Maria: Not only do they not make it clear and what you would need after sending you back . They continuously do it with no effort in trying to help whatsoever. The staff obviously does not know what they’re doing and I’m confused on why they hire that set of individuals.
Brad Zielaskowski: Went to get license renewed and I was really impressed with the organization. I signed up at 1130am appointment first. Got there 15 minutes early and my group of about 5 or 6 people we told to get in line at 1125am. I walked out very happy knowing my license would be mailed to me in 7days at 1134am. Great, efficient service!!
Ardell Persenaire: Super helpful my son got scared by the police that his liscence was out of date because he turned 18 but it wasn't out of date until 2020 when he turns 21. The issued a new liscence for him proving he's 18. The man was Super kind and helpful

Tracye O'Brien: Ever since the online appointment system was implemented the Secretary of State in Michigan is a breeze. Grand Rapids Super Center is literally super. Plenty of staff to help people. I waited 10 minutes to see a person at the counter. Orderly, pleasant.
Marcelo Bornscheuer: Title transfer, with appointment. Everything on time and fast. I had to wait about 3 minutes once I was granted access to the office (at the exact appointment time), and the transfer process itself took another 3-5 minutes. Clerk was friendly and efficient. And everyone (customers and staff) was wearing face covering and keeping recommended physical distance.Excellent, thank you!Update Jan/24/2023: almost carbon copy from previous visit. Representative (Mr. Cool. Yes, that's his last name!) was kind, friendly and efficient. He was wearing a mask, whichiscommendable.The atmosphere was calm and kind.Thank you for your patient work!

Octavia Pace: Encountered an issue while attempting to transfer a title and was given the runaround for 3 hours. I stopped at Ashley P station precisely 30 minutes before closure, and I have to say that she was a gift from God. If you are dreading, going to the Secretary of State because the lines may be long, the people you think are going to be grumpy, and the people you sit with, well you don't even know them. If that's the case, then I would suggest you head over to Wyoming, to the Rogers Plaza Mall Secretary of State because these people will get it done, get it done right now, and they will have fun doing it. They are the most awesome people in the entire state. Today, October 7th 2022 the employees at the Secretary of State decided to have some fun and dress up because Halloween is right around the corner and they want to show you that they know how to have fun too and believe me they do. So don't be afraid of that renewal of license, that transfer of title, because the Secretary of State located in Rogers Plaza, in Wyoming, will treat you right!! MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT TODAY!
