Samuel Smith: Went in today and stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us. They acknowledged us but then helped two other customers who both came in after us.I picked up a pair of skis and one of the workers came around the corner and walked up to me and said, "I was just working on those skis in my office how did you get them?" He was implying that I went back there and grabbed them. He then peeked around the corner and saw that it was a different pair and apologized to me. Next time maybe make sure you are right about something before you accuse a customer?Also there was a customer in there making jokes about people who wear helmets while they ski/snowboard, saying you don't ever need a helmet unless you're just "screwing around" out there... And the worker agreed with them. Seems kind of ridiculous to me to say something like that. I was glad my daughter wasn't with me because it would have made her feel self conscious about wearing helmets.

Laurie Wright: If you're looking for kids USED equipment, they are the place for you! New blank snowboards and the ONLY brand they carry for boards is ALPINE... No adult equipment available.. ( out of stock? )..Large selection of used ski boots, sizes 8's or smaller. Very limited snowboarding boots ( well used ) for young kids... Only youth sized XS helmets...

Patrick Hug: Poor selection, unhelpful staff. For example I asked one of the workers if this was where you check out she said "yes, it is" and proceeded to just stand there. No smile, no are you ready to check out ect. I then said I'm ready to check out and she said "okay" And then turned her back to me and walked slightly away. I stood there for around 5 min wondering what was going on. She finally checked me out. Prices were very high especially since most of their inventory is off brand boots no one has heard of. I won't be back.

Jarod Hoekstra: What a marvelous experience! This was my first time ever buying a set of skis for myself and the assistance there made it more easy that I could ever imagine. They all seemed busy when I walked in, so I helped myself to the room on the left and found a very reasonably priced pair of skis that were gently used. I also over received great recommendations on colors of boots and helmets and they helped me to pick out something that is really going to look bada** on The slopes!!!

Bryan Simpson: Oof, should have read reviews before driving in from Battle Creek. Reports of them having a terrible selection, terrible service, and terrible prices, are all 1000% accurate. It's true that they have no women's anything.... No women's snowboard boots.... No snowboards,, despite claiming online they had got some. Just girls and men's boots in stock was all they had. They had just a couple men's boots. All trash quality.. They limited the number of people in the store, but despite 3 total customers,, had absolutely no one to help anybody,, nor anyone to anwser questions. The only employee was a very annoyed casheir who was perturbed to have to talk to people,, and knew nothing about their equipment. My wife found 1 pair of men's boots that fit her, but they were broken.... clearly not inspected.. We asked about the broken boots, if they had different ones, and the cashier clearly had no idea how they worked or what stock they had. The 2 snowboards they had were double in price what every other place charges for them... Both trash quality. Thankfully we found a Play It Agian sports while in town. They actually had a decent selection, and employess who had both ambition and knowledge enough to care to help... This place is a joke. Don't waste your time.

Kate Smith: Just recently had my snowboard waxed there, people were very friendly and the turnaround time on it was super quick. I was very excited that I found a local place to wax and for a great low price but upon getting home and closer inspection the wax wasn’t great. There was wax dripped all over the bindings and edges, and on the tail of the board the wax hadn’t even been removed. Will not be coming here again to get it waxed, it’s worth it to make the drive to a different shop.

cate: Needed new ski equipment because I haven't been out on the slopes in a couple years due to an injury. That being said, we went to Scotts because we had heard that they have an amazing collection. Big collection but not so good quality. There was nothing in my size of anything and the customer service wasn't the greatest help either, but I'm not really upset about that due to the fact that there were a lot of other people in the shop. That beings said, it was not at al a horrible place but I was disappointed when I left because we had just driven up from kalamazoo. I DO in fact think they have a great snowboard collection.

Chest bad, pants, socks, helmet, shin pads, elbow pads, gloves an tape for $140. kinda cluttered though think they could use a larger location. Still great if your looking for cheap sporting equipment. Would be awesome if they started getting into hunting gear, like camo, archery, tree stands ect. I think it would do really well. Friendly staff as well.

Monica: Good experience last week when I stopped in with a baseball bat and mentioned I also had a batting tee to sell. Was told to come back with it so I did. Someone else was working and she tried to turn me away without even checking it out. She wasn't making an effort and wasn't even nice about it.She also had to ask me if it was a tee. She didn't know. Then, didn't even look it up in the computer. I had to ask her to do her job.Asked for an extra dollar due to the bad customer sevice but she refused. Rude twenty something with shoulder length brown hair and glasses.She told me she was a manager. I left and won't be back. So tired of rude and lazy customer service. The other guy I talked to last week was great. Still,I can't do business with disrespectful people.
