Julia Voake: I can't recommend Computer Rescue 911 more highly. They were terrific to work with. Our computer had been hacked and it was a mess. They deleted a number of things that had been loaded on our computer that we weren't aware of and made our computer wide open for hackers to infiltrate all of the data on it. Then they loaded apps that made our computer considerably more difficult for hackers to do damage. We highly recommend them!

Samantha Bennett: Broke the LCD on my laptop. Stopped here randomly on my way back to the office after being told by another shop that my laptop wasn't worth fixing. The other shop didn't even open the laptop before telling me "usually the LCD costs just as much as the laptop" wouldn't even do a rough estimate. Stopped here and everyone was so nice and understood that I was willing to pay for the fix since the laptop is only 2 years old and FULL of work data. Paid the diagnostic fee, which to me $79 is totally worth knowing what you are going to invest to fix an item and they credit that diagnostic off the final bill if you do end up fixing it. Took about a week but once the LCD part came in the fix took them only a few hours. Works great! Very happy and would highly recommend.

They explained (when I called them), with the new Apple upgrade that app would no longer work because Ventura 13 had its own built in scam protector. No charge, but much appreciated. Travis Asher: Although I have not purchased anything through them. I Myself, like many others, built my own PC and was adding a new m.2 drive to the motherboard for added storage space. I was missing a screw for the NVME mount and didn't want to order a tiny screw online and wait a week to get one. I called Computer Rescue 911 and without hesitation told me to come in "We got you." I get there and this nice lad with flowing long hair presented me with an envelop mixed with 2 different screw types for an NVME mount and said. This is free my boy, just leave a good review. And by god here I am. Telling you to give these guys your business because... If I need it, this is exactly where I'm going. Oh and the company I work for takes there pc's into them all the time and I've heard nothing but positivity from my colleagues.That is all.Go here.

Haram Gil: We had our wedding here on 03/04/23 and I cannot say anything but good things about the venue. Sure, there were hiccups here and there and communication probably could have been better during the preparation process, but the wedding day completely made up for all of it.All of our guests were pleased with the food, the staff were all very helpful and the pricing for the food, beverages, and amenities ended up with such amazing value. There are LOTS of places to take pictures including the area around the venue and the lobby, tons of space for guests to wander and hang around, and the view is just unbeatable (when the weather cooperates as well).We had a Korean wedding ceremony after our traditional American version and the staff arranged the space to exactly how we wanted it. The day just could not have gone any smoother and the cleanup process was just as easy. It's unfortunate that they will be moving their location, but I hope that the new area will be just as picturesque and bountiful as this one.

Wandering Soul Collective: Matt + Justin were so helpful and kind while I was holding back tears for an unfortunate hard drive failure in the middle of a backup. All the other companies refused to look at the hard drive while I was there but they agreed and fixed the problem in minutes. Bring your business to them first!

Mark Giancarlo: Had an external HDD stop working in the middle of a data backup so I brought it in to GR Tech. They were extremely friendly and helpful and solved my problem very quickly. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back in the future.

Jeff DeHeer: I needed help with a custom project that integrated some network equipment, cameras, and ability to remote view those cameras, all while being portable. After a couple of brainstorming meetings, they delivered a quote that included hardware, setup, and training. Delivery was a fast and global supply chain issues would allow. The installation was not without some unforseen hiccups, but they solved those and delivered a system that worked as desired and met all requirements. They are easy to work with, not afraid of trying new or non-standard projects, and have clear communication throughout. I will return to them for future standard or 'off the wall' projects.
