Andrew P: Several months before my wedding I ordered a root beer float cart for our dessert. Two days before the wedding, I received a call letting me know that they were out of root beer and would not be delivering it as promised. I asked them to find another root beer source and they refused. After a few phone calls, my fiancé was able to locate a keg of root beer at a liquor store in town. This is something they easily could have done in order to fulfill their contract and I would have been impressed with the customer service. Instead, I needed to arrange for pickup and drop off of the keg, ice, and an ice bucket less than 48 hours before the big day. The credit I received on my payment was less than the new keg of root beer cost. Horrible customer service.

This is premium ice cream with a premium price tag but you already knew that...so stop complaining about the cost and instead savor the quality and culinary care which is more than worth it. If you want a quick/cheap cone, head up Plainfield to Frosty Boy or the DQ. This is simply not the same category, nor are they trying to be. While you're here and now in the right mindset, try the boozie ice cream shake.

Gloria Alberta: I went in because according to their wrbsite, they had a lame and pizza perl. They did not have the lame, but my daughter and I were treated so poorly that we walked out and will not be back. The clerk had a snooty attitude, correcting my pronunciation and then pronounced things exactly as I did. I am an extremely experienced baker and she "assumed" I was not as she proceeded to lecture me on baking and suggesting wrbsites for me to check out. I was extremely offended.
Matt Mahar: Don’t bother trying to recycle Nespresso pods here. Brought in a full bag and some rude older lady argues with me about why there is no shipping label on the recycle bag. Uh hello, you’re the recycle drop spot according to Nespresso’s website. If I had a label I’d ship it myself vs wasting my time going to the mall. From there, she tells me she’ll still take the bag but will likely just throw it in the trash. Then proceeds to argue with me why I don’t just buy Nespresso pods directly from Nespresso so they can handle the recycle program.
Natasha G: Returned an item with 10 minutes left until close of the store last Friday. The women who returned the item was so rude and could not comprehend why my surgeon husband did not keep the receipt and gave him a terrible time. Threw the fragile item on the counter that we were returning and was so horrible that I told her no need to bag our item because " I didn't want to disturb her anymore". She huffed and puffed multiple times and on the way out as she walked us to the door so she could go home-- I said to her it doesn't have to be this way and she yelled "don't tell me how to do my job - I have been doing this for 15 years!". I have been a front line physician through all of covid and in all the crazy times I have had I have never treated anyone with such disrespect. I will NEVER go back to the GR store (have been going there for 20 years and have furnished 2 homes with items). That women with glasses and blonde hair should not work there. If she has been there 15 years then I'm pretty sure one return without a receipt should not have caused her so much distress. NEVER AGAIN.

Steven Tran: Terrible customer service. Terrible. No greeting when we entered the store and also not any one of the 5 employees on the floor asked us if we needed any help. Even worst, was the checkout. First time in the store I stood at the checkout for about 5 minutes while 2 of the cashiers ran behind the counter and then back on the floor. Waited a couple more minutes and left. For some reason, I decided to give another shot because I needed something there so I went to checkout again and dealt with a VERY rude employee. Wish I would have gotten her name. Again, no greeting and very standoffish at checkout. Rang up my items and just stood there with arms crossed attitude waiting for payment. Classy. Then a customer who had purchased something before me stood back in line and the cashier said, “Well what now?” The customer behind simply replied, “I just have a question about my purchase.” The cashier rolled her eyes and continued to stand there waiting for payment. Didn’t get her name as mentioned above, but she was older, short grey and black hair. Most of the product in store is overpriced anyway. You can find the same product at Bed Bath Beyond or Amazon for about 25% cheaper and you don’t have to deal with this store’s customer service.
Jenny Bowen: I just want to say THANK YOU for more of the swatches I got in the mail!!! Uall do such an awesome job of deciding what kind of fabric to use. I REALLY liked the Italian Distressed Leather Mushroom one and the same brand but Iron!!! I love the feel of them as well...I'm still trying to figure out which ones I like the best!!! But I just had to say that I appreciate you all and uall did and do a REALLY REALLY great job!!! Thank you again and if u have anymore then please send them to me. I can't remember if this was all I put down to get but I would love to see more if possible...sorry!!! But I hope you all have a GREAT day!!! Thank you again. :)

This is a time when you would expect your online experience to be seamless when picking something up at a store. When I went to pick up my purchase (first time shopping at Williams-Sonoma (could get same item at amazon, but wanted to pick up today) It was pointed out by the employee who helped me that "Just so you know, next time, we would appreciate if you made your purchase in the store" What this lead me to believe was that this employee was put out that I bought online and she either missed out on whatever her current commission or sales incentive was because of it. Not likely to return to location for this reason.
Jennifer Grant: On thursday, I purchased my very first Nespresso machine online for a pick up at this location.Friday morning, I realized I purchased a model without the milk frother. So I go into this location to exchange to the one that had the milk frother. Michelle, who is the assistant manager was very nice and helped me to exchange to the one that i wanted. I bring it home to set my Nespresso and found out that the Capsule slot wouldnt open properly.So i go back to the store on Saturday and luckily Michelle was there again. She immediately recognized me and greeted me. She then helped me to get a different and this time, she made sure that the capsule slot would open properly (how thoughtful!) before i left the store. We both saw that it opened perfectly and i took it home.That night, i go home and open the box and realized that there were no manual, or the 12 capsule that was supposed to be included in the box were all missing. I also took the whole machine out of the box and saw that there were coffee stains all over the machine.*Keep in mind that when Michelle and I checked the machine at the store, we didn’t completely took the machine out of the box.At this point, im in complete shock and so frustrated. Im really not a picky person. So knowing this was the last one in stock, i told myself i was just going to wash/clean it and just use it. However, because i am new to the Nespresso, i needed the manual that i didnt have.So i called the store to see if Michelle was working and she wasnt. So i asked for a manager. I started talking to her and explained to her what happened and that i just would like the manual and 12 capsules that were missing in the box. Not a single time during our conversation she said sorry or had any sympathy. Rather than apologizing to a customer, she said there wasnt anything she could do but to just bring it in.If i was the manager, the first thing i would do is apologize to my customer for all this trouble. And second thing i would do is to come up with something i can do to help getting the manual and the capsules. I mean, she is the store manager. I felt that she couldve came up with many things to help me.Anyhoo,I decided that this whole Nespresso wasnt meant to be so I went to the store to return it for good. I walked up to the counter and the manager who i spoke to was there. I told her i was there to return and she clearly remembered that we spoke on the phone. During the whole return process, she didnt say a word to me. Instead, she said hi hello to the customer that was behind me. (WOW!) I had so many things to say to her about this experience but she wasnt worth my time.Its a shame that she is the store manager because she isnt the greatest fit for that position and clearly doesnt know how to treat her customer with respect.The only reason why im even giving 2 stars is because of Michelles great customer service. It was very unfortunate that i ended up getting the used one but I appreciated Michelles help and the effort.Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location.
Janna Onan: I was at Williams-sonoma woodland to buy a few le creuset pieces for a thanksgiving I am hosting. I also needed flatware, merlot glasses, and some other table settings. I approached an employee asking if I could get a certain le creuset piece in white bc I wanted to see what it looked like. She said yes let me check and I walked around the store to pick out my other pieces I needed, I walked around the store for OVER an hour but remained in sight of who was helping me. Finally I walked out, I was ready to drop well over 1,000$ there but apparently my business was not needed or wanted.
