Scheduled me and I asked to make sure that price is locked in because I didn't want to be in another situation where a salon tells me it's more when I get there. Then she told me it's $89. Auna Sue: I get not wanting to be liable for whatever I do to f up my hair, but I would much rather be told “I don’t know, I’m so sorry” than “You should have it done professionally.” If I could afford it professionally, I wouldn’t be at Ulta buying hair coloring products. Obviously I know. It’s just so rude to say that. Especially if they are saying it to sell their hair services.Just tell people you don’t know. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s literally that simple. I don’t need to stand there for 10 minutes fake smiling and nodding like I’m 12 being lectured by my mom.
