Cerela TerHorst: This appointment was convenient because I was able to schedule my cleaning followed right after by a filling and prep work for a crown. The hygienist who did the cleaning was very thorough and had a great personality. Dr. Bartoszewicz did fantastic work as always. He had a way of administering the numbing shot in a way where there is little to no pain. He's always willing to answer any questions and address my concerns. I've never been disappointed with his work and he's done a lot of work in my mouth. Dr. B. and his staff go above and beyond!

ARUN KUMAR: Update 2:-I am now upgrading this review to a 3 star from a 1 star because of the following reason/s: I visited a different dentist today to find out what is wrong with the filling. They said the filling itself seems to be not bad but there was poor finishing of the surfaces that mate (tooth in the upper jaw mating with lower jaw). Hence there was too much pressure exerted on one particular point because of the improper finish and therefore it caused enormous pain. So they tried to refinish the filling from before to mitigate the poor mate problem. Will wait and see what happens. Hope it heals well. I am only upgrading this review for the sole reason that the filling itself is not wrong but rather the finishing that got botched up. These guys need to improve a long way and try to prevent such scandals you can see in all the 1 star reviews about clients complaining of "botched up fillings".Update 1:-These guys kept harassing me after my first visit (only time I have ever visited them) that I have another appointment scheduled with them for 15 days later. I never asked them or gave any permission to them to make an appointment on my behalf. They just try to do this to people in order to make more money. It has been 15 days since I have had my filling replacemet done by these inept phonies. My tooth still aches horrible. It only seems to have gotten worse over time instead of the other way. Please read all the 1 star comments in the reviews below. You will notice everyone has witnessed one common trend with these guys. Which is "they screw up everybody's tooth".Original Post:-Worst place to have dental fillings. I went to this place because I had to take care of a filling that had worn out after ten years and needed a replacement. These guys made a giant gorge in my tooth (much more than needed) in the name of clearing the existing filling and did a sloppy job of sealing it and filling it. It has been more than 10 days since I got my sloppy filling and my tooth always aches and bleeds like crazy whenever I brush at the site of the filling. I have had my fillings done twice in life before by different capable dentists. Never had a problem with those. These guys are inept at best. Do not visit these guys if you care for your tooth. You can go pretty much go elsewhere but not here. What a rip off

Luke Rank: Had my appointments set up and had a change of insurance so i had to cancel until I got new insurance. Requested a refund as i paid in advance but the billing goes per visit. It has been 4 months and I have not received my refund and they constantly try to give me the run around. I was suggested to this place by my fiancé and since she has received treatment and had to have her fillings fixed 4 times and she is still having issues. They seemed nice at first but it is very clear that I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the run around and now the poor work on my fiancés teeth.

I really appreciate the texting platform to communicate during the work day & how helpful their customer service team is.

They got me in immediately when they opened. They had an incredible staff. They made me feel comfortable and got me all fixed up. I could not recommend this dentistry more. Jessica Madonia: Dental nerd alert. I worked in dental a long time and so did my daughters dad and a lot of our close friends and family. So naturally, we started her young and she started coming with us to cleanings when she was a baby to get her used to the dentist and not be scared of it. My daughter had her first filling today. She is 6. She was with her daddy and I was a complete nervous wreck! (probably best I wasn't there) he is way more calm in these situations. She loves going to get dental cleanings and I was scared this may be traumatic for her. Is she going to be scared? Is it going to hurt? Will she never want to go to the dentist again? She loved it! She Facetimed me after to show me 😭. She told me she can't wait to go to school tomorrow to tell her friends that Dr. Nick used a super cool laser on her teeth and it didn't hurt and she wants to show everyone her fixed cavities . 😭❤️. She was so brave. Thank you complete health dentistry for always taking care of us and for giving us a place to go where we feel welcomed and loved ! You guys answer all my insane questions, deal with me bringing my kid to every cleaning and somehow manage to make it a fun experience for a 6 year old. My kid LOVES the dentist and we are so lucky to have u guys !
Asra S: They overcharge for unnecessary services. Makes you believe that you need those services. My 2 dentist appointments doesn’t need to be stretched out to 10 different appointments. Not to forget, delta dental will not be accepted here anymore. You pay the full price then submit a claim to get your money back from the insurance.
Chrissy Easdon: I recently had my two front teeth replaced by Complete Health Dentistry and am relieved and so happy to report a job very well done! Being self conscious of your smile can be a confidence killer, and coming from prior disappointing dental experiences, I was nervous. But this office came through for me, and I am so grateful to have my confident smile back. My case was a tough one, and replacing custom front teeth is a difficult task for dental offices and dental labs already. But as a team, Dr. DeBoer, his assistants and I were able to commit to a wonderful result. Even when there was a hiccup with my temporary teeth, one of the wonderful dental assistants, Courtney, was able to fix it almost immediately. She gave me enough confidence in my temporaries to wait for my permanent teeth and not rush the final result. When it came to install of my permanents, Courtney was able to schedule me to come back on the same day after working directly with the lab to perfect the details. That was immensely helpful! Dr. DeBoer was confident, competent and relatable through the whole experience. Thank you so very much to all who were involved !!!! Above and beyond for sure. I can finally close the bad teeth chapter and move on. Awesome !

I left them and went to an Ivy League dentist who had never even used the device they told me I needed to buy, and the "special" cleaning was only $33. They are con artists.
Pizza Lover: I was hesitant to write this review but I thought I should just share my experience, but I will also explain how my situation changed over the course of a few months. I went here about 3 months ago as a new patient. As someone who has had one filling in my life, it was shocked to learn that I had more than ten cavities in addition to advanced gingivitis that would require an enhanced/special (expensive and more frequent) cleaning. The cost of all the work that they thought I needed totaled to over $4,000.Flash forward three months and I just went to a different dentist and I have 0 cavities and no gingivitis and my bill is $0.But I do want to explain some things- the first dentist visit frustrated me enough that I was extra careful about my dental hygiene. I mean, I always brushed but I was a bit lazy about flossing. So the new dentist (not Complete Health Dentistry) got me after 3 months of good flossing and gargling. Will that make 10+ cavities and gingivitis go away? I have no idea. But my bank account is glad I waited. The new dentist used the same XRays from my visit to Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan.I am not trained in dentistry and I bet dentists get tired with untrained people claiming to know more than them , so I will not assume or imply that anything predatory is going on at Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan. Perhaps this dentist and the other dentist have different approaches to drilling/ there may be different schools of thought that they adhere to. I just wanted to share what actually happened to me. And lastly, I could see 1000 dentists and finally hear what I want to hear. But it only took one to have a basically the opposite diagnosis...and I didn't tell the new dentist anything about my diagnosis from Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan.I gave 2 stars because the people were friendly.So unfortunately I will not be going back to Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan. I can't afford it!edit: 2 years later and still no cavities.

The office staff is kind and helpful, every hygienist I’ve met is professional, and I’ve had work done with both Dr Cohen and Dr P and they were amazing. I’ve always been a little anxious about going to the dentist and they are both very compassionate and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Piotrowski was able to use laser treatment for my cavity removal procedure. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the laser treatment. The entire process was painless! I was able to have the procedure done without the use of a local anesthetic. I was so happy to have the option to skip the anesthetic because this meant, bypassing the numb mouth sensation as well as less chemicals in my body. Dr. Piotrowski is extremely skilled in dentistry! I have never had a dentist be so thorough with my dental needs. Dr. Piotrowski is very patient, knowledgeable and personable; he is great at making sure you understand exactly what will take place during your dental procedure. The hygienist, Katie, was amazing. She explained everything and was so pleasant to talk to. Dr. P and Hannah did a great job of removing the old crown and, best of all, they were able to make a new crown for me right in the office and I was all finished in one visit. So much better than having to come back a week later. I really appreciate the way Dr. P. explained what he was doing as he moved along. I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I happily scheduled my next cleaning with them.

He is kind, thorough, doesn't do procedures that are unnecessary, and works well with my aversion to needles in my mouth! His staff is thoughtful a good at what they do. The office is easy to get to, easy to park, and they've got the most beautiful plants right outside the windows to look at when they are working on your teeth.I would highly without reservation, recommend Dr Elias.

The hygienists are super friendly, always with a smile and positive attitude. Fortunately, I haven’t had any serious dental work required (no crowns, root canals, bridges, etc), so can’t speak to that.
