Then they decide one day to just toss a 7 day hold on a check deposited. I spent years with PnC and never had a single problem. I wish I never had made the change. I will be moving back this week. Tracy was very pleasant and professional, and was especially determined to assist me in rectifying a major mistake that a nearby branch had made on a cashiers check. Even though it was clearly a very busy day for them today, everyone there made sure I was taken care of. While I was waiting, they constantly checked on me, and I also sat back and watched as they warmly greeted and eagerly helped other customers.I read the other reviews, but I can assure you that they will take excellent care of you at this branch. He won’t sign you up for random cards or give you an overload of information but will take the time to make sure you understand everything and will give his honest opinion. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge compared to so many other bankers I’ve been with and if you’re unsure about a financial issue you are having or just need help understanding something else, just make an appointment with Luke! You won’t be disappointed. Really can’t say enough good things about him, thank you again!

Then I decided to go personally and started off with a person that was not willing to help me then I waited a while and someone came to me just to tell me that they had someone with an appointment coming in that was still not there and that I had to wait. I heard how another person was being treated there and everything seemed like was an issue like they are not willing to help solve your issues so I am stepping up and letting you know that customer service at this location is just hassle for them and are obvious about it. I am not coming back there anymore. Not as long as the same people work there.

Christine Cooper: I order take out from here a lot. It's my favorite Chinese place in town. First Wok is too $$ and upcharge every little thing and if they make a mistake, they don't own it. This place though? I can special order any dish because I can't eat carrots or root veggies (allergic) and they get my order right every time. The one time they didn't they remade it the next day for me. The prices are beyond reasonable and the meat is not like the kind you get that's cheap or chewy from other Chinese restaurants I've tried. The dishes I've had are the crab rangoon, beef, shrimp and chicken with Chinese vegetable, moo goo Gai pan and their Sizzling Rice soup which I'm addicted to. They have a bakery, too, from which my daughter loved to try items that taste very different from typical American stuff and are made fresh daily and are just plain good. I highly recommend trying them.

But their BBQ chicken (I just like saying "chicken on a stick") is so crispy in a good way, that I want all my "chicken on a stick" to be like theirs! Kami Loucks: We knew China chef changed owners several years ago but the food stayed close to the same… did it change ownership again? Ordered for the first time in several months and it’s awful. Mongolian beef is more like Mongolian onions and beef grissle. Chicken and mixed vegetables is bland and rubbery. No shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. The whole thing was so disappointing.

Guest User: I’ve always noticed that the price would change even though we ordered the same thing every time . So today I decided to test it ordered through the phone, And a meal that should’ve cost us almost $18 we were charged $28. A whole $10 more. Be careful with ordering food with these people they make up the prices as they go. I would love to know if anyone else has this problem or has noticed. I’m almost offended by their actions and probably will find a new Chinese spot that honors my contribution to their establishment.

James Panter: How does this place stay open? I ordered chicken lo mein and it tasted like the dirtiest fish that has ever laid on the beach for a week. I brought it back and the guy told me it's because I can't handle spicy food. Insisted on just giving me my money back. I order all my Chinese food 9 out of 10 hot so believe me, it's not me. So disgusting. I was really hoping this place would get better after all these years but somehow, some way, they are still in business. Blows my mind. I'm going to go throw up now.
