Alaina Jenkins: I love the variety of backgrounds offered with the digital download. My family are able to pick the backgrounds they like to have personalized copies of my child's school picture.Customer Service is fast with a reply and very helpful. I did not receive a class picture for my child as I had ordered and GPI did not hesitate to mail me a copy.I am so glad my child's school switched to GPI!
Sarah Hill: My link for my daughter's freshman and sophomore digital downloads were the same. I was very frustrated when I could not get to her freshman photos! I called and explained my situation. Customer service first, calmed me down and secondly, listened!! They walked through the steps with me and were very surprised to see what was happening. They apologized and said they would have it resolved within 1-3 business days and hoped that would be okay. I said, "Well, since she is graduating and we are talking about her freshman and sophomore years, a few more days is just fine, since that falls on me!" Thanks again for taking the time to LISTEN! Amazing customer service! ROCK ON!

The Brother and Sister Extraordinaire: The pictures are terrible. Never centered and definitely not proofed prior to sending. Many photographic errors and bad lighting. I do not recommend. Also, receiving pictures and yearbooks in a prompt manner is definitely not their priority.
LG: Geskus went above & beyond to resolve an issue we had. Excellent customer service which is refreshing these days!

Rachel Reinbold: I contacted Geskus customer service requesting a student ID card after misplacing my son's from his 22-23 school year. He needed it for an upcoming school trip. They responded quickly with the attached student ID. It was exactly what I needed, and I was so pleased with their speedy response. They also offered to create a hard card ID if needed and had info on shipping times and rates to get it to me on time. We are set for his trip to DC. Thanks!

Patricia Quinton: Pitiful this year tbh...They screwed both my orders up I called emailed for 2 weeks about it and then finally they just decide to ship me my other child's order for prints ... prints finally come to me week l8r (3 _4) weeks after the initial date everyone else received there's) come in there the wrong back ground for 1 and they messed up sizes too was ofc not going to send them back and wait more time that I shouldn't have too your staff messed alot of things up this year and you did NOT handle it properly .in a professional manner I'm not sure how many times a customer should have to contact a person and them not get back with you or how many MiStAkEs you think are acceptable but service this year was terrible and I will no longer order prints through your services .
Lisa Bondurant: First let's just say my son's pictures always look so good!! But mostly their over all service. I unfortunately have fallen on hard times. Health issue after health issue.. Long store short the reopened my son's football pictures so I was able to order some.. No words can explain how much that means
A Marie: Super disappointed and frustrated. I preordered online for both my kids. My son was sick on Picture day and both of them ended up doing retakes. When they came in, my sons was just the gray background and just the folder with pic on the front. No package. Called on 11/30, they resent that day said they would be delivered to school in 7-10 days. Cool. Called last Tuesday as they still didn’t receive them. Was told by end of week. Here we are Monday, 12/19. Still nothing. Called and was told they sent them out on the 6th but have no way of tracking them as that would cost us more money and the information i was told the first 2 times was inaccurate and they were actually coming to my house if they did come. So now they sent them to print AGAIN today, which means I won’t have them for any of the Christmas presents I had planned. Will never order from the school again if they use this company.
