Wei Wei Palace: what do users think?
Franklin Testla: Dim sum is frozen and steamed to order. They include tip in the bill even when you order take out. Otherwise if you want subpar authentic Chinese food come here. Chinese BBQ is descent only on the weekend. They reheat the bbq throughout the week.Food: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Sean Howell: Very overpriced for bad food. The prices didn't match the menu, and most of my meal was fried bone and gristle. Will never eat here again.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Brian Higashi (hawaiianbrian92): Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Pork Bun, Shrimp Dim Sum, Roast Duck, Shumai, BBQ Pork, Fried Meat Dumplin, Othentic Chinese Dim Sum, Fried DumplingsMore
April Bith: Used to be one of my favorite restaurant, but it’s really to see it go completely down hill. Paper plates and plastic cups, and they put an auto charge of a $20 tip… highly don’t recommend and to save your money else where
Claire He: Given them over 10+ last chances. Everything was just abysmal. Place just wasn't how it used to be run 20 years ago full of life, quality, service, and cleaniness.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Michigan Tiger: Food: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5More
Dante Xayasane: Seemed under staffed with English speaking employee. Food was cold, not steamy by the time we got it. Paper plates and styrofoam cups. Guess, you still have to go Chicago for good Dim Sum!
kurt kochek: We were missing our bbq pork lo mein. The "bao buns" were cold, dried out and very stale. Overpriced for 100 dollars worth of food.
Carolyn Kochek: This has to be the absolute worst Chinese takeout I have ever eaten. If I could give them a zero star, I would. Food was bland and the pork buns were stale and tasted awful. Part of our order was missing as well.
Missy is a Bitch: Sub par dim sum. Customer service is horrible. Wish someone one just step up and open a new dim sum spot in gr so this one can go bye bye.
GG Taruc: I've been to dimsum places in NYC, Chicago and SF. I can say that the quality of the dimsum in WeiWei is very good and even better. We came on Sunday afternoon. They deserve a 5 star on the food but a 1 star on the exterior of the building and for using paper plates and plastic cutlery.. The tenants of this building should band together and get the landlord to keep the exterior clean. If the outside is well kept more people would visit this place. And that includes the other establishments. It's a bit unappetizing entering the building if it is unkempt. Also, the serving plates are paper plates and plastic utensils supposedly bc of the pandemic. I told the proprietor to please start using china. Until they do we are not going back.
Nicholas Wemple: Stay away. Got food poisoning from this place. Super expensive and definetly not worth it. Plus staff wasn't helpful when ordering.
El L: FYI. Automatic gratuity (service charge/tip applied to bill - no matter the size of your party). This policy was not printed on the check and was not verbally notified about this by the waiter or cashier. Not sure if this applies to takeout orders.
Scott Hughes: The place felt dirty, the waitress was rude and rushed us to order food so that they could clean the kitchen. My water had black stuff floating in it and no refills were ever offered. The food was basic, the only thing that got them 2 stars was their dimsum, though I'm not sure it was made in house and they kept telling me no to the ones I wanted to order and kept choosing different ones, so I'm not entirely sure what I was eating.
Traci Harrett: We are from North of Seattle, it was delicious authentic Asian foods. The Mongolian beef and Tao chicken delicious. Wonton soup out of this world. Recommend.
jaco batista: Speedway gas station has better food.
Nickolas Koon: This place is disgusting. Food was burnt, and bland. We seen the waitress twice the whole time and seemed like it was a burden to her to wait on us. Alot of food but it doesn't matter when the food is barely edible. The prices are outrageous for poor quality.. Go to McDonald's, this place isn't worth it.
Joseph Abramajtys: The food is very good. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but now they use only paper plates and flimsy plastic forks. I don't dine in at places that use paper and plastic.
Bình Yên: This place is seriously asking for cash payments. It's so uncomfortable.

P.F. Chang's: what do users think?
Jennifer: First time diner's at P.F. Chang's out celebrating our son's graduation with a party of five.1. We asked the hostess for a booth. It was 8pm and the restaurant was only 20% full and there were many booths available. We were seated at a table for some reason instead.2. One of the two appetizers we ordered was cold when it should have been warm.3. The peppered steak and ceasar salad were both excellent.4. We ordered fried rice, to go with our meals, but this came out late after half of our party was almost finished eating.5. Our waiter was very nice and we tipped him appropriately (21%).6. As we were leaving the hostess was cleaning one of the front doors and did not even move to open the door for us to exit. She continued to clean the glass which came across as oddly rude.I worked in restaurants throughout my 20's from bars, low end to 5 star dining establishments. I have expectations based off of these experiences and unfortunately P.F. Chang's did not impress.

Scott Watson: Great little gem of a bakery.
Christine Cooper: I order take out from here a lot. It's my favorite Chinese place in town. First Wok is too $$ and upcharge every little thing and if they make a mistake, they don't own it. This place though? I can special order any dish because I can't eat carrots or root veggies (allergic) and they get my order right every time. The one time they didn't they remade it the next day for me. The prices are beyond reasonable and the meat is not like the kind you get that's cheap or chewy from other Chinese restaurants I've tried. The dishes I've had are the crab rangoon, beef, shrimp and chicken with Chinese vegetable, moo goo Gai pan and their Sizzling Rice soup which I'm addicted to. They have a bakery, too, from which my daughter loved to try items that taste very different from typical American stuff and are made fresh daily and are just plain good. I highly recommend trying them.
Brian Collins: Found some hair in my food and didn’t wanna replace it or give me my money back and didn’t get mad at me because I found here in my food
Eric Li: If you want authentic Chinese food, come here and focus on the specialty menu. Their specialty menu use to be a pink sheet of paper written in Chinese only, so that should give you an idea how authentic that is. It started out as our "secret menu." ;)Due to inflation the price had to go up, but the food portion is, as always, HUGE. 3 Adults and a 2yo ordered 3 plates, and we had leftovers for the next day.Oh also, they are a bakery and their BBQ pork buns are a delight. They don't always make it, but if you call ahead and order, they have some of the best egg tarts you can have.
Steve Martin: Wow prices are very high food was not to bad but not greatFood: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5Recommended dishes Sesame Chicken …More
Robin Kaniewski: The food was amazing and I wanted to give 5 stars but…..the elderly women that took my order was quite rude and it definitely left a bitter feeling with me
Leanette Tanner: Anytime we've dined in the food was always prime. The rice fresh, not sticky or clumped like some places.
Marcie Huffman: My favorite take out place. Great food, love the egg rolls, very nice staff. Love it.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Zack Barnhart: I always order from here on Uber Eats, and everytime I do the food is always fresh and ready to eat, I never receive any of my food cold. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant! I stopped in to the restaurant today and told them about how I always order from them on Uber Eats and I was in the neighborhood so I decided to stop and order food, the staff are really nice and helpful.Vegetarian options: They have wonderful vegetarian items on their menu.Parking: The parking lot is spacious and has plenty of room to park.
Edith Moerland: Was good but not much flavor and sauce to my dish and fried rice... Crab Regoons and egg rolls were good
Steve Woodrow: Everything was good. Prices were fair. People working there were very nice.Highly recommended.

Lisa Ann: I live right next to this place and finally decided to try it when I was looking for some take-out on Christmas eve. My only regret is not giving them a chance sooner! The portions were huge, and I could tell the veggies in my rice were fresh because they weren't overcooked like they tend to be at most places. Everything was delicious and fairly priced as well. I'll be ordering from here again soon for sure 👍🏻
Patty Reese: Food was hot & tasty, a bit over priced, but what isn't these days. Will definitely return!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Egg Rolls …More
Anonymous: Great good
John Evans: Basic atmosphere with take out only at this time. What is great is the variety of dishes on the menu. They have a variety of sauces they use for the dishes so everything doesn't taste the same. Veggies are fresh and not overcooked with a variety of meats, seafood or meatless. The portions are enough for 2 meals for me at a reasonable price. I feel that the prices are reasonable, especially for the amount of food they give you.

GREAT Egg Drop soup! Now THIS is beyond their control....My fortune cookie didn't have a fortune in it 🤣 that was a 1st for me!!

Beth Wyatt: Use to love the food. Definitely has gone down hill
Jackie Victor: Rice Wok is my favorite spot for Chinese take-out in Grand Rapids. Their food is great for the price, especially their lunch specials - definitely worth it! Portions have gotten smaller over the years, but it's still plenty of food per person and always tastes great! The family that works there is always nice and I'm happy to support a small spot like them. My favorites are the roast pork egg foo young and the chicken with string bean. Really can't go wrong with anything you order!
jimmy de boer: Good wholesome food. They are always busy. Very friendly also. This is a repeater for me.Parking: Many small businesses here with lots of parking.
Kyle Rosado: In my top 3 for best Chinese takeout in GR. They actually make your food spicy if you ask for it. 10/10Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Derek Stone: Our go to spot in the area, food is always hot and tasty.
Erin Jackson: This is a good Chinese takeout place. We wanted a quick, well-priced place with good ratings, and Rice Wok delivered on that. The highlight item we ordered was the Lo mein, but the dumplings (more like pot-stickers) were tasty as well. The fried rice was mediocre, and the egg roll wasn’t crispy, but overall, the flavor of the food was pretty good.

Tea Garden: what do users think?
Larry Kinkaid: Food is great! Service was impeccable. We will be back!Recommended dishes Egg Roll, Fried Rice …More
Jai Woolworth: My favorite Chinese food and the workers have known me since I was lil
Kelly Gardner: The food is fun! We really enjoyed the Honey Toast. Delicious, toasy, and creamy perfection! The Beef Bulgogi nachos were ok; the presentation was lacking, and the sauce was overpowering. They appeared to be understaffed on a busy Saturday, so the dining room and bathrooms were super clean, but the staff was friendly and the service was fast. They even waited for us to eat the nachos before preparing the Honey Toast, which was very kind and much appreciated.
Chey S: That was the most tasteless food I have ever tasted in my life. The only reason I’m giving it a 1 star is because the food was fresh. If the sesame seed chicken or the general tsos chicken didn’t have sauce, I am 100% positive they would also be tasteless. How in the heck is the food hot and fresh but have absolutely no taste?!? The egg rolls came with sauce and it tasted like fruit punch! The egg roll was as dry Arizona heat! What little I ate is just sitting in my stomach like a brick. I basically donated $45, never again.
Emir K: Best service, best food.
Thaisa Rantanen: Very clean! Good food! I appreciate that the employees wash their hands frequently!
Elliot Gruszka: I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I kind of feel compelled to in this case because there is so much better Chinese food available all over GR. We got a menu in the mail after not going to Tea Garden in probably 10 years. Prices have gone up everywhere, and Tea Garden seemed like it might be a good value.[Ron Howard Voiceover: It wasn't]The sauces on our dish tasted weird, like they came from a giant can. Definitely not fresh tasting. It was kind of like a glorified frozen Chinese meal you might find at Costco or Sam's. Very disappointed. I'd say spend a few more $ and go to Grand Lakes in Breton Village or any number of restaurants on Division or Eastern south of 28th Street.
Sean Ferguson: Veggies were fresh, if a little repetitive across dishes (carrot, broccoli, onion, sometimes a green bean). They did a free add of tofu for one dish, very appreciated. The spiciness level of the Szechuan was nearly non-existent and I didn't get the telltale numbing typical of the genre. But, it was pretty tasty. The fried rice might be the best of the things we had, flavorful without that gross cheap oil flavor of so many other restaurants.
Curt Andrews: Had orange chicken and fried rice.Rice was just brown, not fried and taste very old, I couldn’t eat. Only doing a review because I really wasted 10 bucks.
Cassandra Sykes: Good food and friendly staff
Renee Wood: Hot and sour soup is fantastic!!
M4N 0F 5T33L: Very nice people and great tasting take-out! Highly recommend! By far best takeout in GR. Fresh food cooked to order. They take pride in their service. Other takeouts around GR lack flavor in their dishes. Tea Garden is DELICIOUS!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Teresa Boyer: Delicious
Paul Dyer: Incredible food and service!
Amie Holmes: I have to admit the service was top notch they were very wonderful and nice, however the the food was a severe letdown. It did not taste correctly, and I did not feel good after eating. That was unfortunate because I was really looking forward to some Chinese food.😥
Cecily Shi: So good that we came 3 days in a roll! Fresh ingredients and lots of flavors. Serving Poke bowl daily until 2:30pm.
Richard Rowell: Just stopped by for the first time, lovely little family run restaurant. Food was very good, we will go back for sure.
Ripley T.: The orange chicken here at Tea Garden can't be beat. I order from here quite frequently, the prices are SO great for the top notch quality!
Melli Belize: The kid taking orders has neither manners nor basic customer service skills. He is so rude!!! Who put him to work the phones?!

carter chase (c): Gaslight Kitchen is one of our favorite spots in town. We love the combination here of a charming, family-run restaurant and an elevated Chinese-food experience. Throughout numerous visits, everything we have ordered has been absolutely delicious. We always ask for hot tea, which is a nice touch. The food is always great quality and the service is lovely. Highly recommended!

Linda Luznicky: General chicken crisp and tender. Great with a steamed broccoli side.
Von Norasing: Food was tasty. A bit on the greasy side. I will have to give 1 star for customer service due to a missing item in my take-out order. It just was not worth the effort to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant. I tried calling but could not get through to talk to anyone.
Gabrial Josleyn: It’s hard for me to find a restaurant that not only offers top-tier quality meals, but also impeccable service. Here at Gaslight, you will receive nothing short of a warm family welcome. We moved here about 2 years ago. Our goal was to try local restaurants and nail down those “Goto” spots! We were often given poor advice from locals with bad taste in food. We decided to check on google to find a local Asian cuisine with amazing food! We did JUST THAT. With such fantastic reviews already, we knew we had to try!At this time, Covid was still at a high and most places were take-out only. We didn’t want to sacrifice the quality of our meal by ordering take-out, but after reading the reviews, we would have been silly not to! The food, even traveling 15min home, was undeniably delicious. 🤤We went ahead and sat inside the VERY SECOND they re-opened for dine-in! The service was TOP-TIER from start to finish! It started a whole routine. We began visiting almost twice a week! We got so close to the family, we held every birthday celebration here inviting our family from out of town. Even our sons 4th bday. It’s become our tradition now. 🧡We became “”victims”” of routine with our fav dishes! 😋 We order the “Bali Bali Beef” and “Crab Cheese” appetizers, even our toddler loves them! Our son also LOVES the “Veggie Lo Mein” as his entree! My favorite is the “Orange Chicken.” When they told me it took two days to develop their PERFECT AUTHENTIC orange sauce from scratch, I said “say no more.” 😂👏 I’LL TAKE IT! My boyfriend always tries something new! He says you can’t go wrong with the “Singapore Noodles”We will continue to support Gaslight as It is our absolute favorite Grand Rapids Restaurant. If you’re looking for authentic Asian cuisine, family atmosphere, and a warm welcome.. I HIGHLY suggest you check them out! You don’t want to regret it, I don’t believe there’s a comparable restaurant. 10/10 every single time, thank you! 💕
anne schelling: The chicken with vegetables was the best Asian meal I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back soon. Quality ingredients.
Gregg Dietz: Best Asian cuisine I've had in a long time. The appetizers were very good, especially the Hot n Spicy Wontons. The menu 9ffers flexibility to order a sauce and pair it with a protein...really nice!
Lindsay Sandell: Best Chinese food in Grand Rapids! Takeout wait times are always very reasonable.

Turbulence Tyme: I love the shrimp fried rice as well as the general TSO chicken it is very good the egg rolls and crab Rangoon is good. Make sure your not in a hurry to come here for they are fairly busy at this location but the food is hot and filling. Customer service is fairVegetarian options: A few different options
Amanda Pincuspy: I ordered Beef Lo Mein and Orange Chicken. Because these are popular orders I assumed this would be a good way to test the quality. The food was incredibly salty. The noodles were mush. The chicken was hard as a rock. The broccoli was undercooked and not seasoned. I ended up returning my food to the restaurant. I hope the kitchen staff looked at what was sent out. 0/10 high key do not recommend

My Kitchen 1: what do users think?
Vijay Ellapani: Worth less for the price we pay.Fried rice was so bad. Cold, they bring out in 2 minutes when we ordered. Mostly microwaved. In the end they were expecting me to tip. I did tip out of embarrassment. Very bad.
Global Trust Solutions: Highly recommend. Great food! Lunch special came with soup & eggroll.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Megan Amante: WOW! I'm so happy to have some great authentic Chinese food in town. I just ate here for dinner for the first time today, and will definitely be back. The atmosphere is cute, comfortable, and clean. Service was friendly and competent. Food was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The back side of the menu is where it's at if you are looking to try something unique. The braised eggplant in soy was my favorite, but all the dishes we had were amazing! The spice level was great, and although prominent- didn't overpower the other flavors.I am genuinely excited to come back again soon and try some new things. I also suspect the classic American-Chinese dishes are pretty good, but I can't vouch for that yet.THANK YOU SO MUCH for choosing to incorporate authentic dishes on your menu, and for executing them so well. You are on the other side of town from me but I'll be back again soon. Best wishes for your continued success!
sophie: authentic chinese food
Anna Xiao: Best Chinese food in GR! American classics and authentic Chinese menu too!
Curt Pugh: My kitchen is up under new management/owners and it shows in the food. I ordered the Mongolian beef and what I got was Mongolian onion's because that's basically all I got. There were only 7 tiny strips of beef in the meal wich I payed $ 13.00 for. 2 pork egg rolls wich had no pork. VERY disappointed 👎👎
Spedrock W: Vegetarian options: Lots of non meat dishes.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5Recommended dishes Crab Rangoon Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
Shawn Bawulski: I lived in Beijing for the last 4 years and I just moved to Grand Rapids last week. This place is legit! Their menu has some of our favorite dishes from China and the food was just like being back there. They even made one of my daughter's favorites off menu! There are other options in town for Americanized Chinese food. If you want the real deal at a reasonable price with good service, go to My Kitchen!Update: 4 months later, I come here about once a week and it's always fantastic!
Lauren McKinnon: Amazingly delicious food and the owner is super sweet. We had the cumin lamb, fish in chili oil, and eggplant with garlic sauce and they all hit the spot.
Sharon Wilson: My friend brought me broccoli & chicken & egg drop soup it was very good from this being my 1st time from eating there will definitely go again 😋 🙂 👍
Leroy Wertz: I wasn’t impressedThe chili brisket potHad the scrap beef parts in it, very little meat. Potatoes seemed reheated and very dry. Only thing good was the egg drop soup.Likely going to stop and get some fast food on the way home. Even the coke flavor was funkyWife said its the city water

Donald Altman: I was looking for a Chinese restaurant that I haven't ate at before and chose My Kitchen 1 due to Google reviews and it didn't disappoint. Was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in. I ordered General Tso chicken and it was prepared fast, hot and delicious! The flavor was on point with perfect spice /heat level. Greeter / server lady was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place for tasty freshly made food. I certainly plan on returning to try more dishes!
Claire He: Best authentic traditional Chinese food in town. Fresh ingredients and flavors are on point.

James Schutter: The food is ALWAYS incredible here. I don't know how they stay in business with how large the portions are. The atmosphere is what you'd expect, unlike the prices. They make a mean Hunan. Staff is friendly enough and attentive.11/10 will recommend and return

gigi dope: Super good egg rolls! Also, the guy there is just awesome. He is the nicest person ever. I’ll continue to go there just to see him. He gives us hugs when we dine in there :)Recommended dishes General TSO's Chicken …More

Daniel Schumaker: If you don't have much of a standard for Chinese takeout, I could see you enjoying this. It certainly is food. But their fried goods are absolutely soaked and dripping in oil, and their meats are so dry. I've never gotten food from them that tasted fresh. The rice was dry and crunchy. Overall it's just not up to my standards. There are a lot of places in West Michigan that offer better food at the same price and are more authentic. This really is just American food. I like the staff a lot, they're always friendly and they are always quick to get you you're food. I hate leaving such a negative review when they've been so nice but the food just isn't up to snuff. Sorry Hunan, but until you step up your game in terms of quality, two stars is the best I can give you 😞 I hope one day this place turns around because I love this area and only live a two minute drive away. But I would tell people to avoid eating here and instead go to Lai Thai Kitchen just a couple blocks away. They really put this place to shame.
Keith Kennedy: Great food, and love the tiny shopping cart at the desk.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Patty Skrycki: Lunch specials also include soup, egg roll or Crab Rangoon. Fried rice is the rice included. You can also ask for white or brown rice instead. Delicious food everytime I have dined in or ordered takeout.Vegetarian options: They have options with vegetables.Parking: There are 20 spots by the restaurant. Hunan is located around other businesses and the lot is very large.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on one level.

Shella Ramos: My husband and I thought we would give this place a try since our go to Chinese restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. We ordered crab ragoon and egg rolls for our appetizer and they were soaked in oil. The shrimp with lobster sauce looked like a watery egg omelette with just 5 pieces of shrimp in it. It tasted nasty!!! Our fried rice had long black hair. I informed our waitress about the fried rice issue and she asked me if I wanted them to make another one but I refused. An older gentleman came to our table and had the audacity to tell me that he thinks it was my hair that was found in the fried rice. He was very rude and unprofessional about the entire incident, he was very sarcastic and offensive. He made it seem as though I put my hair in my food so I could eat for free. I was reading all the reviews for this restaurant, I came across one other customer review on long black hair and a roach in their food. I don't recommend this restaurant at all.
Dale S: Small family run Chinese restaurant. Egg rolls very good as was Egg Drop Soup. We had Mongolian Beef ang General Tso Chicken. Veey good, quickly prepared.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Ilyampu Simasiku: Very terrible. They gave me old chicken wings which they just warmed in the microwave.
Jordyn Lesky: Got the cashew chicken very little cashews and chicken mainly vegetablesThe next day after eating It I was throwing up
Laura Johnson: My go-to for Chinese comfort food. The service and food have been wonderful for years.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
trish dagle: This was a place My family went to all the time. However a recent experience left an impression. We were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. The staff were inattentive and rushed. The bill came too early before I had a chance to order a to-go item. I requested the item and thought she would just add it to my bill. Instead the manager came to our table and loudly announced "you need to pay for that!" I explained quietly that it was my intention and thought the waitress would add it. I felt like an uninvited guest. The food is not worth the headache. Used to be a great place, no more.
