Mike Roland: Several times my garbage will sit at the end of the road not picked up while the neighbor's bins are collected. Two weeks in a row right now. Just one bin with nothing extraordinarily foul, dangerous or heavy...these guys just pick and choose what they want to grab. Service person on the phone tried to say it was because the truck might have been full. My service time us around 8 am. Trash trash service.
Chris Gogos: Paying $60 per month and this company can pick and choose what trash to collect. Called, after 30 mins on hold, we were told garbage would be collected that day or next. It is now four days later and nothing. $60 a month for this? Sending this to city reps to get rid of GFL. Not first time either.

presley beardslee: Forgot to place our trash out at our subdivision, which is a dead end. I placed it out minutes after they passed our house ( they were still at the next door neighbors). I was hopeful as they passed by to exit our subdivision they would pick it up. I stood by the end of the drive waiting for them and tried flagging them down but they completely ignored me. However by the end of the day my trash still wasn’t picked up. I called Emterra and the lady on the phone was very nice , she informed me that it would be picked up the next day. I was never given an explanation as to why it wasn’t picked up . My trash never got picked up and I called back 2 more times , I left a voicemail no response. My trash sat out for a week and then after the people came to pick it up they threw our cans in our yard .Service:Waste recycling

Sally Webb: We consistently have issues with our trash cans being destroyed over the last four years. We attempted recycling on their schedule, but gave up after having two brand new recycling bins (which I had purchased) taken by them and not replaced after I was assured by the company they would be. We are now back to having no functional trash cans. I have repeatedly attempted contact with Emterra and have not been successful. I cannot get a person and have left multiple voicemails and emailed with no response. They are contracted by our township, so we do not have a choice in services for our area without the township changing to another service. john warren: This is the worst trash pick up ever. Cans upside down with half the trash still in them. I have had many issues with the yardwast but have not complained untill now. I have had to replace or fix several of my cans due to being hit by trafic on our road. They were late today so I was home to see why. After emptying them they just laid them in the road behind the truck and drove off. Since we are paying for such poor service maybe I should send Emterra the bill for all the new cans.

Tracy Cuthpert: I contacted The Health Department on Wednesday 9/30/2020 to inform them that my mother contracted COVID-19 and Pneumonia while she was a patient at Regency Rehab/Nursing Home in Grand Blanc. No one bothered to call us back until today 10/7/2020 which was a Contact Tracer, stating that we had to quarantine! The Contact Tracer had no clue that she caught this from the Staff at Regency Rehab/Nursing Home of Grand Blanc and that she hasn't had contact with her family in over a month. Please do your due diligence and close down Regency Rehab/Nursing Home, before all of the patients are Infected and DIE!!! I received and email from Regency Rehab/Nursing Home stating that they had 13 new cases in a 3 day period. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Jack Crowley: I dont know what everyone else's deal is, but Ive only had good experiences with my caseworkers. Mine searched through systems for an hour to get my benefits restored after they had been lost because of a paperwork mistake that *I* made.

Seems like they go to work to do nothing and tell people to wait due to their laziness. Not sure what they are getting paid to do honestly.

All the other "representatives" act like they don't have to provide customer service due to the nature of their job. They know as well as we do that if they are nasty, rude and inconsiderate to us nothing will happen, for 2 reasons. 1 - there is a staffing shortage and 2 - they can just blame it on the client, saying they are just complaining because they are denied. All the jobs in Flint MI pay EXTREMELY LOW WAGES. HOW DOES DHHS EXPECT PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO PAY BILLS, MEDICAL NEEDS, AND FOOD WITH AN AVERAGE OF $10/HR? THIS IS RIDICULOUS. AT LEAST HAVE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY AND APOLOGIZE FOR HOW YOU HAVE FAILED THIS COMMUNITY!!!
