He and his staff are kind, not overly talkative. The office is beautiful, I love sitting on the couch by the fireplace before my appointment. They are helpful with making sure you are utilizing your insurance correctly. Also, no extra cost for laughing gas which is great for anxiety ridden patients like myself. Overall, excellent experience and I will continue on as a patient.

Denise Symons: Dr Jerry does fabulous dental work across the board. Just had a new crown put into today and it feels very natural. Did I mention that he gives a painless injection? I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years and he is the best. Pain free dental procedures with a high degree of expertise. Highly recommend.
Christina Hulstrand: They're really great at creative ways to bill every last penny out of your insurance company (which means you also have to tag along for all the meaningless appointments) and sometimes they get it wrong so you pay 5k out of pocket, but they don't care too much about that.... Horrible customer service (Do I need 5 calls 13 hours before my appointment, eachone more aggressive in tone, demanding that I confirm my appointment, even though you're going to charge me $65 if I do cancel, even if it's the first time in 8 years....

Debbie L: It’s been a month since I’ve started my treatment here for a diagnosis of bilateral jaw dislocation that was causing such severe pain I could not even socialize or be active. I now am back to doing daily yoga, which is something I had missed and wasn’t able to do for over a year.I feel the staff here is understanding, compassionate, and listens to you. The care is comprehensive - I’m being referred to PT as I mentioned my neck has been bothering me during my sleep. Steroid (trigger point) injections are an option included in the payment plan if needed at some point, and cold laser therapy is used at each appointment. Of course this is for my diagnosis and treatment plan - I’m not sure what all is included with other treatment plans.
Jamie Vaughan: Unfortunately, a dental instrument was broken off and permanently left in a filling of mine by Dr. Mulder. I was never made aware of this until visiting a new dentist who immediately could tell by looking at x-rays. Very disappointed with their dishonesty. They also assured and convinced me that insurance would pay for some expensive dental work I had done but they did not, so I was left to foot the whole bill. Would not recommend.

Lil Bit: The staff is extremely rude they come up with prices as they go I was charged 150 for a service that I later needed again and they attempted to charge me 600 for what they had charged 150 for the exact same thing. Will not return nor continue to refer friends and family

Ms B: I was born missing a lateral incisors and the other incisor was a peg tooth. As a result, I have had extensive dental work that has been replaced multiple times since the age of 16 (30 years ago). This is the first time that I had 0 pain or discomfort in the old bridge removal and temp placement. They are fast and it was a great experience. There were 0 issues with taking my dental insurance and accepting the contracted amount. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Piotrowski was able to use laser treatment for my cavity removal procedure. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the laser treatment. The entire process was painless! I was able to have the procedure done without the use of a local anesthetic. I was so happy to have the option to skip the anesthetic because this meant, bypassing the numb mouth sensation as well as less chemicals in my body. Dr. Piotrowski is extremely skilled in dentistry! I have never had a dentist be so thorough with my dental needs. Dr. Piotrowski is very patient, knowledgeable and personable; he is great at making sure you understand exactly what will take place during your dental procedure. The hygienist, Katie, was amazing. She explained everything and was so pleasant to talk to. Dr. P and Hannah did a great job of removing the old crown and, best of all, they were able to make a new crown for me right in the office and I was all finished in one visit. So much better than having to come back a week later. I really appreciate the way Dr. P. explained what he was doing as he moved along. I highly recommend this dental office. Julie Nystedt: I have anxiety about going to the dentist (even for a cleaning) and this office has been the first dental practice that I feel comfortable at. Everyone is friendly and very kind for the moment you walk in, and they have a menu of options you can choose from to make you more comfortable during your appointment - everything from sunglasses to stress balls - and most importantly, they recognize dental anxiety is definitely *a thing* and don’t make you feel less than for experiencing it. Highly recommend Contemporary Family Dental.

Andrea Krudy: Appointment was on time, reception coordinators were very professional. My hygienist, Gabby, did a fabulous job. Sometimes hygienists are aggressive flossers, but I wasn't uncomfortable. Gabby took time to clarify and further explain a question I had asked the dentist.
Callie Radford: I came in with my 6-week-old. The hygienist allowed me to hold her during my cleaning along with the dentist so that she wouldn't fuss. The hygienist was extremely nice and understanding!!

As my daughter was not treated with the patience, dignity, and respect, that she deserved, even after being detailed in the new patient paperwork that she is delayed. She was spoken to like an adult and no patience was given. Never letting my family be a part of this practice again.

Camila Noordeloos: After they canceled my appointment, which was understandable and I was open to reschedule, they could only offer me an option for 8 months later! The appointment had been scheduled for 6 months and it only meant I would need to wait an additional 8 months for my cleaning... They said "it was the best they could do for me".
Clarence Henderson: It was my lucky day !! I walked in with no appointment to ask "did they take walk ins .I was told" no. When they saw what pain I was in; they gave me an appointment that day for a couple of hours later. I had a bad infection and a couple of broken teeth. I'm terrified of Dentist but" everyone was kind, Polite and was very patient with me. I sit around for a few years not going to Dentist because ' of bad experience's . So grateful for the Medical Staff and Receptionist who helped me fill out my medical forms.

It is obvious that everyone who works here loves what they do & are very good at it. All my questions (always have so many) are always answered in great depth. The staff definitely takes care of you and greatly appreciates the time you spend with them even if that is for a half hour. The parking is simple & quick & validated when you come to Mid Towne. Ashley Doyle: I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Burton’s office, and Amy in particular. I had what I would consider some fairly uncomfortable dental work that needed to be done- Amy did her best to make me feel at ease and comfortable and pain free throughout the process. My teeth are healthier and I have overcome my fear of the dentist for sure! I will also add this office is extremely clean and professional. They are very up front about cost and billing! No surprise bills on the back end.

Andrea Lun: I was referred by a friend to advanced dental when my lifelong dentist retired and I’ve had such a good experience with this office until today when they called to reschedule my upcoming appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago for a new appointment over 4 months from now with the option to be called for any openings between then and now. Unfortunately fitting my schedule around the offices last minute openings wasn’t the most convenient of options for me. The lack of prioritizing of existing patients is upsetting and I will be heading to a new office.
