She also repeatedly said to call if I had any questions or concerns and made me feel very comfortable with feeling like I’d forget everything she was telling me. She told me it’s very normal to not remember everything because it’s so much information all at the same time and was just so compassionate and encouraging. She is absolutely the best. She’s definitely great at what she does!!!

David Coykendall: Purchased a Golden Liftchair in July 2022 told one year parts and labor. Needed to tell fixed in March 2023. Told it is now a $140.00 service call charge. They changed their policy in January 2023 because they were not making money on repairs . So my warranty is now only good for parts.

George Heath: I was a customer of Air Caire for about 17 years and they were great. Since the take over by DASCO customer service is the pits! I'm still waiting for a call back that I was promised 4 days ago. They are dealing with medical equipment, and the quality of people's lives, maybe they should respect that responsibility or get out of the business. Running the gauntlet of their computerized phone system is bad, but finally getting a human that sends you to someone's voicemail is pretty sad. I'm currently looking for a new supplier for my CPAP needs.
Amy Devereaux: Amazing experience!!! I'm a newer CPAP user, who didn't know a whole lot about the machine or process. I was told to bring in my current (gifted) machine and they sat down and went through everything, including providing me with new supplies! Now here I am several months later, picking up my new machine and having the same experience. Thank you Jeff, for taking the time and having patience while ensuring that when I left that I felt comfortable using the machine at home for the first time.
Dan Henry: I was in town from Alabama doing some work and when I went to setup my CPAP I realized that a the hose was not fitting and was barely doing its job. The next day I went into this shop, they figured out what I needed (lots of deep expertise) went into the back room, found the little part I needed and gifted it to me. Awesome- I wish I lived near enough to have these guys as my service provider.
Gretchen Dziadosz: They are delight to work with! I was with another local supplier (name also starts with Air) for about two years where every order was messed up. I was exhausted with the struggle to get new supplies. I looked for another supplier and found Air-Caire. They are amazing. The communication is superb. They even called me back to make sure I knew about my deductible. I highly recommend Air-Caire!

A very nice lady at the hospital found out if my insurance covered the medical equipment that I needed .To my surprise it was all covered. She ordered for me a commode with wheels on it, a shower chair, and a walker with wheels & seat all of which I'm very grateful for and will make good use out of. Jelsema Veterinary Clinic: Med-Tech Support Services has been our lifeline for equipment repairs and equipment replacement for the past several years.
