Baba Loo: I have been shopping here on and off for the past 20+ years, even more so in the last few, have purchased RC trucks, cars, mini crawlers, crawler kits, planes, electronics, paint and more, they are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, just make sure you tell them your experience level, especially if you are a beginner, so you can understand and learn, or it all might go over your head. They recently took care of a problem I experienced with a purchase that ended up in a larger purchase, so thanks to the staff and management.

Cheryl Miller: We went to just check the place out for a future rock crawl day. The owner was super nice. They have good hours for us. The track was great, you can tell they spent a lot of time on it. Will definitely be going back.Oh and the greater dog at the door. Very sweet and cuddly.

My 3 year old cried for 15 seconds and we were shown the door. I regret trying to spend money locally today. Looks like Amazon is getting more of my money.Edit to owners response:You could have certainly handled it better. We were very excited to hang out and see what was going on with the crawler comp. I understand the need for concentration during such a high stakes event but yelling across the room to get out was a bit unnecessary.

Brandon Melching: This place is the best place I’ve gone to for any of my crawler or rc needs in general. If I could rate a 10 star I would. Dave is super knowledgeable about RC trail and comp rigs and is always willing to help with advice. This place has an indoor crawler course that is, among all the rest I’ve seen so far, one of the absolute best, and the store has a plethora of parts at great prices to fix, upgrade, or just rebuild in general. With plenty of ready to run and kits to build available to purchase, this is definitely my go to place for all my needs. Best part about it all, although sales help keep the business open, the owner doesn’t push anything on anyone or urge people to buy something if they don’t want to or can’t decide on something. This shop is a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend giving Crawlerspace a visit!

Michael: A hobby shop and indoor track where you can walk in and be treated like family. A down to earth shop, that is welcoming and ready to help from newbies to pro. Plenty of inventory and there to help you get set-up with the right gear. The indoor rock crawling track is absolutely off the hook. A lot of thought and ingenuity went into building it. The track has it all for beginners and for those that think they're the best.

Matt Bliss: A consistently high level of customer service is what sets Norman Camera apart. The showroom has an excellent selection of equipment, and the staff are both knowledgeable and service-oriented. Best spot for camera gear in GR.

Morgan Brown: I have always gone to Norman for help with gear and information, but the help I received in my last couples visits - unparalleled!! I went in to have someone take a look at one of my cameras that dropped to the floor the day before just to make sure it was all good. They happily took a look.Then, I wanted to take a look at the R6 as I was thinking about upgrading. When I tell you that I was not only impressed with the knowledge but also the ability to provide the information in a way that wasn't man-splaining (like I have experienced a lot in this field, just saying).. that's an understatement.I was lucky enough to be helped by the store manager Daniel and he took the time to talk through the R6 and other options in terms of gear and how each could change how I photograph and also spend my money. I truly appreciate the hour or so I spent in the store learning from someone who was knowledgable and personable because he didn't just provide information, but checked in constantly to make sure that he wasn't over-doing it and that I was still interested in the additional info. I seriously can't say enough good things about the experience, Daniel, and Norman Camera in general.I walked out of that store happy and energized to add my own research to everything I was just taught. When I went back to actually purchase the camera a few days later, I left with the biggest smile and confident I had made the right choice. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Zach Tuttle: This is not a hobby store. It's a Traxxas store with very little anything else. Almost the entire store is now Traxxas stuff. Avoid if you aren't specifically looking for Traxxas parts or models. They do have a very good selection if you need parts or new traxxas stuff though.

Justin BeVier: If you race off-road RCs, Craig is the only place in town that stocks buggy wheels and tires, has a great variety of part for several RC models on the shelf, not just traxxas stuff like the rest of the grand rapids metro area.
Chris Clingenpeel: Great customer service, Craig was very helpful. I was a first time buyer, and he helped me learn what I needed, and offered valuable insight. I will absolutely be back in the future.
thomas Ratliff: I purchased 2 venom 3 cell lipos and a spectrum lipo charger from these guy's less than a month ago. Only used the packs for 3 full charge cycles with the charger combo I bought from them, and now both packs are bad. One is poofed and the other is below critical voltage. I called to see if there was anything they could do for me, and was told to call the manufacturer. Ive dealt with many hobby stores over the year's, and in the past they have always taken care of issue like this. I called venom and all i get is the run around. So It appears sidetrax doesn't stand by the products they are selling. just know you could possibly be stuck with bad lipo's. Edit venom is sending me 2 new packs free of charge. so venom gets 4 stars
