They are always on time, drivers are friendly and staff on the phone are friendly and helpful as well.They even took a dumpster extra early for me one morning to make room for contractors I had coming over. Plus, they allow vegetation as long as it is separated (no dirt or rocks obviously) which was extremely convenient for one of my rentals.The 5 star streak continues for these guys. Lunden Ware: I called and the receptionist was extremely friendly, and sent my invoice immediately. Our one week rental fell on a holiday so Happy Can gave me one free day for FREE! When they came to pick up the dumpster we loaded incorrectly and the pick up person actually helped us rearrange the items in the dumpster. I mean that is exceptional service as far as I’m concerned. Kevin Oliver: Best dumpster service I have ever used. I called but they didn't answer the phone it was kind of late so I figured they were closed so I left a message. 5 minutes later they called me back. The dumpster was delivered the next day first thing. We were doing a garage clean out after moving and unpacking so there was a lot of cardboard. We had a big wind storm so to keep stuff from blowing out I covered it with an old tarp thinking they would take it. The driver took the tarp off, folded it wrapped the cords around it and placed it in an are it would not blow away. To me that is above and beyond customer service. It isn't often that you can call a company and they can provide same day delivery and pick up, if wanted. They installed the dumpster exactly where we wanted it and were incredibly prompt with picking it back up.
