Jessica Parsons: I͏ love Judy Cox and you will too!!!Judy is the best. Judy is very knowledgeable of the market and has a ton of resources. When my buyer could not get approved for a loan from their original lender, Judy referred them to an alternate lender who ultimately gave them a loan. Judy also knows painters, exterminators and anybody else you might need to aid in the sale of your home. Judy made all of the arrangements and met with the contractors for me. Judy never left me hanging. She frequently kept in touch with updates and returned my calls, emails, and texts within the same day, often within minutes. She also went out of her way to "stay on" the buyer's lender to make sure our closing was not unnecessarily delayed. Judy is at the top of her game and went above and beyond to help me sell my home. Judy was also my realtor when I purchased a home. We had issues with our loan and Judy was able to find us a different lender. On top of all of that she is just a lovely human being who was with me every step of the way in this stressful process. She is very savvy and skilled. While she is incredibly kind, she also is not afraid to get "tough" with the entities involved in the process to make sure that things get done. I will continued to use Judy for all of my real estate needs and I highly recommend her to anybody who is trying to sell or purchase a home.

Kristen Simpson: This has to be the most unprofessional company that my family has ever dealt with. They do not answer phone calls nor return messages. It’s absolutely a joke trying to get someone to come out to fix anything and when they do it is done poorly or not at all. All they care about is making sure they get rent payments on time but refuse to help the renters. This is a company that is all about money that does not care about the well-being or the health of the renters that they have in their homes. I would never recommend this company to a stranger let alone a friend or family. I would say it’s equivalent to working with a slum lord but the sad part is it’s a whole company.

Nasir Ali: This is the most unprofessional and horrible real estate agency I have ever come across. Urgent warning to both buyers and sellers, if you want to have a professional buying or selling experience please stay away from Shane Adams and Remax select. Shane Adam is a snake oil salesman. He is extremely dishonest and will say anything to trap you as a buyer or seller. One more thing he is not a licensed broker, but he will try to impress you that he is a licensed broker. As a matter of fact, he is a very shrewd person looking to trap you in signing his contract. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH. He has hired a licensed broker name Lance Dicaire who has sold his soul to Shane and let him act like a broker. Both of these guys are a disgrace to the profession of real-estate and have been reported to North Oakland County Board of realtors and Michigan depart of licensing and regulatory affairs.
