I have worked with him for nearly 20 years and he has always taken the time to explain everything, assist with claims processing, and do policy reviews for cost savings. He really offers a level of personalized service that I haven't found elsewhere.His response time is also very quick, with email responses typically the same day if not within a couple of hours after contacting him.

That mistake led Meemic to charge $15.00 delay payment.Moreover, agent mistakenly entered wrong information about driver. Later, when I noticed it after few months and corrected it with the help of my current agent, premium was reduced significantly.My Opinion: Avoid this agent if you don't want to be sucked.

Jason Davis: Started a homeowners policy and a couple months after I had the policy it almost doubled! Second year with the policy made a change to a landlord policy resulting in a refund and the check was sent to the wrong address after specifically being given the correct address. Check arrived 3 weeks later and it was voided out not still waiting on a new check. Meanwhile being told multiple times I would get a call and and there’s been absolutely no responses. Stay clear from this place they are horrible.Revised was taken care of and very satisfied
