Alisha Oneal: My worker whose name I won't disclose was extremely unorganized and did nothing to help me. If I am so disabled that I am not employable then state that. Don't keep leading me on and then stop returning any emails or phone calls. I was assured help and the worker was unprofessional. This no way to treat anyone seeking assistance.
Michael C. Figura-Patterson: Extremely helpful with my disability status. Chris is AMAZING -- she understands my needs and addresses them professionally and with such great charisma.
Danielle Ward: Joyce was very rude and dismissive when I called to get some information for my mother. She became extremely frustrated when we were trying to get an explanation. She needs to work on proper telephone etiquette because it can become very discouraging when trying to get information and someone just wants you to get off the phone. At the end of the conversation we were able to get the information we needed but it was like pulling teeth. The office does great things but the people working the front line should be better at their customer service skills.
Shelley Fraser: Have been working with Eileen. Have gone through the preliminary assessment I am meeting with the job coach next week. Everybody has been great.

Scarface Lutt: Excellent place that help people with disabilities or have a hard time finding a job and they work hard and they work fast and they never give up on you so if you have any of those issues I would highly recommend it that you visit you might be surprised

John Stein: The system is extremely inefficient. I have been trying to get into one of their programs since January and they are just now telling me that I might not be eligible and they are using information that they had towards the beginning. They tel you that they will do everything they can to get you in but it's just mind games that they are playing with you. My caseworker used the time that we were in the meeting to fill out the forms that he needed to do and there is very little talking, it's a waste of my time!

TRIPPPLEZ: The help that this ministry offers is very much needed in Heartside. The homeless elderly and disabled population is on the rise!
Rhob Bauer: They have a mailbox for me and coffee. Sometimes it enough, sometimes they give more, they always have helped me meet my needs for everything I needed except for housing. Thank you!!
