I waited for an hour for him to show up. He never did. I came back a week later. The owner wasn't in. The polite jeweler told me the owner would open the store the next day. This is now trip three from clear across the county! I'm there at 10 sharp to meet the owner. He doesn't have keys to get into the building and says he's not interested in the type of diamond I have. So no sale. Huge waste of my time and gas. In professional and the owner is lazy as hell. Pathetic!

charles owens: I bought a necklace from here and needed to pick it up on the 23rd. Kay Jewelers is the only business in the mall that their employees don't care enough to show up. I had to purchase more jewelry so my girlfriends Christmas wasn't ruined. I will never shop here again. Everyone I have told feels the same way. Gave 1 star because I can't give 0.I have to update this. They had a busted water pipe that made it unsafe to enter. When they were able to enter for just information, they called and gave me options on how to get my necklace. I don't usually jump to conclusions and couldn't have been more wrong. Thanks for going out of your way during the holidays to ensure I would get my necklace.

So with that being said I did a return because there wasn't another ring that really caught my eye. So the day I go into to return the ring I'm told that they don't have enough money in the register and that I have to wait until they send a check they the mail.. but me wanting the money quicker so that I can get my woman the ring she wants, I called up there the following day and ask if I can just come there so that they can refund the rest of my money in cash so that I don't have to wait for the check. And she said no.. knowing that I want to get my m woman another ring. It made me really upset.. c'mon Kay's you have to do better than that

I came here after going to a few jewelry stores to get my wife's wedding bands customized for are anniversary. When walking into her gallery my first thoughts were, she may be to get and expensive for me, almost wanted to walk back out, so glad I didn't. After discussing with her about my plans, which was to design a ring using the same stones from the other 2 bands to look like the most tending thing today, she talked me into bringing my wife in and having the ring suited to her personality and wearability. I never thought of that. After the meeting, Suzanne took a couple days to design a few sketches we came back in a my wife, not I since I was going to wear it, picked the on she most loved. It was a great experience and we love telling the story. Oh and I almost forgot, hear price was were I wanted to be at with Suzanne knowing it and was right in the middle of pricing of the other jewelers.
