BGS: My daughter (10yrs old) started a boxing class here for the 1st.This place is great!!Awesome Energy!!Comfortable atmosphere!!!
Brian Warner: My 14 year old daughter did this class for a month (thus far) and is reaping the benefits immediately for volleyball. If you have a child that plays school or club sports that could use some physical conditioning in preparation for their respective sport, this class is a MUST. Very well ran. Be prepared to push physical boundaries! Very beneficial. Jerry knows how to get the most out of your young athlete!

The coed HIIT class is a great blend of cardio and strength training that always delivers an awesome workout. Jerry keeps the workouts fun and engaging, and the classes are always full of great people. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

The workouts are constantly changing to shock bodies and form muscles, endurance and confidence! First Class Athletics has changed my life and many others and I strongly recommend people of all fitness levels to check it out! You will not regret it! "CLEAR YOUR MIND OF CANT"
Kerry Sanford: The trainers and staff at First Class Athletics are top notch. They keep the energy in the room at an all time high, pay special attention to form-assuring prevention of injury, are welcoming to anyone and everyone- which provides a judgement free feel, and are willing to work with all schedules to assure you get your fitness needs met. I can personally say from experience the personal training, women's bootcamp, barre class, and yoga have all suited me well and I am in the best possible shape I could be in. If your looking for a gym to attend, I would highly recommend First Class Athletics as they are the best :)

Shay M: Nearly a year ago I joined FCA with no knowledge of gym equipment or knowing the first thing about weight training. You could not ask for more knowledgeable, compassionate or supportive trainers than Jerry, Isaac and Makenna. The sense of community among members and staff is truly something special that I don't think you would find in a chain franchise. It has been a tough but rewarding experience and I am full of gratitude for the training and support I have received.
Debbie Alderson: I started the coed boot camp at FCA a year ago with a group of friends. I have never worked out before and new that I need to start doing something as I am not getting any younger! I have stuck with it consistently for this past year and I have to say FCA is the best thing ever. I have noticed positive results which is very exciting. Jerry, Isaac and Mac are a great team and push you to do your best. What I love is that they can modify any part of the workout to fit your needs. This is a special place and I will continue to attend as long as Jerry is in business! Thanks FCA 💪

Thomas Goyette: Jerry is the man. If you want your young athlete to get bigger, stronger, faster more competitive this is the place to be.the Adult classes are hard but they modify it every level.

Lauren Trombly: This gym is incredible! The owner Jerry is so handsome and easy to get along with. He’s very creative with his work out routines; no day is the same. He plays fantastic upbeat music to keep you jumping around. His staff are also very handsome, but not as handsome as Jerry. So tall with big muscles. I just love this gym. Nothing compares!

trefoil: The facility itself isn’t in top shape but you will not find a more friendly group of people. The club is run by members and is an all around great place to goto during the summer with decent membership prices friendly people and a great snack selection.
Jim Lanave: My kids are in the swim program and there's a lot of good in that place. Granted, it needs some love but the people make up for that minor flaw. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Devon Bryant: Bad area all together. Pool deck was messy and concrete was everywhere. The tennis courts had weeds all over them.

Andrew Barrie: Definitely the best soccer team in the state! Tickets and parking are easily available and affordable! Their Twitter is great, their website is... meh. There is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in Atwood Stadium; and pregame/halftime shows feature plenty of local talent. If only their season was longer!
Matthew Blondeel: We watched the Bucks here in their inaugural game and their national championship win. The stadium and facilities are perfect for the growth of a great team and a great club. I love having something this positive in Flint.
