The cottage was beautiful before he took the photos but you wouldn't believe the way the photos turned out. They showcase the property in magazine quality images. This was precisely what happened with LaTonya at Circle Image Photography.Our family is interracial, which can make photography difficult. Before we found Circle Image, our family photos were always lacking. Inconsistent lighting due to the different skin tones, a previous photographer's inappropriate comments made about our family's makeup, and just "meh" image quality ultimately led us to avoid the hassle of family photos for 6 years.But then, we found LaTanya at Circle Image. Thomas Stehouwer: I am writing this update to our previous one-star review as after a significant amount of work, that involved contacting Snappr management, we were able to work with them to receive a partial refund, to our satisfaction, of the purchase price we paid to them.Our significant dissatisfaction remains with the photographer they provided, but the review process they followed resulting from our dispute was thorough, and as a result I believe they agreed to a refund as the evidence against her was compelling.So Snappr deserves a better rating for their due-diligence and owning up to the issue we brought to their attention.PREVIOUS POST: We employed Snappr for a 5 hour photo shoot of a 50 year high school class reunion, split into a 2 hour shoot the first evening at a beautiful venue, and a 3 hour shoot the next day at Frederick Meijer Gardens.The Snappr photographer was completely disengaged with our group, so much so that on several occasions during the event various reunion committee members spoke to her to please engage with our group and take more photos.The end result was that for a cost exceeding $600 the photographer delivered 49 photos from the 2 hour shoot on the first evening and 102 photos from the 3 hour shoot the next day. She did not take a single photo of our two very special venues. None. Furthermore the photos that we received were average quality at best, and definitely not the work of a professional. No creativity whatsoever, and it was clear she did not engage with our group.Following this huge disappointment, we contacted Snappr to communicate our dissatisfaction. Their customer service is poor, as we had to continually contact them to ask for progress on our issue, to which we received an opening comment like “sorry it took me so long to get back to you”. In the end the best they could offer was a free photo shoot with the same bad photographer and a 30% Snappr coupon.Snappr is expensive and does not deliver the quality photo experience of a professional photographer.

Austin: My friends and I were visiting Chicago and I wanted an actually photographer to take pictures to capture our adventure. Roy knew all the places to go in the city and would even go out of his way to take the perfect shot for us!
