Melissa Deyoung: Worst phone service I've ever had to work with- all the employee's do is "create a ticket" and will work on it. No one ever calls back with updates and things are never fully resolved. We constantly have issues with our phones. If there was a zero start option, that's what I would choose. They suck.
Pam Vink: If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This company, although courteous on the phone, is unreliable, frustrating to deal with, and tactless. We have had IServ for a little over a year now and so far every issue that we have had has taken days if not weeks or months to fix. Customer service shuffles you from one person to another, and although polite on the phone seem to have very little concern for any issues you might be experiencing. If you are looking for an IT company, do not use this company.
