Amy Forester: Advanced Radiology Services billing is reliably wrong. Over the years I think more than half of my bills have errors, ignore insurance payments or erroneously bill out of network. Office hours to handle inquiries are not convenient. Not sure if it’s incompetence or predatory. Seems like a super inefficient way to run a business. We are forced to use them and then tortured by the inevitable billing nightmare to follow.
Alan Merkel: I refused treatment in the ER and these people billed my insurance anyway. And, after 7 months of time they want me to pay a co-pay to them also. Their reasoning for the time delay was "we miss filed with your insurance company".
matt bailey: As many have said horrible company, all our medical bills are paid According to online account but then out of the blue we have a debt collector sending us a fake bill!? Horrible horrible people, contacted the BBB already
C Dolesha: Unprofessional billing me outside of my insurance provider and sending me mail with a short due date. It is 2022 get with the times already. These a holes wouldn't hesitate to send a $50 bill to collections if I was late paying because I didn't receive the bill.
Dheeraj Kumar: My wife and I visited this place last year and double checked many times if they have updated my current address or not, they confirmed that is already taken care. We had a bill for just $54 and they kept on sending bill to my old address which I left 2 yrs back and they have sent this to collection department. When I called the collection team (Allied Business Services) they said yes I owe the bill and I need to pay. My principle is the day I receive the bill I pay the same day. Without fault I have been gone through this situation which is really bad for someone who trust on good medical organization. It's not about the money it's about the respect I lost when I get call from the debt company.They should at least send us an email with the invoice if they were not getting the response. I will definitely think twice before I visit this place. Thanks to Nancy who resolved my issue today.
qqq1: Some kind of scam company. They got my name and sent me a fake bill. I've never been there and have nothing to do with them.
lynnette mcintyre: It seems like their billing is illegal. My insurance statement says "provider is prohibited from billing the patient" but they continue to bill me. ARS has a contract with my insurance company that they are violating. I have filled a complaint with Michigan Attorney General Consumer Protection Division.

KKate KVery: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Requested itemized bill for a service which they never provided. Also whenever I called to make the payment I was put ON HOLD for more than TWO HOURS and then was disconnected/call dropped; so the next time I took a screenshot as proof (see attached) On top of that they promptly sent my less than $100 bill to a collection agency to jeopardize my unblemished credit history! DISGUSTED!!!

Ryan McGinn: Absolutely predatory company. Never sent me an invoice but had no problem sending a collections agency after me for less than $44. Absolutely appalling behavior and terrible service. Would prefer anyone else to work on me in the future.
Chad Grutter: This business is attempting to sue me, and I don't even know who they are! Just one day I started getting collection calls and bills for them out of nowhere! Oddly enough, both places currently attempting to sue me out of the blue are within throwing distance from each other. I've attempted to talk to them, I've demanded any form of paperwork, and they refuse to grant me a copy of anything.

Linda Poling: I have been with Grand Valley for thirteen years and I have to say I am a idiot for staying. I have had multiple battles with many Doctors. My latest is made me so angry I am just sick of them. I went to a conjointant appointment to discuss meds. I ask for a few day of pain medication to help with a painful bladder condition. The doctor said you don't want to go down that road . He then said you need to be more aggressive in you treatment so go to your urologist. I did get a RX from the urologist and an appointment for a bladder instillation treatment. I had called to tell my primary doctors office about an up coming appointment and I was told I was not authorized to go to the urologist. Then a nurse called me and said the doctor wants to see the notes from my urologist before I have any more treatments. I am appalled at the lack of concern and the fact they just want me to suffer. I can tell you one thing if you are not a fighter DON'T sign up for this plan.

Lisa Switzer: My daughter is a very sick inpatient and INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY took it upon themselves to IGNORE a DOCTOR'S orders and tried to FORCE her to do a feeding tube placement without sedation. Only looked at her age and not current medical conditions. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS IN INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY. They don't even deserve the one star I'm FORCED to give them my daughter is suffering because they don't CARE
Reinaldo Torres: This is the worst hospital I have being on. They have a lot of staff that don’t know what they are doing. I have open hart surgery and they divide to install a drain bag on me from the IR team after I was sent home no one knows how is responsible for the removal terrible service new nurses that have no experience is bad not recommended stay away.
Terry Swaers: I was in hospital for 3 days the staff and the nurses were phenomenal, I was on floor 2 South, the care was excellent the nurses were very good, I would like to do a personal call out to nurse Rristen she was my primary nurse while I was there and did a phenomenal job with all my needs I appreciate it. I am now home and doing well, thanks Butterworth hospital and staff!

Jessica Cook: Kent radiology was sent my x-ray to read. When it came time to billing they noticed I didn't have an address on file- so instead of going back to mercy healthy that sent them the xray. They just sent it to some sketch credit collector who will just text you. All for a 30 dollar bill.And when I called about it they said we didn't have an address so when enough time passed we sent it to collections. Thanks guys.Also don't try corporates number. It has been disconnected.
Kimberly Schultz: When inquiring about results for a chest xray performed 2 days ago I was told the xrays taken at this facility are not read the same day, then they take another full day to type the report, then goes back to the radiologist for final sign-off. The results are for my pulmonologist, who now has no radiology report so the xray is essentially worthless. The staff member on the phone practically yelled at me when I asked why a chest xray at Mercy Health Standale is read the same day. I'll never go here again.

Richard Butler: The people who schedule for radiology need to read their own location specifics. My sister was scheduled for a CT scan at the 64th street location but they do not do that there. This is not the first time this has happened, it's the third. A lot of valuable time was wasted going to the wrong location.

Jaloney Caldwell: Lacks cancer center scheduled my annual MRI for 5 pm. I get an automated call to preregister, which I did, and a call to please arrive ONE HALF HOUR before your scheduled apt to fill out paperwork. They used to ask you to come 15 minutes early. I preregistered & arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and signed in on the IPAD I forgot to see if the IPAD gave me a confirmation message before I sat down so after 10 minutes I give the clerk my name and ask if she has me in the system. She says very snotty, " No, I am only one person!" Weird as many other women working there. Then at 5:20 she tells me I will have to reschedule my appointment because I did not arrive at 4:30. There was no extensive paperwork to fill out and my appointment time scheduled by my doctor was 5 pm. People can not always change their schedules when they find out an office wants them to arrive a half an hour early. Very poor service and policies. I am going to have my Radiology work done some where else in the future.

Taylor Arbogast: Check-in was rough, asked a question on the consent form and it became quite an ordeal. I was told that she'd have to back out of my check in because she gets graded on time.. personally I would be more concerned with answering a patients question and providing customer service rather than how much time I was taking, quite the reflection on Spectrum's values. However, the CT technician was amazing. They took such great care of me and everything was so smooth and efficient. Really appreciated the tech during the scan! All in all, good experience as long as you don't ask any questions lol
