Chris Lutz: Very disappointed in this pharmacy. I thought with it being small they would have more one on one help. When my doctor sent a script to them, my medical coverage had stopped without my knowledge. The pharmacy never advised me, rather they said they didn't get the script from my doctor which was a lie. They had it for 2 days before I was advised of no coverage. They refused to sell my prescription cash & I have a disease with no cure & need my meds. They held my medication hostage for a week & told me they were too busy to call customers about issues like this. I would never go there if you want consistant & professional help. They're all very rude. That's what I get for trying to keep it local???

Kat Kerby: Becky is a disgusting human being who should not be allowed to work as a cart pusher at Meijer let alone work in the pharmacy. I have been working with my doctor for three days to find an alternative of my medication since there is a national shortage. After having my medication switched, Becky called to inform me that my medication was for school aged kids, insinuating I shouldn't even be prescribed it, then continued to talk over me telling me it isn't her fault there's a nationwide shortage. I've been dealing with this problem since last year, I understand the situation going on with MY medication. The fact BECKY felt the need to speak on my medical health should result in her being terminated immediately. I will be continuing to take this as high as I need to, and would love to speak to Becky directly in person to know why she feels it's okay to speak to anyone in this manner, let alone a patient trying to work with them to find an alternative to their medication.

Nicole Lackney: Extremely RUDE pharmacy technicians. Prescriptions got sent over at 9am from Drs office and prescription STILL NOT READY at 7pm. They are extremely slow. I know quite a few people that stopped using this pharmacy. Maybe hire people who are nice and don’t act like they hate their job and maybe they wouldn’t have so many upset customers

MKF: I highly do not recommend anybody going here!!!I’ve had two separate situations where this pharmacy has completely messed with my medication and We’re neglectful at either filling my prescription or giving me the wrong medicine.The first time, they started giving me a different birth control which made my body feel extremely weird, three weeks later I find out I have blood clots! It is their due diligence to inform you if they have given you a different medication and verifying if it’s OK to fill a generic.The second time, my doctor sent in two prescriptions and one couldn’t be filled until later that week. Once the day came to pick up my prescription, they told me that they were completely out and since it was a Friday, they would have to wait until Monday which would defeat the purpose of taking a medication that I cannot go without.DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will either cause you more medical issues, or make you go without your medication after they’ve had the prescription for the last five days

Monique Morrison: I was having some issues with filling my prescription at my long time pharmacy which is meijers on hill Rd...meijer's was always out of stock with my meds and the waiting time to just fill my meds were beyond a long time...I was feed up and so contacted Family pharmacy and a very nice young lady answered the phone and informed me that they could fill my prescription for me and to just have my Dr's office send in the order which I did...I was in total disbelief that 20 mins later they were calling me to come in and pick my medicine up....I arrived at the pharmacy to find a small, clean, and well organized pharmacy with 4 friendly, kind and very professional ladies working..I instantly felt like we all were very old friends and I probably talked theirs ear off...I can not say enough about how wonderful the service and the people are at family pharmacy...I will definitely be using them as my permanent pharmacy... I would gladly recommend Family pharmacy to all my family and friends...

I just had an experience when I called before I went up to Family Pharmacy to find out the total copay amount so I would have the appropriate amount of money to pay and I was told one amount, then when I went in and the staff rang me up it was 5 times the amount I was told over the phone. The blond girl with dark glasses (I didn’t catch her name) helped me and she was so rude and short with me that none of it made sense, I had someone with me and even she noticed how rude the checkout clerk was too. When I had some questions at the counter about my medications she ignored 3/4’s of them and I had to repeat myself three different times. When I went out to my car I checked over what exactly was in the bag and I noticed that one of my prescriptions was only 1/3 filled. So I went back in and at the counter was a different clerk almost as if she had been waiting for me. Anyhow, I told her of the situation and instead of Family Pharmacy correcting their OWN ERROR swiftly, the lady told me that I’d have to wait an additional 20 plus minutes, mind you I had already waited my 1 hour plus in line already. I went went back out to my vehicle and when I went back in to re-pick my Rx back up, well the blond haired young lady with dark glasses rang me up again, to which I was surprised because she told me that there was an up charge of 3x’s the amount I normally pay for that certain generic prescription, she already had the $1.20 in her hand without opening the register and quickly dropped my $1.20 in my hand and told me of the new charge of $3.60, well the amount I was initially told on the phone before arriving there was only $1 more so I wasn’t prepared for that amount and since I’ve never paid over $1 for that medication ever before I certainly wasn’t prepared for this. When I asked her about it, again she was rude and short and didn’t seem to want to answer my questions. I don’t know but this whole experience left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth. It seems that I was highly inconvenienced BIG time. I didn’t mention that they only had a partial amount of another medication as well, so again I’m inconvenienced by having to come back once again to pick up the rest of the prescription tomorrow when they supposedly receive it. I can take a hint since I’ve used this pharmacy before and I’ve had all of these same medications filled there several times as well and I have never ran into all of these problems. One after another and all in the same day. It’s frustrating for me since their name Family Pharmacy refers to a place that treats you good. Yet, I was far from treated good. I have had some issues with them before but not to this level. So if I could rate them zero stars, I absolutely without a doubt would. Once I pick up this last prescription I’m already invested into, I will give them exactly what they want and run far from this Family Pharmacy on Fenton Rd. The customer service is just disgusting and disrespectful. I don’t care who a person is they shouldn’t be treated like I was today. This goes to show that Family Pharmacy judges a book by its cover. There’s FAR too too much of that seeming to go around nowadays. Can’t we just learn to be kinder to one another, it goes so much farther than disrespect for one another.

They are always there to answer any questions they've given me freeze vitamins they've given me free calendars they always want to make sure to answer any questions and go out of your way they even deliver your medications if you have no ride or other way to get up there even if you do have a ride or wait to get up there they will still deliver to your front door.!!! Really guys Brothers Pharmacy is the best way to go they greet you by your first and last name really guys brothers pharmacy is the best way to go they reach you by your first and last name that they get to know by heart this is really a small family pharmacy that really cares about it's members and you just don't want to go to a Walmart or Rite Aid these guys actually care they see that you're sick though actually go with in the law in actually give you vitamins or some GNC ailments that can help you. Go with THIS Pharmacy, you won't regret it!

Nick Williams: First of all I would like to say Brianna at the front register was awesome and more than helpful with everything! She deserves a raise! Now the two in the back Sheri and the gentleman that was with Sheri were absolutely ridiculous! The gentleman and Sheri let the phone ring 3 times without answering. After Brianna spoke with Genesis over my cell phone she told the two in the back, " You have to answer these are doctors calling in scripts." Sheri with responded back with, "I am counting!" Well Sheri if you can not count and respond with a simple yes or no you are in the wrong profession! The gentleman did apologize and did end up stepping up after Sheri realized my insurance had switched I told her my insurance and she rolled her eyes and sighed!! Don't know if it was because she had to do more than count or if it was because of my state issued insurance. Either way I will not spend a dollar in that store if Sheri is working!!! Brianna you were great and I am so sorry you have to deal with that attitude all day! Hopefully for not much longer

edna sabucco: I've been going to Walgreens for 20+ years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The loca tion is convenient, the staff is knowledgeable & friendly, as well as quick & efficient.
