Brian Crawford: The weekday crowd is little. I was there for: trail run shoes, yeti, treadmill. They have a great selection of shoes. Help you fit them and see your best size. The yeti I was after... They have them all... But... The treadmills... They have a lot of rich people treadmills... But I just started running. 200 miles. Anyways... They only had one I would buy. But at 700 bucks and 2.5 hp engine it was a deal. Did not look at clothes. The whole middle of store is jam packed with clothes.

I called the Grand Rapids location to double check and I received confirmation that the shoes were in stock. Along with confirming they were in stock, the associate confirmed the size, color, and overall design of the shoes and stated he brought them up to the front desk and Customer Service would be able to assist. Given that I do not live in the area I wanted to double check prior to making the drive and I was given confirmation all would be good to go.Upon arriving to the store the associates that helped stated the shoes were not in stock and I would have to connect with customer service if I would like a refund.I do not need a refund however I’m annoyed that I asked to confirm the shoes were in stock so I did not waste time driving, and that’s exactly what happened. I understand errors happen but do not tell me that you have the shoes in hand and you’re taking them to customer service for when I arrive and then tell me they’re not in stock.

J Kremer: This is one of my favorite places to go even if I'm not looking for anything in particular.This location is always very clean and tidy. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. If they don't know something or can't help you, they will find someone who can.There are some really cool things to look at here such as the timber wolves when you walk in and out of the main entrance. There is also a giant display of many different large mammals straight back from the entrance as well as a large live fish tank next to it. Aside from these, there are more taxidermy displays on the walls and shelves throughout the entire store.If you are looking for outdoor equipment of any kind, including clothes, this is the place to go. They have everything you could imagine and more.

He provides amazing customer service and he is my FAVORITE range employee of all stores and all times!Update 2022: Marty is also awesome! He’s always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Staff here are simply amaze!Hunter was amazing -very helpful and knowledgeable! Range prices are $15/hr and $10 gun rental. You are able to bring in your own purchased ammo. It’s a really great place to get in some fun target practice.
Keegan Salmon: I called to see if they had .204 ruger ammo in stock however the employee tried to tell me that .204 ruger was the gun model and not the caliber. I explained to him my gun is chambered .204 ruger and he proceeded to reply with “no, you need to check the stamp on your barrel.” Please get this man out of the gun shop lol.
David’s Trinity: Horrible customer service and everyone refuses to answer the phone. Did not be this way a few years ago but now they must have hired new worthless people that refuse to or don’t even know how to pick up a phone anymore, thanks for nothing silver bullet you just lost a customer who was willing to spend over 2000.00. Don’t bother replying to me cuz I’ll treat you the same way you treated me. No response. I would give zero stars if possible, don’t give this one any business.
robert kwekel: Customer service is horrible, and management isn't much better. There was a gun on the demo/testing wall that I wanted to try out, they told me no because they didn't have one in the cabinet that they could sell me. I offered to order one through them if I liked the demo, they said no again...are you kidding me? What's the point of having test/demo guns displayed on the wall when the only way you allow people to shoot them is if you have that gun in stock to purchase?? SO, I asked if I could talk to a manager, management came down and said "that's our policy, if you don't like it, get out." Word for word. I promise you that I was not showing any form of temper or animosity. His response was exceptionally unprofessional. I will never be back.

blake rosenthal: The "Majority" of the staff was friendly however due to one of the senior employees lack of familiarity with the wording on the ATF form 4473, they refused to sell to me as I'm an active duty U.S. Marine stationed here in Michigan. Fortunately I ended up going to another FFL where they gladly accepted all of my military credentials where I was able to purchased the firearms I had previously attempted to at Silver Bullet. Cool store! Just not great customer service with military.

Amy Gross: So I found what I wanted on their website and it said it was in stock. Unfortunately it was available "in store only" but when I got to the store they didn't have it at all. I hate their website! It is so inaccurate.
Skip Spencer: Clearance racks posted all items $14.95 or less. Not the case, as MOST items were priced above $15. Bought it to the attention of an employee, but just got some lame excuse about to many clothes, blah, blah, blah.
Michele Redden: Was not at all happy, I do see why the mall is practically empty when you enter a store and you're followed from rack to rack. Is this your stores policy for everyone or just people of color.
Jim Burns: I love this place, great employees, helpful, knowledgeable, well stocked store. I thought cabelas was good, I was mistaken. Cabelas is broken in the technology area, web site, app, in store tech and you get to wait alot there. Dunhams is quick and a pleasure to do business with.

However, did not appreciate the rude security guard or employee in the store (not exactly sure what his role is) who came and stood in the aisle while I attempted to try on jackets. When asking him if he knew the location of a mirror, he seemed to get even more agitated with me. I would encourage Dunhams management to foster a more inviting environment for customers. Understand that theft is a major issue but not all of us are looking to steal merchandise. I actually ended up purchasing the jacket. However, I likely will not return.

Amanda E: We were there on Saturday with a group of kids and adults. The gentlemen who checked us in was very serious and straightforward. I am not sure if he was the owner but I don't think he cracked a smile once while we were there. Once we got to the field, the gentleman in his 30's with the large brim hat was fantastic. He joked with us and made the morning fun. He was always checking in on our group. The refs on the field were also very friendly. The kids and adults all had a great time.

Rick dose a lot for this sport and Michigan paintball would not be the same if TC Grand Rapids wasn't here.
Nicolas Picano: TC Paintball in Grand Rapids is a top notch paintball facility that offers a huge pro shop stocked with every piece of gear you could ever need and beautiful turf indoor and outdoor fields so that us Michigan paintball players can play year-round. Rick and his staff do everything they can to cater to every player, from kids and first-time players all the way through seasoned tournament players. This field and its ownership epitomize the "grow the sport" mantra and I look forward to seeing this field continue to be a institution for Michigan paintball.
Lilly: Came in with a group of six—three couples of husbands and wives for a fun weekend activity.We showed up around 1pm for our 1:30pm reservation and were helped out pretty quickly by the front of house staff. They explained all of our options for packages and we chose the basic $39 package per person but added on an additional 4,000 paintballs. We were a little disappointed that the website had false advertised/mislead us into thinking ahead of time that upgrading to a full auto gun was only an additional $10, but in fact it turned out to be a $40 upgrade because you had to purchase an entirely whole different package to be able to upgrade to use the full auto. So we just stayed with the basic gun package and it was fine for the price. It would be nice if they had offered an option to just upgrade the gun without all of the extra stuff we didn’t need like gear etc that came with the only package that had the full auto. Kind of gimmicky to make that unavailable as a separate add-on when everything else is offered al-a-cart. We also all purchased gloves and that extra 4k paint from the gear shop, and rented the anti-fog masks, so it’s not like we were being cheap, we just didn’t need/want all of the stuff included in the most expensive package—would have just liked to have been able to rent the nicer gun at the a-La-cart rate like everything else.The coordinator guy that ran things in the back was cool AF. You can tell he really loves his job and he spoke highly of his boss/ownership so that is always great to hear when supporting a local business. The teenagers/young adults that worked under him unfortunately weren’t as awesome as he was and at times we could very easily hear them complaining openly about customers to each other and being unnecessarily rude to little kids.The guys that ran the outdoor area were suuuuuper disorganized/unprofessional when it came to assembling teams for open play. They just numbered everyone off and said good luck. We had to inquire after the first game about some sort of identification for each team since nobody had any clue who was who since they had separated about 25 people from 4 different groups into two large teams without any flags or jerseys to tell each other apart. They finally went and got flags after we insisted and that helped with the organization aspect, but the first two games without flags were definitely a waste of time and paint with same team members shooting each other unknowingly the entire duration.Overall we had a blast as a group, just wish staff outside of the main man coordinator (Daniel maybe?) were trained to be just as knowledgeable and geeked out as he was.Also offer that upgrade as an a-La-cart item like on your website or change the website to the correct information.

Other people there wouldn’t abide by the rules, but when my group does something we get kicked out! Didn’t issue me nothing back that I’ve paid for or even a discount the next time I’d come. My reservation was from 4:00-6:30 or 7 we’ve been kicked out at 5:23. It was for my sons birthday he cried in the bathroom on how they’ve treated him and the rest of us. I do not recommend you to waste money here. The staff was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to us!

The staff were nice and friendly and did their best to find the right battery for my airsoft gun.They had the 7.4/11.1 Lipo stick batteries I needed however they only had tamiya connectors.I have a Deans connector on my gun.Unfortunately the only adapters available convert a tamiya to a deans, and im already set up stock with deans on my gun. which would be fine if they had deans batteriesThey just need either some deans connector batteries or proper adapters with a female deans on one end and a male tamiya on the other.I still bought a battery from here but im waiting on an adapter from amazon.Other than that the place was nice and professional! I would definitely visit again! I just need batteries first lol.

Emina Delic: Do NOT buy a bike from them or Anything Ever! . Never coming back! Especially to this location!Apparently they have a no bike return after 24hrs policy. But hear me out.We purchased this bike after begging for an employee to show up to physically give us the bike from the back. Then were told there was at least a 24hr wait on getting the bike put together. We asked what was involved. And it turns out it was just a steering wheel and front wheel. Everything else was factory. We decided to buy the bike in the box and put it together ourselves. They asked about having us sign some paperwork but we never did. Apparently this was paperwork acknowledging the 24 hr policy. We were waved off and told “don’t worry about it” after some employee mentioned it. Now. As a customer I assumed I had at least 30 days. We put the bike together at home but turns out that not every type of training wheels works on every bike. And our kid simply cannot ride without training wheels. We tried a different set but those didn’t work out either. So we bought a different bike in plans to return this one. At the store within 30 days of purchase the store manager Jen (nice lady) informs me of this 24hr policy. A call to customer service has currently lead me nowhere and I am waiting to hear back from a manager of sorts to escalate this he situations. Let’s just say $250 for a kids bike and this headache is not worth it.

patricia morris: I needed to ask an associate where a product was but they pointed me in the right direction. Then I was able to do my return and purchase all at once. I was in and out of the store in no time.
