Dheeraj Kumar: My wife and I visited this place last year and double checked many times if they have updated my current address or not, they confirmed that is already taken care. We had a bill for just $54 and they kept on sending bill to my old address which I left 2 yrs back and they have sent this to collection department. When I called the collection team (Allied Business Services) they said yes I owe the bill and I need to pay. My principle is the day I receive the bill I pay the same day. Without fault I have been gone through this situation which is really bad for someone who trust on good medical organization. It's not about the money it's about the respect I lost when I get call from the debt company.They should at least send us an email with the invoice if they were not getting the response. I will definitely think twice before I visit this place. Thanks to Nancy who resolved my issue today.

lynnette mcintyre: It seems like their billing is illegal. My insurance statement says "provider is prohibited from billing the patient" but they continue to bill me. ARS has a contract with my insurance company that they are violating. I have filled a complaint with Michigan Attorney General Consumer Protection Division.

KKate KVery: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Requested itemized bill for a service which they never provided. Also whenever I called to make the payment I was put ON HOLD for more than TWO HOURS and then was disconnected/call dropped; so the next time I took a screenshot as proof (see attached) On top of that they promptly sent my less than $100 bill to a collection agency to jeopardize my unblemished credit history! DISGUSTED!!!

Ryan McGinn: Absolutely predatory company. Never sent me an invoice but had no problem sending a collections agency after me for less than $44. Absolutely appalling behavior and terrible service. Would prefer anyone else to work on me in the future.

Chad Grutter: This business is attempting to sue me, and I don't even know who they are! Just one day I started getting collection calls and bills for them out of nowhere! Oddly enough, both places currently attempting to sue me out of the blue are within throwing distance from each other. I've attempted to talk to them, I've demanded any form of paperwork, and they refuse to grant me a copy of anything.

Kelly Lehman: Apparently their billing does not sync up with Spectrum Health but WHO KNEW to change contact info with them. For all I knew I had a medical procedure done at Spectrum and had no idea that they sent it out to Advanced Radiology who bills separately. They sent me to collections over a $59 bill that I had NO IDEA about and messed up my credit score. Furious!

Laura Kay: HORRIBLE billing department! Double billed me for a worker's comp claim then wouldn't file the right paperwork for it to be paid.....instead sent it to collections. Terrible people and customer service. I'd like to give them zero stars. Good luck to anyone who uses their services.

Derek DeVries: This company's billing department is colossally messed-up. I've never been a patient, but they're sending bills to my house for someone who hasn't lived here for nearly a decade (and they're incorrectly billing that person for a patient who happens to have a similar name). I hope they get hit with a class action lawsuit for HIPAA violations.

Isa Belle: No problems with service but the billing system is messed up. They should make more effort to contact someone rather than send it to collections after one statement. It is hard to keep up with medical bills when they send multiple charges from different sources.

Jaloney Caldwell: Lacks cancer center scheduled my annual MRI for 5 pm. I get an automated call to preregister, which I did, and a call to please arrive ONE HALF HOUR before your scheduled apt to fill out paperwork. They used to ask you to come 15 minutes early. I preregistered & arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and signed in on the IPAD I forgot to see if the IPAD gave me a confirmation message before I sat down so after 10 minutes I give the clerk my name and ask if she has me in the system. She says very snotty, " No, I am only one person!" Weird as many other women working there. Then at 5:20 she tells me I will have to reschedule my appointment because I did not arrive at 4:30. There was no extensive paperwork to fill out and my appointment time scheduled by my doctor was 5 pm. People can not always change their schedules when they find out an office wants them to arrive a half an hour early. Very poor service and policies. I am going to have my Radiology work done some where else in the future.

Kimberly Schultz: When inquiring about results for a chest xray performed 2 days ago I was told the xrays taken at this facility are not read the same day, then they take another full day to type the report, then goes back to the radiologist for final sign-off. The results are for my pulmonologist, who now has no radiology report so the xray is essentially worthless. The staff member on the phone practically yelled at me when I asked why a chest xray at Mercy Health Standale is read the same day. I'll never go here again.
