Diane Lynch: Globe has your back & your health in mind!Unfortunately we had a garage fire then stayed in the home for four days and nights before going to a hotel with our family and animals due to the inaction of our insurance company. We pray our health will be fine after breathing in the toxicities.My 91-year-old dad recommended getting a public adjuster‘s opinion. I thought our insurance company was taking care of things as they were paying for our hotel. I just wish I would had called Globe sooner. Jeff listened to our concerns, inspected our home and thankfully took on our claim.Jeff and Chuck were surprised that the adjuster had not been to our home personally a month after the fire. They suggested we get out of the hotel and move into a more comfortable temporary home, which we did not know we could ask for from our insurance carrier.Jeff and Chuck knew what to look and ask for. We went from the insurance company approval of cleaning a few rooms to Globe’s suggestion and approval of all of the rooms being cleaned and painted as well as broadening the scope of work needed to repair our home.The most important thing Globe did was hire an environmental testing company that showed soot in our 1975 built home and now exposed asbestos.They also noticed the siding had soot among many other areas we would have never thought of.Thank God for Globe having our backs and health in mind.Diane Lynch

I've used C&O on several assignments and always have timely responses, prompt reports and often times the claim returns to me resolved with a signed release (when authority is given to do so). I gladly refer any assignments I can to C&O when the loss is in their service area.
Taylor May: Worst experience of my life. The adjuster we worked with spewed nonstop lies go our agent. Would never call back or update us on anything. We are highly disappointed and because of the adjuster we've had a constant headache since November of 2015.

Tom Summerfield: Our tractor caught fire while mowing and was a total loss. Josh made the scary experience as pleasant as can be. He's very personable and the process was quick and easy. Our 1st claim ever was handled promptly and professionally. Thank you for getting us through this. I would HIGHLY recommend auto owners for anyone.
Terri Callender: Made a claim in May/2022 for water damage on my 3 seasons porch. Sam Celentino was assigned my case. I was referred by him to Servpro. They came out, gave an estimate stating it was framed incorrectly and the water was coming in through the j channel. September/2022 they came out to fix and repair the damage. Since then I’ve had nothing but problems and they are now claiming it is the windows. Neither Servpro or Sam with AutoOwners is doing anything to correct the problem. Now I am out $1000 deductible, higher insurance premiums and an unusable porch. AVOID AUTO-OWNERS!
Robert Smarsch: I live in Cleveland, Ohio and my second home of 16 years in Saugatuck, Michigan suffered a significant fire December 2020 while insured by Auto-Owners Insurance Co.I was overwhelmed with the idea of reconstructing from a distance but I immediately felt at ease after meeting my adjuster Jared Ropp from the Muskegon claims office. He was knowledgeable, well spoken, and professional. The coverages were explained in detail in a language I could understand. He helped propose a plan of action since I didn’t know where to start. All very helpful!!My claim fell dead in the middle of the pandemic so labor shortages and material shortages were in full swing but Jared assured me that the company understood and would be patient during this time …again relieving my apprehension.So, throughout the process of the claim, Jared was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. He did everything he said he would do in a prompt manner…everytime!I am very grateful for having Jared as my adjuster and having insurance with Auto-Owners Insurance. I currently have my home in Cleveland, personal autos, umbrella and rental home in Indianapolis, Indiana all insured with Auto-Owners and will be a customer for life!!

My first claim was due to an auto accident on 11/18/2021.My adjuster Abigail Riggio contacted me I was not expecting the concern she showed for problem and the good advice she gave me for handling my claim. The whole process went very quickly and negotiating the final settlement was easy and very fair.
Jason Taylor: Caren Meerman made this entire experience absolutely awful. She was rude and condescending the entire time. We lost a parent and she had no condolences whatsoever. I am NEVER going to use this insurance company and I will highly discourage everyone I know to do the same. She is obviously not qualified to be dealing with people on any level, you should put her in a basement somewhere to shuffle paperwork.
