Carli Bolley: Son needs his med.. pharmacist tells me they don’t have it.. than tells me she don’t know if other stores have it.. to tell me I can see if we can get it but it would take 2 days (doesn’t check to see if she can get it) all while sitting on the phone not seeing if she can get it.. so yeah next time do your job if you don’t lie your job get a new one.. my son needed those meds and you failed him thanks!

Joni Grant: Do not order online-twice now I have had missing items or a missing order. Today Doordash sent me a pic saying my Walgreen order was delivered but it wasn't my door it was delivered to. I drove to where I thought it was but it was gone and the business was empty. When I called the Store on Corunna Rd, the Manager told me it was not his problem and to call Doordash. Doordash said because I ordered through Walgreens Website, they would have to fix it. I'm still waiting.

Leilani Lookerschnoos: Horrible horrible service and pharmacy, they do not care about patients or how/if they get their medication, if they are out no one tells you. They will not offer any type of assistance, only the barriers you are more than likely to encounter trying to get your meds, to which that they are more than willing to go over. If you need to go to a different location for the meds they make you call around and do all of the leg work THAT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!!! Do yourself and your loved ones a huge favor and take your health, medications, and business to an actual pharmacy where training is provided on patient care.

Gretchen Railling: Had a Covid testing appointment scheduled for 4:45pm. Arrived at 4:28 and got in line at the drive thru. When we finally got to the window at 5:25, the clerk said that the person who does the testing left at 5:00!
Shannon Carter: Waited through a 6 car line up in the drive through to be informed that my prescription will take 1.5 hours to fill AFTER it was called in at 4 hours prior. I waited and ran an errand to kill time to come back and wait in another 5 car line up only to be informed that I now need prior authorization from the insurance company that will take 2 to 7 business days. I’m switching from this pharmacy......I wouldn’t bother using them if I were you.
Heather Arnold: They billed my insurance 10 days after filling my meds, then wanted to make me wait 10 days without my medicine to get my refill mind you I have multiple sclerosis and NEED my meds. The pharmacist I spoke to was so rude! I immediately hung up and switched myself, my husband and my daughter over to rite aid! Never going back there again! I hope no other sick people have to deal with such chaos. Very sad.

They are always busy, but that's a good sign that so many people come here. The store is always clean & has pretty much anything I need. Keep up the great work !
Cara McCovery: I work in EMS on an ambulance in the city. I am an essential worker risking my 4 kids life along with mine while on the frontline of the pandemic. I have been coping with all the many changes but was shock today when I walk into this particular store and found out the bathroom was close to the public. I even ask an employee if I could used the restroom hoping that with me being in uniform she could see I was on duty and allow me to used it and she said no. I not sure if she is aware that Emt's, paramedics and a lot of others essential workers are in a vehicle for over 12 hours a day and have to find a restroom at a friendly business. I did want to buy something too but after that I could not see myself buying something from somewhere that would not let me use the bathroom so I could be comfortable for the rest of my 12 hr shift. So I ended up going over to Speedway to use their restroom and make a purchase.

I'm so happy this one is in my new neighborhood so I don't have to go to the Walgreen's on Beecher and Ballenger Rd in Flint. Such a big difference in environment in pharmacy department. I would definitely recommend this store to others as well.

gina k: The customer service at this pharmacy was horrible this am. Drive thru there was only 1 car before me. I pushed the call button the lady walked away from the window & tookher time returning. It's barely 9am & your smacking gum with an attitude. No greeting when she finally returned or apology for the wait. Her attitude & customer service was poor! She sent my prescription out & walked away. Big chain stores are closing, , customers will go elsewhere for better service. Tired of poor service here will switch to Rite Aid down the street. Ridiculous
Ms. S. O'dell: Revised. While this pharmacy is an upgrade from Rite Aid, they became lax and annoyingly incompetent. They failed to fill prescriptions, didn't even courtesy call to ask if I wanted the item by paying cash, and after all prescriptions were transferred out, they actually filled another one and have been texting me to come and pick it up. No. Same thing happened to my mother - all prescriptions were removed from auto-refill to prevent fill and then transferred out. They have now expired. Renewal prescriptions were called in to a completely different pharmacy and WalGreens went on and filled them anyway - on expired prescriptions, assuming no changes had been made. Then they turned on the autodialer and have relentlessly demanded she come in and pick hers up. Also - no. Too many people who don't work well enough together to make it worth your time to sit in that driveway, or stand in the line in the store, for 30+ minutes just to pick up what should have been ready hours-days ago. Instead you get to the front and there is yet another excuse for why they don't have it. Save the headache, go elsewhere.

I have waited in a long line for an extended time only to have someone else ariving later be serviced before me. I have noticed this on other occasions. Everyone's prescription is ready because you were contacted. This is not a logical system. It is suppose to be first come first serve. I have also been in a long line and waited even longer for them to bill my insurance which should be done prior to me arriving.

My wife about died last night and had to go to the ER because they decided to close at 8:58 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. like they're supposed to. It was 8:55 when I was at the register and I didn't have enough money for what I needed to get my wife. I walked away got the money that I needed came back to the cash register at 8:58 they shut the windows in my face and said sorry sir we're closed. They're rude unconsiderate and don't deserve to even work in the pharmacy you're there to help people. But instead they wanted to be rude. In my opinion they should all be fired for closing the pharmacy early. If my wife would have died last night I would have sued everyone of them you guys are pathetic and I will never come to this Walgreens ever again in my life

Katelin Maylum: Scheduled a COVID-19 test at 3:15pm. Arrived early and the drive through was backed up for thirty minutes, whatever. Finally reached the window and was told that I had to GO BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE so they could "prepare my test". Why wasn't the test prepared already as I had a 3:15 appointment? The cashier was very rude and thought that me waiting another 30 minutes was a reasonable request. If I wanted to come in and be tested, I could but I would have to wear a mask. I scheduled a DRIVE THROUGH TEST to receive DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Don't forget the pharmacy closes down for lunch, or you will be upset when you go to pick up prescriptions and find that they are closed for a half hour. Good deals on digital coupons, sales, and cash back rewards. Good deals on photo developing, too.

Michelle Sawvel: This Walgreens closes when thy want to close without even letting people know to come pick up there scripts before thy close or try to call your scripts in one or two days early and thy always say no it’s to early even though my scripts are for pain and my dr said as needed so I’m allowed to get them a couple days early if needed. I called my scripts in yesterday and went to pick them up today (Sunday and thy are closed) with no warning or call to say thy are going to be closed. Thy don’t care and thy go through a lot of different pharmacist
Peggy Jones: I went there yesterday. I was asked an employee Anna Louise if she could get me some more Arizona energy drinks from the back. First of all she had an attitude when i stopped her. Then she said " how many do you have, 6? Thats all you can get thats the limit". She said that's what the manager said. I told her it doesnt say that in the paper she said again about the manager. I was so upset about her attitude that i put the other items i was going to purchase on a shelf. I wanted the juice for work so i took it to register.When i got to the register they were not even on sale. Latasha at register was very nice. I buy a lot more than Arizonas from Walgreens. If theres a limit it should state that. Anna Louise needs an education in customer service I wont return there and im also calling corporate.

Ms. S. O'dell: Almost always busy. I pick up rx's for other ppl here also and I can tell you they have been out of lancets for more than a month with clearly no intention of getting them in stock. Calvin Perreault: Tried to fill a script and it was out of stock. They said tomorrow. In stock now one week later but they are questioning my dosage. It’s too big the sassy pharmD thinks. You are a pill pusher, not in charge of MY treatment; wrong degree for that honey. I’m a 260 pound 6’5” athlete, PLEASE TELL ME what dose would provide efficacy then since you’re so smart. 0 out of 1 stars to this see you next Tuesday.

Daria Smith: Sheri has an awful attitude! I called for a perception refill bc I was going out of state it was 2 days early and I got the worst attitude not to mention I had already done my homework and spoke with my insurance company prior so I didn't have problems there, well needless to say I got a headache even though my insurance okayed the 2 day early perception she would not "count" them out so here I am calling my script in the day I'm supposed to leave and it wont be ready till I need to be gone....
Nick Williams: First of all I would like to say Brianna at the front register was awesome and more than helpful with everything! She deserves a raise! Now the two in the back Sheri and the gentleman that was with Sheri were absolutely ridiculous! The gentleman and Sheri let the phone ring 3 times without answering. After Brianna spoke with Genesis over my cell phone she told the two in the back, " You have to answer these are doctors calling in scripts." Sheri with responded back with, "I am counting!" Well Sheri if you can not count and respond with a simple yes or no you are in the wrong profession! The gentleman did apologize and did end up stepping up after Sheri realized my insurance had switched I told her my insurance and she rolled her eyes and sighed!! Don't know if it was because she had to do more than count or if it was because of my state issued insurance. Either way I will not spend a dollar in that store if Sheri is working!!! Brianna you were great and I am so sorry you have to deal with that attitude all day! Hopefully for not much longer
