Linda Poling: I have been with Grand Valley for thirteen years and I have to say I am a idiot for staying. I have had multiple battles with many Doctors. My latest is made me so angry I am just sick of them. I went to a conjointant appointment to discuss meds. I ask for a few day of pain medication to help with a painful bladder condition. The doctor said you don't want to go down that road . He then said you need to be more aggressive in you treatment so go to your urologist. I did get a RX from the urologist and an appointment for a bladder instillation treatment. I had called to tell my primary doctors office about an up coming appointment and I was told I was not authorized to go to the urologist. Then a nurse called me and said the doctor wants to see the notes from my urologist before I have any more treatments. I am appalled at the lack of concern and the fact they just want me to suffer. I can tell you one thing if you are not a fighter DON'T sign up for this plan.

Richard Butler: The people who schedule for radiology need to read their own location specifics. My sister was scheduled for a CT scan at the 64th street location but they do not do that there. This is not the first time this has happened, it's the third. A lot of valuable time was wasted going to the wrong location.

lsjocto: Nice place. Friendly helpful people all around. Google maps sent me to the wrong address. Called the hospital and they directed me in.
Jaloney Caldwell: Lacks cancer center scheduled my annual MRI for 5 pm. I get an automated call to preregister, which I did, and a call to please arrive ONE HALF HOUR before your scheduled apt to fill out paperwork. They used to ask you to come 15 minutes early. I preregistered & arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and signed in on the IPAD I forgot to see if the IPAD gave me a confirmation message before I sat down so after 10 minutes I give the clerk my name and ask if she has me in the system. She says very snotty, " No, I am only one person!" Weird as many other women working there. Then at 5:20 she tells me I will have to reschedule my appointment because I did not arrive at 4:30. There was no extensive paperwork to fill out and my appointment time scheduled by my doctor was 5 pm. People can not always change their schedules when they find out an office wants them to arrive a half an hour early. Very poor service and policies. I am going to have my Radiology work done some where else in the future.

Lia Sharon: My first ever MRI with contrast was done here. I was very nervous. The facility is great and the staff were so nice and helpful in making me feel comfortable. I was in and out early.
Ashley Ewing: What a wonderful experience! The staff is beyond nice. The doctor’s are knowledgeable and listen to what your concerns are. The waiting room is beautiful. It reminded me of when I go to the spa!

Jessica Cook: Kent radiology was sent my x-ray to read. When it came time to billing they noticed I didn't have an address on file- so instead of going back to mercy healthy that sent them the xray. They just sent it to some sketch credit collector who will just text you. All for a 30 dollar bill.And when I called about it they said we didn't have an address so when enough time passed we sent it to collections. Thanks guys.Also don't try corporates number. It has been disconnected.
Kimberly Schultz: When inquiring about results for a chest xray performed 2 days ago I was told the xrays taken at this facility are not read the same day, then they take another full day to type the report, then goes back to the radiologist for final sign-off. The results are for my pulmonologist, who now has no radiology report so the xray is essentially worthless. The staff member on the phone practically yelled at me when I asked why a chest xray at Mercy Health Standale is read the same day. I'll never go here again.
