Sarah Paustian: Lack of registers open when it was a busy rush at 12:00. Lanes going a long ways. 2 registers open only. And only one side self check out only. When clearly there are two sides for self check outs and only one was open and even that line was supper long!! We will not be shopping at this one!!!!

R: I walked into the most unorganized place ever, then when I asked one of your associates where a particular item was and then followed the WHOLE time. Your employees went as far as running down each aisle to watch me. I made my way to the self check out to have some manager approach us as if we were going to make a run for it with the $30 worth of stuff at target…only to find me using the self check out. I suggest you open more lanes up and quit discriminating against us brown people. This store is so uninviting and you wonder why you’re loosing so much money.

Lauren Earl: Regularly loses items from drive up orders, or gives items from other orders to the wrong customer. It’s rare that the order is ready within 2 hours and they are not apologetic at all. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the target in Caledonia than come here. Awful customer service.

Ann Biafore: Made on online order for pick up. At the designated time I went to pick up my order only to be told when I arrived that it would be 4 more hours. I went back home only to receive a notification that my order was ready. We went back and were told that only 1/2 the order would be available because 2 items were out of stock. However we went on the floor and found both items. This "quick & easy" pick up system absolutely blows. This has happened to us twice now. The target staff didnt seemed surprised or necessarily interested in helping us.

B Lange: The reset happening at this location has been going on for months. It’s been a mess in that store every time I visit which is during slow hours when it should look put together. They are severely lacking in inventory. Went today for bedding blankets and the few items they have are disheveled. If you don’t want a cheap microfiber or weighted blanket there is no point in shopping here. Now I understand why I shop online. When I by household items at target, I can’t even leave without spending $300 and today I spent $0. Also there were two beautiful ivory chenille ottomans in the Studio McGee section all marked up by dirt and black marks like no care was put into them and inconsiderate guests letting kids climb on them. Hey target, lemme know when you have your store together because not coming back until you do.
patricia m: Just moved from Texas. We were spoiled by how nice the Texas Target was. This Target is disheveled, poorly stocked, and boxes everywhere so you can't get your cart through the aisles. So disappointing

Susie VandePanne: I never write reviews, but after the way I was treated, by the male manager on duty, on Feb.17 at 4:30 p.m. I felt the need to share. I had purchased an item 2 days ago and they still had many in stock. I had the receipt. The tag on the item was gone, must have happened in transit. Anyway, after the cashier ask him about it, he said she would need to do a gift card. I didn’t understand since I had the receipt. So I ask to speak with him. I understand policy, but the way he spoke to me was anything but professional. He was rude, condescending and just said “you are getting a gift card”. Why would TJMaxx hire a manger with that attitude and lack of personality. The cashier said he had been bad all day. Very unprofessional!

Leslie Schlaack: Bought a dress at Lee and Birch a little less than a year ago and one of the threads that held a metal clasp broke right away while trying to situate my bra underneath the dress. Extremely surprised how easily this thread broke especially given that I was not tugging aggressively or pulling on the metal clasp or thread in any way. Never worn this dress out and already ruined. Might try and repair on my own but extremely cautious to go back to this store again. Super bummed :/

Kathleen Ward: I started shopping at Lee and Birch online over COVID despite living right around the corner from them for years ! They have fabulous quality and wonderful FRIENDLY staff. Their price points range and have awesome sidewalk sales throughout the year. So if you’re looking for a deal, that’s the time to go. People complaining about them being too expensive apparently think they need to sell things for free and not make a profit as a small business. I will continue to support them as a local GR resident.

You'll pay a little more than at a big-box retailer, but the payoff will be higher quality clothing that isn't see-through (looking at you, H&M) and will last so much longer. Plus, you'll be supporting local!
Kate Van Zalen: Very cute store however the employee who was in there on a Thursday night was very rude! Came in towards close and was on her phone the whole time and basically made us leave right at 7pm. Coming from a family who owns a women’s clothing store, this is unacceptable.
