Tonia Force: This was by far the dirtiest room we've ever stayed in. We only stayed because we were there for a funeral and had to get a room at the last minute and it was cheap, as a room was not in our budget this time. The people at the desk were good though. They didn't charge us for our dog, which definitely helped. But the room was literally dirty, not just old and not maintained. The towels a nd washcloth looked used and wrinkles like all they did was folded it back up, and there was only 2 towels. The beds were the same. The sheets and pillows were visibly dirty looking and wrinkles like they had been used. I had my own blankets and pillows so we just slept on top of the bedspread. The toilet, tub and even the walls were dirty. I didn't even want to touch the light switch to turn anything on. The fridge has ice built up in the freezer, which is not a big deal except the ice was yellow And brown like food had been spilled in there and not cleaned up. This room was absolutely disgusting. I was afraid to check for bedbugs because I was stuck having to stay here so I just didn't even want to know. Very disgusting.Rooms: Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Linens were dirty and appeared to be used.Noteworthy details: Most disgusting place I've ever stayed.

Lonesome Warrior: The hotel was in total a warm, clean and dry place to stay. My mom and I stayed here for a month. The staff are super friendly and quick to help. The main reason I'm rating so low is the accomodations said to be included with the room. Housekeeping is only weekly and they only take linens upon that weekly cleaning. The wifi is basically non existent and the trim around the floor is taped up with duct tape. If these were handled, I would have given 3 stars

Brianna Walker: I’ve been here twice, first time was great the second time sucked. The cashier was mean and didn’t let me finish my sentences when ordering. I never get Starbucks but today I was excited to try something new. The cashier asked me for what size I wanted and I said “large”( I don’t know how the sizing works at this establishment) she said do you want a tall grande or venti while shaking her head and giving me a dirty look. We sat down and waited for our order and half of the staff started passive aggressively arguing (mostly the cashier) in front of customers. The drink was good but 2 sips and it was gone because they put a ton of ice. it wasn’t what I wanted. I NEVER complain about customer service or fast food workers because I understand what it’s like. But This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I honestly wanted to cry because I don’t do well with socializing. I hope I never get this cashier again in the future.

Jon Gittins: I enjoy flying out of Bishop International Airport. It's a smaller airport with quick check-in and friendly TSA. I don't fly out of here as much as I used to since the flight options are limited to Chicago (and onward) and many Florida/vacation destinations with Allegiant Airlines, though it's still a generally stress-free experience.

Phil Mastin: Love the convenience of a smaller airport, but beware! They don't tell you, at least not where I could see, that the American and United ticket counters close 45 minutes before the flight. Don't think you can show up later just because it's going to be less busy than Detroit! Make sure you're there at least an hour before your flight. I showed up about 42 minutes before my departure time and there was literally nobody to check my bag and nobody to help.FYI the FAQs on the airport website say the typical, generic, "arrive 2 hours before your flight" but don't say anything about the closing of the ticket counters. The airline websites didn't say it anywhere obvious either.I hope this is helpful, as I would have made sure I was a little earlier had I known there would be zero chance of making my flight by showing up less than 40 minutes early.

Melanie Sabin: This was our first time flying out of Flint. I was very impressed. The airport is clean and updated. We flew Allegiant and from the moment we entered, to boarding the plane we did not encounter one rude employee. This was over Spring Break so the lines were long. It would have been easy to get stressed but that was not the case. The tone was very pleasant. Everyone was smiling, helpful and kind. There were even Easter decorations around the Allegiant bag check area. We will definitely be returning here.

Danny Marsh: Lady at the front was helpful . Thats where the good ends . Never felt so unsafe in my life . Security latch left next to the door with the screws out of the wall . Room stunk . Bed was squeaky . Never slept in it so I can't speak to its cleanliness . I couldn't get over how uncomfortable I felt so I booked another hotel after about 10 minutes in the room . Maybe the sweater left in the parking lot or the charcoal grill setup or the auto parts resting on the curb no longer attached to a vehicle gave me the wrong impression but its amazing how much better after I left there and spent more money on another hotel . I wouldn't suggest this to anyone . If its the only room left in town , I would go to another town .

Faith Ackerman: The sheets were stained dark brown. The comforter had cigarette burns on it in 3 spots. The door lock was broken. The door jam looked like it was about to fall out of the frame. All the cabinets were in rough shape wood was rotted away. There was nothing pleasant about the red roof inn in flint. I said something to the front desk attendant and she had no response to anything I told her.

The shower leaked .There were smokers in room next door, and we had to close off all vents. I brought my own air purifier which I know worked overtime! The atmosphere of being watched each time we came in and left was erie!!!Never gave clean towels! Horrible!!!! No microwave 1 Microwave to be used by entire hotel downstairs! No food allowed to leave from downstairs continetal breakfast, but employees/ owners children allowed to do so in front of customers. Sarah Carr: Mediocre at best. A little dirty but nothing I couldn’t handle. There was security guards at my door at 11 pm because apparently my speaker was too loud. Why wouldn’t they just call the room and tell me that? The breakfast was kind of slim pickins. Even at 7 am there was no fruit, one danish in the cabinet, and no selections of juices or teas which was a disappointment for me. However the waffle maker saved our lives, it is always excellent!So it wasn’t nothing to write home about but it was the cheapest I saw.

Chelsey Holmes: You definitely get what you pay for staying here. Was taken a back by the fact they ask for a security deposit by how many issues the rooms have. Luckily did not have any bugs. Roof over your head for the airport but that's about damn near it.

It says no smoking and I'm sure they'll never know cons8dering the place has a new path kind of smell. (Entire building smells like smoke) I think next time I'll be sure to read the reviews on a place cause this one isn't the one to go to. Save your money and go to red roof.

E G: The bedsheets were disgusting.. the front desk staff was very friendly and kind. What ruined our experience is we payed for an extra hour to clean, and as soon as my significant other left the room there was a man standing in my doorway just watching me after I told him i payed for an extra hour. And wouldn't leave as I was alone cleaning the room.We stayed to clean and found old clothes of other residents from before. The man seemed nice but was very off-putting being my boyfriend had just left the room and wasn't sure how to handle the situation. I paid for another hour of privacy to clean and him hovering until my bf showed up was just strange. Again nice staff and and worked with us at late hours. Just should've been left alone as soon as I said I paid for extra time. Other than that whole ordeal. Nice people work there. Just won't be visiting again.

Janis Thornton: 0 stars DONT DO IT this is not a hotel for families or vacation my experience was horrible for starters I booked a double bed for me and my children I received a queen bedroom the key card machine didn't work so the front desk clerk had to let everyone in their room anytime anyone wanted to come or go and there's no elevator so you have to drag your luggage up three or four flights of stairs depending on what room you're in the phones didn't work so you couldn't call the front desk when we walked in it smelled like a thousand cigarettes there was a dirt trail on the carpet throughout the whole room as if it had never been cleaned since it was installed the bathroom had a big hole in it with the wood putty slapped on top of it the tub had permanent stains the trim in the bathroom was falling off and had mold behind it the bed linens had holes and stains on them the mini fridge and microwave hadn't been cleaned and one of the lamps didn't work and to top it off there's no manager or anyone authorized to refund your money back so you have to wait for several days to get a refund at this point they just need to throw the whole hotel away and start over this place really needs a redo especially with covid-19 and bed bugs at all time high this is truly sad no shade to the front desk worker she did pretty good and I commend her for doing all that work especially since she just had knee replacement
