Me: Yelda is the most honest Jewler around. I drive 50 mins for his services. He is on the spot sizing and repair. He is always polite and his work is beautiful. Beautiful pieces throughout the store as well. I recommend him to everyone who values quality and honesty.

I had a few pieces that needed to be repaired. He did remarkable work on them! This jeweler has now been our only jeweler for about 10 years. The owner and staff recognize us and are very knowledgeable and helpful with all our needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I waited for an hour for him to show up. He never did. I came back a week later. The owner wasn't in. The polite jeweler told me the owner would open the store the next day. This is now trip three from clear across the county! I'm there at 10 sharp to meet the owner. He doesn't have keys to get into the building and says he's not interested in the type of diamond I have. So no sale. Huge waste of my time and gas. In professional and the owner is lazy as hell. Pathetic!

Dr. Michael Treysman: Purchased my wife's additional wedding ring attachment from Medawars when we first moved to Michigan. charles owens: I bought a necklace from here and needed to pick it up on the 23rd. Kay Jewelers is the only business in the mall that their employees don't care enough to show up. I had to purchase more jewelry so my girlfriends Christmas wasn't ruined. I will never shop here again. Everyone I have told feels the same way. Gave 1 star because I can't give 0.I have to update this. They had a busted water pipe that made it unsafe to enter. When they were able to enter for just information, they called and gave me options on how to get my necklace. I don't usually jump to conclusions and couldn't have been more wrong. Thanks for going out of your way during the holidays to ensure I would get my necklace.
Mike Binder: Everyone wonders why most people are buying online well there a perfect example why I don't get out of work until 7pm there store is supposed to be open until 8 pm I got to the mall literally ran from penny's to there store just to find put there closed at whatever time they wanted there wasn't a sole there at 7:50 9 days from Christmas that is some great customer service

So with that being said I did a return because there wasn't another ring that really caught my eye. So the day I go into to return the ring I'm told that they don't have enough money in the register and that I have to wait until they send a check they the mail.. but me wanting the money quicker so that I can get my woman the ring she wants, I called up there the following day and ask if I can just come there so that they can refund the rest of my money in cash so that I don't have to wait for the check. And she said no.. knowing that I want to get my m woman another ring. It made me really upset.. c'mon Kay's you have to do better than that
JR: They were the ONLY jeweler in the mall with good customer service and not just looking for a quick sale. When you're buying wedding set to last a lifetime and spending a considerable amount of money, you want to understand quality, warranty, and weigh your options. Jerry was great.

Nicole G: If I could give this a zero I would! Don't buy online! I have been wanting a couple ring for many many years so my husband purchased a couples ring from Zales for Christmas. On site it said said delivered by Christmas! He ordered 1st week in December. Ring didn't show up til 4 or 5 days after Christmas! When he tried to reach someone they told him he had to do it all online. Online they have you TEXT! He got nowhere! When it arrived the boxes was broken and smashed. My 1st ring from Zales was an horrible experience. NOW 23 days after having this ring their is a stone missing now! Nothing should be wrong with this ring already! No stones should have falling out of it if it was set correctly! I'm so upset about the whole experience starting from Christmas day when it wasn't under my tree.

I honestly felt very negative that I would find anything as I went to several other jewelry stores on this day with nothing but long waits and no luck. The two ladies working were very nice and attentive, but not pressuring. In less than 20 minutes I had found a band to go with my original wedding ring and I had it purchased and on my finger ☺️ Could not be happier. My original ring also came from Zales so nothing but good service all around from my end.

Leonard Cox: They always have a sign with their hours, but are never open. Must be out of business. Closed at 4pm, when sign says open 11 to 6. I've had this issue with them several times. So if you have a ring that needs cleaning and inspection every 6 months, this is how they can void your warranty. Never shop Zales again.

Miranda Limbert: They did an amazing job fixing my ring. My husband got my engagement and wedding band from kays. I had a diamond fall out. I took it to kays and I was 5 days over my inspection date so they wouldn't cover it. I had them send out my ring. They called and said it would be $4000 to fix it because all my diamonds were chipped. I said no so they sent it back to me. It sat in my safe for 3 years until someone referred my to Darrin. He fixed and said he didnt see any of my other diamonds chipped. You did an awesome job. I will always go to see him foe any new jewelry or to fix some. Thank you so much

J & K Greilich: Amazing….Our most recent purchase from Darren was a custom made mother’s ring. I had an idea in my head, drew a sketch of the three colorful gemstones in a sturdy setting, and Gold Designers turned my drawing into a stunning, one of a kind work of art. I am a nurse and prefer a thicker, low profile bezel set ring (without prongs); Darren made it happen. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process, he shared computer images of the design before the ring was created, the gemstones he selected were beautiful, the timing of design sketch to final product was quick, and the price was more than fair. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Derek Anderson: I dropped off a very small sterling silver ring to be sized up 2.5 sizes at Gold Designers on June 3, 2022.The shank on the ring I had sized is thinner than kite string.I called Gold Designers 7 days after dropping the ring off and was told I would be notified upon completion.I called again 14 days after drop off. I called again 25 days after drop off and was told the ring would be completed that day (June 28).I was not informed of the 3.5% Non-Cash Adjustment even while handing my credit card to the lady conducting the transaction.Had I been informed of the credit card fee at any time I would have gladly paid cash.25 days and $41.40 to size a tiny ring.No communication initiated from Gold Designers while taking 25 days to size a ring.Failure to inform customer of 3.5% Non-Cash-Adjustment.No acknowledgement or apology for a significant customer inconvenience.An overall negative experience (first and last) for me at Gold Designers.

I shopped with Gold Designers Manufacturing on Hill rd and Linden rd for an engagement/wedding set (which turned into a custom project which was beautifully done, diamond earrings (2 pair), and birthstone earrings. 😍beautiful products.The staff is very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Super nice people. Great prices for nice fine jewelry. I will continue to shop here every year for the women in my life. Fiance, mother, mother in law, etc. I suggest you go check it out and find some sparkly stones for the women in your life. Beth Hamilton: I'm very disappointed and offend by the way they made me and my husband feel as if we did something wrong or were being untruthful when we had to drop my wedding rings off yet again(3rd time) bcuz of a stone falling out. We haven't been rude or disrespectful bcuz after all of the money spent on my rings AT UR STORE (thank God we got the insurance. Which we paid for also) and to drop off my rings and ask them to make sure all of the other stones were tighten also so no more 🤞🤞will fall out, and when my husband picks it up and brings it home and I take it out to put it on and the stone that was missing is still missing!? 😲How did that get by the jeweler? 🤔Did he forget to put the stone in?Sorry...not sorry that someone didnt do their job, how is that our fault? And bcuz we had to then again bring it back-up to the store and give it back to have the job actually done. Your employee made us feel as if we were in the wrong and was very arrogant and then held onto my ring in front of me as if we hadn't paid for it, what kind of customer service is that!? Disrespectful is what I was taught that is. We have been more then understanding and patient with the whole ordeal we have had since purchasing my rings and alot of money was spent, and I don't appreciate being made to feel that way. Ppl really need to spread the kindness 💗 and understanding 😊 these days more then ever .Truly hope this is the last visit.
Dawson Barnes: The entire staff at the Genessee Valley Center location was very exceptional and helpful. After we toured around the jewelry shops in the mall, we ended up returning to their store! They delivered exactly what we asked for, and we ended up buying our engagement ring. Would heavily recommend.

Andrew Morrow: After going to Zales and being treated like they couldn't give us the time of day, this store nailed it. Treated us courteously, took the time to explain everything about each piece we were interested in, and never made us feel like we were wasting their time because we didn't want to spend 5k on a ring. Will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for engagement rings.
