Earthbound Inc Custom apparel since 1978: Helped us set up a better internet connection for the entire office. Called them back to get a new computer and service has been great!
Alexander Le Bon: They were easy to work with and got our office set up with a new network quickly.
Joseph Neuman: States In Home services however they do not provide this. When asked if they can recommend someone they laughed and said they couldn't.I'm sure they have good knowledge but the customer support is lacking.
Wandering Soul Collective: Matt + Justin were so helpful and kind while I was holding back tears for an unfortunate hard drive failure in the middle of a backup. All the other companies refused to look at the hard drive while I was there but they agreed and fixed the problem in minutes. Bring your business to them first!
Mark Giancarlo: Had an external HDD stop working in the middle of a data backup so I brought it in to GR Tech. They were extremely friendly and helpful and solved my problem very quickly. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back in the future.
Jeff DeHeer: I needed help with a custom project that integrated some network equipment, cameras, and ability to remote view those cameras, all while being portable. After a couple of brainstorming meetings, they delivered a quote that included hardware, setup, and training. Delivery was a fast and global supply chain issues would allow. The installation was not without some unforseen hiccups, but they solved those and delivered a system that worked as desired and met all requirements. They are easy to work with, not afraid of trying new or non-standard projects, and have clear communication throughout. I will return to them for future standard or 'off the wall' projects.

Jelsema Veterinary Clinic: We recently switched to Grand Rapids Tech for IT support for our Veterinary Clinic. They have been very quick to respond to our concerns and have actually solved our issues, unlike other IT companies that we have used in the past. The technicians are all prompt, professional and explain things in a easy to understand manner, never making me feel belittled for not knowing how to manage my own IT issues. Billing is fair and they have even found ways for us to save money on our computer systems and servers. This company is definitely worth calling and we recommend them to anyone that asks.

Laurie Nozal: Both for company use and personal, I have used WMTS services. For company purposes, the company has dropped everything and come to our aid for whatever issues and when ever they occur whether its coming personally to our facility or jumping in remotely. I have also experienced their services personally when we had home computers with a virus, the owner personally met me close to home at ten at night to get the computer so that our daughter would have it back quickly for school. I could not recommend this company enough, Rick and Tom are the best!!!!

He came in to my office on short notice and was able to fix 2 pc's which had problems that i couldn't fix by googling it and running antivirus myself. Rick was prompt, got the job done without dilly-dallying to run up the bill and was friendly at the same time.We always keep Rick's number on speed dial because computer problems can add up to dollars really quick and Rick does a great job of monitoring our computers to make sure that things don't happen. Ashley Scott: Tech Defenders is the real deal. The process was extremely easy. They send you packaging and bubble wrap to pack up your devices. The time from contact to delivery of check was very long but most of that was my fault as some of the devices had not been unlicked. I was sent the list of locked devices. After unlocking, the process went quickly. I highly recommend them if you have old devices that you are trying to offload.

Marie Palmieri: I found TechDefenders last year on a Google search, and I am so glad that we did! We are a small school with Chromebooks for our 6-7-8 students, approximately 150 machines. Kids being kids, they are not always super careful with their tech equipment. I had to find a vendor to help us fix that machines and TechDefenders completely met all of our needs.TechDefenders supplies all of the software and materials necessary to track inventory and ship machines for repair. Their cost to repair is fair and the turn-around time to receive the machines back is super fast! All of the machines that we have submitted to TechDefenders have been repaired to our complete satisfaction and we are certainly going to be using them in the future.I wholeheartedly recommend using TechDefenders!
