick hers up. Also - no. Too many people who don't work well enough together to make it worth your time to sit in that driveway, or stand in the line in the store, for 30+ minutes just to pick up what should have been ready hours-days ago. Instead you get to the front and there is yet another excuse for why they don't have it. Save the headache, go elsewhere.

My wife about died last night and had to go to the ER because they decided to close at 8:58 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. like they're supposed to. It was 8:55 when I was at the register and I didn't have enough money for what I needed to get my wife. I walked away got the money that I needed came back to the cash register at 8:58 they shut the windows in my face and said sorry sir we're closed. They're rude unconsiderate and don't deserve to even work in the pharmacy you're there to help people. But instead they wanted to be rude. In my opinion they should all be fired for closing the pharmacy early. If my wife would have died last night I would have sued everyone of them you guys are pathetic and I will never come to this Walgreens ever again in my life

Sam Massoud: First time ever experienced bad service at pharmacy department, she was rude , unhappy person working today, will never step a foot in this location again. I will deal with private pharmacy much better.

When he picked up the line to let us know he did have what we needed, he offered to take it upfront for when we came in. Very good customer service!

For my last three Rx fills, their have been issues (not with the pharmacy), but each time they want above and beyond to correct whatever had gone wrong. I will be coming here for all of my prescriptions in the future.

Mia Bates: If I could give a zero I would. My boyfriend went to go get our daughters prescription and the pharmacist was VERY rude to him. My boyfriend has a hearing problem and he was trying to let her know and she just started yelling with an attitude. We will never return there again.
Sarah Bechtel: I was at the store today and there was a customer being extremely rude and disrespectful to the staff. The staff member waiting on this lady was very calm and kind to her even as she kept yelling at him. His name was David. David needs Recognition for how he handled a very upsetting situation. The manager and the other man on the register were also very kind. Shame on that woman for being so mean. David, you did a great job! Don’t let the mean people get you down!
melissa callison: They're are good pharmacy and I haven't had any issues with them specifically. My issue is with the drive thru. Multiple times I have come to pick up meds and there is a huge line and one person is sitting at the window for 5 to 10 minutes. In my opinion if you have to sit and wait for something you should move out of line and come back around. This should be a pick up or drop off and go, not wait around for your script to get filled. I have been in line 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me and this isn't the first time.

Cinnamon 0811: I wish I could give 0 stars, I am so BEYOND UPSET. I received a prescription from this pharmacy because this was the cheapest option using goodrx. My doctor put in my file to go through goodrx for payment. They didn't. They charged me $160 for what should have been a $30 medication. On top of that they got the dosage of my prescription wrong and I was overdosing for a whole week! A medication that should have lasted me a WHOLE MONTH lasted me a week because of their mistake. Once I called my doctor and we realized what was happening she told me I still had a script filled at that location but was calling me in one at the Walmart pharmacy on Saginaw st. Upon going to Walgreens they told me they didn't have a prescription for me even though I just talked to my doctor who confirmed they did. I explained what happened last time and said that I would rather not get a refill through them. I understand that the specific employee I talked to was not at fault however they stated that I could "get my script wherever" never even offered an apology or to let me speak to a manager to resolve the fact that they charged me 5x what they should have as well as overdosing me by 4x what I should have been taking!!!! I went back to Walmart which is the pharmacy I've always used and will continue using and they got everything right as well as only charging me $25.Oh and my doctor confirmed that this is not the first time this specific pharmacy has given her patients the wrong dosage on their prescription. It's worth the short drive over to Walmart.
Bill Vock: After many many years, today’s experience will be the last. Lady in pharmacy was AWFUL, the new app is unusable and useless, so you have to call to get info. The single worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. For me to leave a bad review takes some doing, she succeeded! The first Bad review I’ve ever left! Congratulations Walgreens GB

Mike Cemazar: I usually do not do business at Walgreens but I had to get a passport photo. I was beyond impressed with how nice all the employees were. Debbie took my photo and was just as nice as can be. The store was short that day and people were doing jobs that they don’t normally do and trying to do their own. There was no complaining but I just overheard them talking. I’ll definitely do future business here.
