Phil Leon: I had heard about this place from someone who was a pateint of the guy who runs it. My mom is 93 years old and lost her leg at the hip to cancer when she was in her 70s. She uses a wheelchair but I figured with all this "bionic" stuff availalbe maybe she could get a fake leg, so I just stopped by to ask some questions.First,the place is not much to look at. I mean its clean and not terrible, but it doesn't seem like a medical facility. Still the guy in charge there couldn't have been nicer. Mom didn't want to come but he still spent a ton of time listening to me explain her situation. Then he gave me about 10 different options with pluses and minuses for each one. It turns out he's missing a leg himself and I think he said he taught doctors about legs and braces at some university. He was very knowledgable and helpful. On top of that, he didn't even charge for his time..I talked to my mom about seeing him but she doesn't want to try getting a leg again at her age. So since the poor guy put in all that effort for me for nothing, I thought the least I could do was give the place a good review. If you need a leg, brace, or just information, drop in and they will give you lots of free information.

Deborah Dabbous: Walking in there is no decor or professionalism what so ever. It’s fine, it matched the greeting I got from the receptionist. Oh wait they didn’t have one of those either. I had a lot of time, 6-7 minutes of no human contact,when I walked in the door and waited for the one employee to finish his call and then still not look up and acknowledge me. It’s fine, I announced myself and rather than ask what I could be helped with I prompted the q&a. Told him I had a call to pick up a splint. Quietly he stood and looked confused. At this point I knew he knew nothing of my order; but at that point he should have asked my name ans date of birth to figure it out. I had to tell him I got a call telling me to come in and pick up my splint between 10-6. He still said nothing and asked nothing. I at this point I am 10 minutes in the office and had 0 things accomplished aside from knowing more than he did. I left. Don’t go there. Use popsicle sticks and tape if you need a splint from there!
