Jason Davis: Started a homeowners policy and a couple months after I had the policy it almost doubled! Second year with the policy made a change to a landlord policy resulting in a refund and the check was sent to the wrong address after specifically being given the correct address. Check arrived 3 weeks later and it was voided out not still waiting on a new check. Meanwhile being told multiple times I would get a call and and there’s been absolutely no responses. Stay clear from this place they are horrible.Revised was taken care of and very satisfied

High Note Entertainment: Horrible! Used this agency for homeowners insurance. It started as an innocent mistake, where I was overcharged due to the details of my home being listed wrong. When I corrected them, I was refunded the difference- so far no problem. But the next year I was again charged the original (wrong) price plus the usual inflation. I politely pointed this out to the many agents who regularly call me wanting me to bundle my car insurance with them as well. At first I was told the correction must not have been entered in the system, our bad, we’ll fix it. But nothing ever happened. Again and again I was promised they’d look into it and call back, only to be ignored until the next sales call where they would again promise to look into it .Over a year and at least fifteen of these conversations went by before I was told the check was in the mail. Never received it, called the office, conveniently no record of it. At last contact I was told they were requesting information and would call back the next day- of course they didn’t. I will have to file a compliant with BBB but to be honest it’s less about the money and more about the fact that if I ever did need to actually make a claim, I am certain I would be ignored for years.

Chris Barlow: The worst service, poor communication, continually called wrong number. Does not call back timely. Had a claim, handled poorly, no support from Agent (never actually met or spoke to Joe Lange), just handed off to a 800 number. Low balled "market value" of car even after showing listings of cars for thousands more. Reps on phone lost when confronted with billing errors, tripled rates without warning set up on an EFT. Complaint forthcoming to BBB and Allstate corporate.Go elsewhere!

Every year the company calls me to go over my policy to see if i have any changes questions or concerns. The Last person I talked to was Tony and he really knows his job. I find that he can answer any questions I have had. He truly cares when it concerns his customer's. Easy to talk to. He is a great guy.

William Bruce: Initially the agent (Chris) appeared to be accommodating, helpful,, and professional. However, just a month and a half after beginning my home, auto, and umbrella policies, I noticed my home policy increased by $30/month. When I called to question why this took place without consulting me, he explained that the replacement cost of my home was estimated to be double what the Zillow market value is. The agency raised my rates "in my interest!" When I called this a deceptive business practice, and reminded him that I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, he began to condescend to me. I am now looking for other insurance. If this is an example of customer service when a claim is not involved, I shudder to hypothesize what it might be if I actually have to file a claim. Avoid these guys. Save your dignity as well as your wallet.

Just because he’s a guy doesn’t mean his name should be first. Feel disrespected and undermined by Allstate. Enough reasons to leave soon.

Angela Hammer: I was a loyal customer of Allstate, John Kozlowski office for over 11 years until Feb 2021 when I called them to discuss options to lower my car insurance cost. The only option I was given was to lower my coverage to reduce my over $600 per month bill for 4 vehicle's. I decided to call around and found progressive to be substantially cheaper for better coverage saving over $400 per month. I called to cancel my car, home owners, life and quad coverage and then they wanted to "save me some money." I told them I wasn't interested and asked to please cancel. I was told it would be cancelled on the day I requested. Over a week later my checking acct was charged for the car and life insurance, I called and told them they didn't have permission to deduct from my acct. I was told it would take 10 business days to refund me. I was refunded the car insurance portion 12 days later but was not refunded the life ins. I made multiple calls and emailed back and forth with Rich who said he would get it fixed which never happened. I finally decided to just walk away and would never use them again. Well, in April I was AGAIN charged for life insurance which now fully ticked me off! I made several more calls with no return call. Finally I spoke to Vicky who worked on trying to get me a refund. Vicky called me yesterday saying they can refund April's charges but there is nothing they can do to refund March's deduction because I should have signed a cancellation form. Now how am I supposed to know their policies?! If you use their insurance I suggest not allowing them to auto deduct from your account. I will be sure to let everyone I know to avoid this company!
