Michael Davis: I first called into Bob's to get an estimate on replacing my 1991 dodge 5.9 diesel radiator. I was surprised that it was so expensive compared to the one at Autozone so I told them I would probably go with Autozone's radiator. The technician went on the explain the difference in quality between his radiator and the bargain priced one and that his came with a full life time warranty. I still didn't feel like I could justify spending the extra money on an older truck so I decided I was gonna buy Autozon's. Bob's called me back after talking it over and decided to let me have the $450 top of the line radiator at autozone's bargain bin price! needless to say they have turned me into a loyal customer and I recommend everyone go to Bob's for top of the line service and highest quality parts, while at the same time supporting the local guy over the corporate box stores! Going to Bob's is a win-win in my humble opinion :-D

Matt: Your goto radiator repair place in town. I have an old radiator out of a 860 Ford tractor. It's a 66 year old radiator and one look they knew what it was out of. They gave me a follow up call the next day with information. Replace new for $300 or new core for $500. These guys know there stuff and have the contacts to get new old stuff.I am not sure what more they do, but what I needed they were all over it.
Tonyo Hill: Great product and service! My radiator busted on my rig and I was referred to D&B by a repair shop in the area. They had my radiator at a fraction of the cost of the dealership, and it actually went in faster and easier than the OEM part(better design). Dan Dannenberg: These guys have been around for years and have done awesome work!!! They gotta be about the best out there!! My friend had to get some work done to his car something to do with his radiator and stuff and they took care of it in a couple hours and they had it running like brand new!!! It was from the side and steaming, I said well it's not my radiator, but it's my fluid all over the parking lot. I googled places and I got Russ. He was so nice when I came in I had no fluid and low on oil also. He checked my van found what was wrong and in a couple hours had my daughter and I back on the road back home to Howard City. Great price, very nice did not lie or try to take advantage. I will use him again. Go see Russ, he is great. And I had to message him a while after this to ask what kind of fluid I needed to buy not to gunk up my system and mix fluids and he got back to me and helped me out over text. He is AWESOME. He recently did a ton of maintenance on my older car, and I’m very happy with his work.

When things don't go as planned (for example, some hoses needed for a repair were back ordered), he is communicative and helpful with those things, and super flexible (like letting you drop your car off overnight if you can't make it in the morning). Katie Holloway: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!Especially if you are a female (young or old).I was recommended from an oil change shop to bring my car here. I was told that the staff members are good people and that they all go to church together. I was also told that they wouldn't take advantage of me because I'm a young female in college or screw me over.I ended up bringing my car here last week, and they essentially wanted to replace a sizable portion of my transmission, with a $4,500 estimate. I took it to another shop in Grand Rapids because this didn't seem right to me, and they claimed that both their estimation and the problem were entirely incorrect. In the end, I just had to replace a little component for only $500.Seeing other reviews for this shop this doesn't seem out of the blue from this place to do this to people.Please save yourself the $150 inspection fee and excessive (and false) estimate prices from this company. It disturbs me to think that they intended to use a young female (or anyone else) for their financial gain.

Where as muffler man on 28th by the mall had my car for a week and did not fix it, also forgot to put two major parts back in my car that Westside Garage made me aware of. Jeffery Madison: I brought my car in for a brake job because my usual shop was booked up. Thought it was pricey for brakes but I had a road trip coming up so I needed it done quickly. While the car was there, they noticed an oil leak from the transfer case and quoted me at over 1000 dollars for parts and labor. Took my car to a different shop. They charged me 350 dollars for the same job. Christian Brothers did a good job, but their pricing is outrageous.

They seek out ways to make your bill cheaper even after you have approved the larger amount. And even when they make a mistake they own up to it and make it right. Joanious 1220: Worst auto repair place EVER! They took me for a ride...but not in my car. They got more than $2,000 of my dough - including cleverly adding a last-minute $745 repair just a few hours AFTER I had agreed to the other work! The work supposedly included a wheel alignment for $130, but my car handled FAR WORSE after the work they did! I finally took it to another repair place to have it checked; They said the rear alignment was OFF & it was the reason I could not go over 60 mph without some SERIOUS swerving. I knew there was WAY too much play in my steering wheel! And now I need new tires because the bad alignment caused excessive wear! So don't believe it's all good work here as some of the reviews suggest! The ONLY thing christian about this place is their name - IT'S DEFINITELY NOT THE SERVICE!
