Kati Paffhausen: I am adding another review as my experience went from a 10 down to a zero. Working with Deb, Chad‘s assistant, I have had nothing but problems. From getting set up and her not receiving my lack of coverage let her multiple times, to attempting to cancel our short term plan(s) that we had with her for my family, it has been nothing but a headache. I personally talked to Deb on the phone about canceling my family‘s short-term plans and she told me that she had it covered, which I took as she handled it and got them cancelled. One month later and we’re getting billed again. One plan was in my husbands name , and when I called her to question about that she told me that I was supposed to have him call her and that it’s my fault that it didn’t get taken care of. When, in fact, she told me that she could do that but I would give her my husbands number in case she needed him for anything. She never called. Yet we are here still stuck paying a large bill because she didn’t do what she said she was going to do.So she calls my husband to assist him with canceling his short term plan and proceeded to tell him that I am the reason it did not get cancelled.Poor customer service. Would not recommend working with Deb.
