Eri P (Mafie): Very rude and disrespectful towards customers. Asked the man to hand me something behind the counter, and jestered for him to place it in my hand. I work in the area and come here weekly! He gave it to the wife to ring up instead and totally ignored me. I complained about the experience and the wife got loud and rude. I've see her speak rudly to homeless before and never thought it would happen to me. They also, buy goods from Meijer and hike the prices up! So there's that too!
Marcus Garvey: Owners very nice
Christina May: As one of the only convenience stores downtown, it's stocked with drinks, snacks and microwavable foods. The owners are there daily. They are kind and respectful.
Bobbie Law: The lady that owns and runs this place is awesome and very helpful. Also the store is always stocked and clean!
Scott Theisen: Great owners. Stocked their fridge with the energy deink flavor I prefer. For the location they have great prices.

Andrea Catalano: Worst gas station. More than half the pumps don't work, other half doesn't accept a credit card. It's difficult to pull in to and out of because of its tiny lot size...skip it and go anywhere else!

BoB: I would stay AWAY if you’re someone that is disabled or in need of any accommodations. I have seen first hand the way management treats those with disabilities and it was horrendous. Maybe, they will take the suggestion of training employees to be able to interact with those who are needing a different kind of assistance, until then I would recommend going down the road to the Shell gas station, it was the place that had their employees best trained in the area.
Leanne M: Came to put gas in my tire because it was low on air, it was super convenient to do it there and while I was here I went in and grabbed some coffee for me and my boyfriend who was helping me. Very thankful for them for helping out on that stressful morning
Noah Paris: Where to begin, first off I can’t believe I’m doing a review of a gas station but honestly the service and the station is so horrendous people need to know!Constantly closed, you’re more than likely not even going to be able to get anything because they’re always closed after 7:00 PM or they’ll have the window open and you can only get gas and cigarettes nothing else out of a hole convenient store at 7 o’clock…I mean I know Circle K has a really consistent trashy reputation but you even impressed ROFLIt’s really hard to be part of the community when you’re constantly closed to the community, and it’s not like it’s sometimes, it’s usually and consistently.

Vivian Ridgeway: Arachnophobia alert!! If you suffer from any type of aracnophobia avoid this station at all costs. I stopped to get gas and a spider landed in my hair. I looked up and between the 2 pumps there must have been at least one hundred spiders. I can handle one or two but this was 98 over my limit. The staff were unapologetic and rude. Legitimate phobias are no laughing matter and these guys were awful.

Lavita Ransfer: A friend of mine recently got hired a few weeks ago and their alarm didn't go off and they overslept and they jus fired them. But apparently one of their ex coworkers he use to work with knew the manager at this store. My friend was never late they were there like an hour early and they fired them jus cuz they overslept no warning just fired them on the spot. That's not right if you ask me.

TheDrifter889: It’s called a convenience store for a reason, so when I’m walking in playing lotto and apparently only one person can ring it up for about 5 minutes later because of managements abject failure to correct whatever issue they’re now passing onto the customer, this place turned to trash pretty quick after Shannon and the bigger girl left, at least they made me want to patronize, now I won’t.
Kathy Gray: I love this store! The cashiers are always friendly and efficient. You can tell they like their jobs. Store is clean and well stocked. I wish all their locations were run this way. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations but decided to give this place a chance since neighborhood friends spoke highly of it. I’m glad I did.
Linda Skrycki: Poor customer service. I used to go there once or twice a day but now will take my thousands of dollars in spending to another store.

Without their having called 9-1-1 when they did, I may not have had the chance to write this review. I have always been happy with this particular gas station as an Uber Driver. Now, I’m even more impressed. Please, continue to pray for me as I am still recovering from the stroke. Iceland: Why is it so hard for these cashiers to SMILE? This black guy didn't even crack a little smile even after I made a funny joke. Just kept ringing me up. Shake my head. Chad is nice and thats about it and one other person. Hire people who are friendly not miserable looking .....its supposed to be a family store!!

I Have a temp ID because my wallet was stolen wouldn’t sell me what I wanted because there is no picture???? It’s a state issued temp ID I don’t have an ID stapled to it because it was all stolen, and if he would have even glanced at it he would see that I’m a year above the age to purchase it. What a lazy employee, won’t be back

David simshar Singh Gardner: I think j&h family gas station store is really great the manager is great and so is all the employees how would I know because I work there I don't know about the person named Jenny or whatever that person is or who this Melissa manager is maybe back then the manager was bad but the manager we have now is the most friendly kind person how would I know because I work there I'm a cooler guy and I work Monday and Tuesday and Friday and Saturday come check it out we have fast food and now we will have a beer cave this place is like a family place we treat our customer with respect and we here to help even though I work in a cooler if someone need help I will help them I will stop what I'm doing and I will help so will all the other employee including the manager even though there are some rude customers but we always tried to help out anyway we can whenever I work the cooler get filled I'm the cooler guy lol come check out the gas station located on Leonard and remembrance Road we're open 24 hours
