Kevin Piper: Terrible company. They authorize medications without your approval. Even after they said they were closing, even after I said I wasnt using them anymore. A month later they auto authorize my prescriptions, without consent, so that when I go to fill it at the pharmacy I choose and insurance says I can use they cant fill it because they already ran it! Avoid the pharmacy at all costs!

Eileen Wally: My Doctor’s office used this mail order pharmacy for my medication. Horrible service. I was told by the Doctor it takes 3 weeks. I heard nothing for 7 weeks. So I demanded the Dr. use a different pharmacy. The second pharmacy took less than 2 weeks to fill the script, but could not deliver because Diplomat still had their order in to my insurance. I called Diplomat to tell them I’m going with another pharmacy, and Amanda told me she could not contact my insurance to untangle the duplicate order. She could “rescind” the order which would take time to process. I relayed the info to my 2nd pharmacy; a rep contacted Amanda and made her straighten out the med issue with my insurance.Arrival time of my med from Soleo Health: 2 hours. Hurray!

Frog Lady: They do not background check or drug test employees. Your personal, medical and financial records are not safe. My family has been a victim of one of their unscrupulous employees. Nothing was done about it. The employee, keya, was allowed to laugh in my face. And she still has a job. I urge anyone and everyone to look elsewhere for a pharmacy. This one doesnt care.

Linda Miller: I had a wonderful experience for 2 years and then the software system was changed. Since then I have had only problems getting a correct co pay. They say they need help to fix it, but I don't get called back. Almost out of meds. I used to get called routinely to refill, but now get no calls. Frustrating!

Monika Norcross: They provide me with monthly crates full of all my immunoglobulins infusion supplies. Pharmacists intelligent. All staff happy to help. Meds ship overnight if needed. Never had one issue in 2 years time. I recommend them to all my Primary Immunodeficiency friends.

Denisen Hartlove: TERRIBLE customer service! Our son is transgender, and getting his hormone meds has been a nonstop battle with Diplomat. Sometimes they send reminders ... sometimes not. We've been using them for at least a year, so you'd think they'd know when a new refill is due. Nope. Sometimes they have it ... sometimes not. I'm on hold with their unhelpful customer service line right now, since they sent half the number of syringes needed for the month. Turns out they need to do an internal investigation, check camera footage, and have me talk with a pharmacist before sending the correct amount. We're starting to wonder if this continued difficulty with getting our son's prescription filled is, in fact, institutional transphobia by this company. SO frustrated! Definitely recommend seeking other sources for your medications.

Bobbie: The Diplomat pharmacy changed my prescription from one generic to another. First claiming my insurance no longer covered the original. I called my insurance company and they verified that they DO cover my original prescription. So Diplomat said they would send submit my script to insurance and we would be good to go. Next day I get a call and am told the alternative is going to be sent. When I said no that's not right they told me my doctor only sent one script for one month. HMMM so how have I been receiving the same medication for months now? Yea thanks for lying to me for a second time. This has been ridiculous, all I want is my injections for my MS with out having to get the run around. I have enough things to deal with thanks for adding on

Mychelle Hall: this pharmacy is very INCONSIDERATE and RUDE, i was suppose to been my meds as im waiting for meds to come through they NEVER CAME, when i called i was told they sent my meds to another pharmacy, instead of calling and tell me what was going on they just said nothing, and i had to call to find out my meds was somewhere else, MIRANDA AND HER LEAD LIED and said they called I HAVE NO MISS CALLED AND HAVE NO VOICEMAIL

Stephanie Stevens: Have no clue what their doing or how to run their business. Called ahead for a presurgical covid test to make an appointment. Was told no appointment needed. Come Friday to drive thru between 10 and 4. Hospital will have results before Monday. Get there, called when arrived, waited over a half hour for someone to come out (We were the only ones there). Came out and I asked to make sure my results would be to the Hospital before Monday as my surgery was Monday morning. Was then told they would not be. They changed labs which had no drivers and they wouldn't pay a driver to take my specimen to Southfield. Tried offering them a service to use for a lab and courier that could get everything done asap and within 24 hours. Was then told by the Mid Michigan Pain Specialist Manager that I could come back Saturday to their clinic day.....which still would not help me. Have been since told they are shady.. will never go back nor recommend!

Scott Spraul: I had been waiting for a prescription to be filled by a large pharmacy due to the medication being very expensive, and the pharmacy was out of state. After three weeks, my doctor sent the prescription to Uptown Pharmacy….this place is unbelievable. A gentleman named Patrick called me, explained what was going on, explained the price of the medication, and explained that if my medical insurance didn’t cover it (2,300 dollars for a two week treatment)- they would look for programs to help cover it. Luckily my insurance covered it, but as promised, Patrick would call me every couple days to let me know what the status was with the insurance claim. Once it was approved, filled and completed, he called to let me know it was on the way, and was here two days later, again as promised.If you are looking for a quality pharmacy that practices old-fashioned customer service, look no further than Uptown Pharmacy. They are the best and Patrick is wonderful to work with.

Christie Petit: My daughters physician from the Cleveland Clinic put in an order for 2 medications specifically to be filled from this pharmacy on Friday. Knowing how sick my daughter was, he said we were to receive the medication by Monday overnight. I called this pharmacy on Monday to just double check to make sure the medication was shipped out to us. They told me the first lie, they had been trying to call her phone and had left two messages, have no idea why they called because they had nothing to tell us when I asked what the messages were about. I thought it was very strange. There were no messages on my phone or my daughters phone. Then they told the medication had been shipped out and we should receive it by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and so did Thursday. I called for the third time on Thursday at 5 o’clock only to hear that they will be shipping out the medication tomorrow, again another lie. 3 lies in 4 . They couldn’t answer my questions when I asked them why they lied the medication was already shipped out on Monday and then on Tuesday and then on Wednesday. My daughter is so very sick and needed that medication ASAP to see if it can give her any relief. I would’ve driven to Flint Michigan from Ohio to get it had I known they were so terribly unprofessional and untruthful about mailing the Rx.As I write this, the medication still has not been shipped out, he promised to put it in the mail overnight free of charge so I have it by tomorrow (which now is the following Friday of my daughters appt ) - We will see if I receive this medication tomorrow.It is one thing to be unprepared behind the scenes but at least tell your customers the truth so they’re not waiting on something so necessary and important. I don’t know why this medication comes from Flint Michigan, but had I known this was going to be our situation, I never ever would have gone through this horrible pharmacy and personally researched another pharmacy that could have promptly filled this prescription. Absolutely unacceptable to lie to your customers over and over. It makes no sense to me.Very very bad pharmacy, or maybe the people running it? Not sure, but not ok- something not right there.
