Christopher Cooper: I highly recommend...I’ve been coming to this office since I was a little kid and it was Dr Vanslootens office. Dr Mehling took over and he was awesome...then I got married and relocated to the Muskegon area and tried going to my wife’s dentist (Community Shores Dental, Dr Christopher Sortman) and they replaced the fillings on the right side of my mouth and it was terrible..I was in a lot of pain and it took over a year before my teeth felt normal again and the discomfort to subside. I went back there and told them 6 months later that I was in a lot of discomfort and couldn’t chew food normally on the right side of my mouth without discomfort and they said that was normal...I never went back there again. I came back to Dr Mehling and he replaced one of my old fillings and I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. A true professional who knows what he’s doing. His staff is great also..I’ll keep doing the 40 mile drive and coming here
Matthew Batch: I recently developed a serious wisdom tooth infection but was without a dentist. After being referred to Durham & Mehling, I called and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. From the moment I walked in their office, Dr. Mehling and his staff treated me like a longtime patient. After prescribing an antibiotic and answering all my questions, Dr. Mehling personally took the time to help me contact local oral surgeons until we found one who could quickly schedule my wisdom tooth extraction. His office even called a few days after my surgery just to make sure I was doing ok. If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patient's experience, I highly recommended Durham & Mehling DDS PC.

And, centrally located in downtown Grand Rapids.But, most of all, I can't even begin to say how grateful I am to Dr. Marcos Cid for mamaging to squeeze in my emergency appointment.I had a tooth in VERY bad shape that gave me more pain than anything ever.I wish I was merely exaggerating about that, but unfortunately no.Point here is, I'm starting to feel better now, and I have Dr. Marcos Cid and 616 Dental Studio staff to thank for it.Dr. Cid is also availible over at times over at the Westside location as well.But, no matter which location you visit him and 616 Dental at, you'll find they do good work.Btw, 616 Dental accepts Delta Dental coverage.

Joe Kent: First off if I could give more than 5 stars I would.I started my journey about 4 months ago. When I walked into the office for the first time I was scared and uncertain what to expect. Within the first 5 minutes my fear and uncertainty turned to being excited about what my future would look like. The passion that everyone has at this location is unbelievable starting with the greeting at the front desk and on. Everyone was truly a joy to work with and took the time to explain everything to me. They showed that they had desire to make me comfortable with the process. They show that they want you to be happy and the warm welcoming they give is undeniable. The process from day one has been one that I will cherish forever. Not many people will say they go to a doctor and love them but I will say that I love each and everyone of the individuals I have encountered at the Grand Rapids location. Mark Veltkamp: The entire Crue at Clear choice were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel very important and at ease . I am very satisfied with the outcome. The lower fixed plate is as close to my real teeth as you can get and the upper plate they made for me fits more secure than any other plate I have ever had over the years and I have worn an upper plate for 20 years. I love ❤️ the entire crue and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work. Thank you all.)( I was just in for my six month check up and everything is looking great. I am very happy with my new teeth. I can eat certain foods like a normal person that I never thought I would ever be able to eat again and I haven’t had a single tooth ake since the day of the surgery. barry hunefeld: Scheduled a consultation appointment online to have a broken tooth looked at. Probably needed an extraction and an implant. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm. Arrived at 12:45. Sat in the waiting area until 1:30 pm. Nothing about “the doctor is running a little late” or anything like that. Sat there wondering when I’d be called. Never happened. I left at 1:30 and won’t be returning.

Peter Hawes: If I lived local Grand Rapids Dental would be my choice for dental care. I was in town for business, cracked a tooth and in need of an emergency repair. They were able to make room for me to get in. The office staff was welcoming and helpful, Dr Baldwin was thorough and offered a couple of options for treatment. Dr. Baldwin and Jenna expedited the treatment painlessly, quickly and got me on my way. GRD is #1 in my book!

I travel for my job recently lost not one filling but two in the same day called the office and tried to get in soon because of my work schedule was told that “I would just have to find another dentist.”Sadly I was put in a rush to get things fixed before surgery. Very unaccommodating . I was astounded at the reply. But I sincerely wish them good luck in the future.
Nick Landry: They always took good care of me, but neglected to tell me that my insurance went from in-network to out-of-network when they switched dentists. I went a year wondering why I was getting charged much more than usual. There are other dentists in town that are more honest.

Jared Scripture: I've only had one visit at this office, but my first impressions are nothing but positive. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Baldwin explained everything really clearly and didn't rush through my exam at all. She explained what she was looking for and what she was doing and just seemed very thorough in her examination overall. Scheduling was really easy and my out of pocket costs were determined and communicated ahead of time. I felt well taken care of and am very happy with my decision to go with this practice. The staff was immediately welcoming, helpful, and extremely tolerable of my low education of how a dental office is ran. The dentist herself helped my skills improve majorly and watching her diligent work and the way she connects with patients is a workplace I aspire to be apart of one day.
The Change: I made an apointment as a new customer . i WAS TOLD A 9 AM appointment time and wrote this time down 3 different places. I was called morning of my first appointment and was told it wasnt the time given and then Mary literally laughed at me on the call. Rude and discourteous and so you aware i never even was able to be seen. I will be sharing this experience with others as this is the rudest i have ever been treated by any medical facility. In pain and boycotting your establishment. If you are the owner you may want to reconsider the staff and how they deal with patients. #never returning #apparentlytheynevermakeamistake

Ms B: I was born missing a lateral incisors and the other incisor was a peg tooth. As a result, I have had extensive dental work that has been replaced multiple times since the age of 16 (30 years ago). This is the first time that I had 0 pain or discomfort in the old bridge removal and temp placement. They are fast and it was a great experience. There were 0 issues with taking my dental insurance and accepting the contracted amount. 10/10 recommend!

Paul Boynton: I've been going here since they opened. The best dental experience of my life. Always friendly, personable, efficient. I've had other dentists in the try to sell lots of expensive unnecessary treatments; never here! Always honest and have your best interest in mind. Lastly, Dr Suk Jun Yun is so gentle with kids! Our daughter didn't even notice the needle go in her gums!!
Leslie Valdovinos: Best place to go to! Best cleaning I’ve ever had. They referred me to a root canal specialist and then I will come back to do my crown. This is honestly the best place to go to. Please consider it!

Dr. Yun was (and is) wonderful, honest, and informative. He told me I didn't need any of the aforementioned work (at least not yet!) and saved me thousands of dollars. I also LOVE my dental hygienist, Anne, and always try to get her if I can!
Chad Naylor: Incredibly friendly staff. My 8 and 4 year old have enjoyed going so far. Personally, shots seem less dire with Dr. Yun. Preps the muscles which haven't noticed elsewhere.
