She truly cared about making our wedding day perfect. She was a great communicator and always responded to emails quickly—which made the planning process a breeze. Setting up a payment plan was mutually beneficial as we were able to break up the cost and she wasn’t waiting until the day to get paid. The online system she uses is super easy to use, easier than most bills. Overall a very fair price compared to others we compared, too!Part of the package was our engagement photos which she let us do at a time that worked for everyone, not rushed. She was happy to meet us in Grand Haven area to get photos on the beach and it was a great way to get to know her and vice-versa. It was actually a lot of fun and a great sort of practice for what to expect the day of. Having them available to use digitally also made sure we’ll always have a copy and that way we can order any prints we want, whenever!She met us to set up our timeline for the wedding day, her input and tips made the day run seamlessly. Which was initially for photographs only but actually helped us plan everything that day and keep on track. On our wedding day it was like working with a friend. It can be awkward to have a camera lens in your face and try to look natural but, her warm, fun personality put us at ease. She captured the most special moments of the day and amazing candid’s of us and so many of our guests. She seemed to be everywhere at once. We are so thankful for all of the work she put in on our wedding day, we will cherish the photos for the rest of our lives!Megan did the engagement photos just her and worked with Marie on the big day. This made sure they were able to capture the posed photos and candid’s as well as multiple angles on all the photos. They were a great team, even helped to make sure the boutonniere were pinned well. They were firm with people when they needed to get a shot to keep things moving, but never rude. Very good at commanding a group and getting all the group shots you need, just make sure everyone listens to her, they won’t lead you astray. Very friendly, easy, and fun to work with!Like the engagement shoot, she took her time to make sure she gave us all the photos in great quality and none of the bad ones. Not rushed out nor excessively delayed. She did a tremendous job! Once again available online so we and our families/guests can download the photos the like. She also send us a nice flash drive to keep with all the photos (saving us from the lengthy process of downloading them). She also sorted them logically so it was easy to see the photos from various shoots throughout the day. Phenomenal job through and through!!
