Cindy Herrington: Very thorough instructions and extremely friendly. Cierra was amazing and so kindly wrote them down for me. There’s no way I would remember. She also repeatedly said to call if I had any questions or concerns and made me feel very comfortable with feeling like I’d forget everything she was telling me. She told me it’s very normal to not remember everything because it’s so much information all at the same time and was just so compassionate and encouraging. She is absolutely the best. She’s definitely great at what she does!!!

They changed their policy in January 2023 because they were not making money on repairs . So my warranty is now only good for parts.

Lincare: what do users think?
Anna Caldwell: I called in two days ago to schedule for a CPAP machine. I don’t remember his name, but the scheduler I spoke with was very nice and said he would ask the technician to give me a call back to schedule since my work hours are strange and she’d have to accommodate my schedule. This was fine. He told me my out of pocket cost, and I clarified I had Medicaid as secondary. He said oh okay, then you won’t have to pay anything.I missed the tech’s callback yesterday but called back this morning to schedule. The scheduler today put me on hold and the technician came on the line. She said since I had United Health primary, and Medicaid secondary, I’d have to pay for the machine and supplies until my deductible is met, at which point the Medicaid will start to cover the machine.This has never been the standard for any care I have received with Medicaid as secondary. Not for prescriptions, surgery, regular office visits, etc. I clarified with the tech and asked if she was sure, her tone took a turn and I said as a Medicaid patient, I can’t be charged cash. She said this is the way it is. I said well you’re wrong, and I won’t be scheduling with you.I didn’t have this issue a year ago with the same insurances. A year ago I was told Medicaid would pick up the rest of the cost. What has changed within a year?*edit to add: Airway Oxygen had no problem billing Medicaid as secondary, and understood how Medicaid worked. I had no out of pocket cost through Airway Oxygen. I would recommend Airway over LinCare for your CPAP needs*
Dawn Balsitis: If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my husband left my feeding tube dependent daughter with his parents so we could have a weekend getaway (their house is an hour and 45 minutes from our house. Once reaching our getaway destination my in-laws reached out saying her pump only had one bar left and we had forgot to pack the charger. We reached out to Lincare for an emergency charger and after being passed around to 8 people we were told “sorry we can’t get a charger to you can’t your in-laws to pick it up”. So after being told my daughter is dependent on her pump and there was no other way to get her charger they pretty much said having no way to feed her wasn’t an emergency and it’s too hard to get one over the weekend. Monday we will be looking for a new provider.

David Nord: While the initial person I spoke with was helpful, that is where my good experience ended... I was told two weeks for a machine, two weeks ago and cannot even get a call back. I spoke with someone who checked with the CPAP tech and they said probably another 2 weeks! They never bothered to call back despite my inquiries. The great thing was when I discussed transferring my script to a competitor who can meet my needs, the representative at least told the truth and said it may be a good idea. DONE!
Scott Bagby: Helpful. Took time to explain the costing to me. my insurance is actually overcharging for the equipment since mine is a high deductible program I’m actually paying 2x what it would cost me if through Insurance plan. 10 payments of $150. I used my flex account to buy it outright (~$800) since I won’t hit my deductible.Figured out the same thing with expendables, if I don’t hit my deductible I can buy them cheaper outright if I shop for them online

Jason Banghart: I was given two choices by my doctor and am so glad I chose Lincare. I was a little reluctant because there were some negative reviews for Briana but it was really close to my work so figured I would try it out. It is 100% evident that Briana knows her equipment in and out and can expertly help you find the right match for your needs. She has personal experience with the products and made the experience the best it could have been. I've been given poor reviews at work by people that lets say, wouldn't have a good experience with anyone. Sometimes you make it what it will be!Pleased!

I went to another supplier. And they printed out my cards info for Dr. They didn't mind if it was their's or not. So that's who I will be giving my business

Jacob Freeman: Any positive qualities this local branch may have are completely overshadowed by the absolutely abysmal support of Lincare corporate. Their systems and processes are terrible. They will waste LOTS of your time. And I'd bet I'm more patient than you will be when you inevitably encounter problems with Lincare. I would advise you to use LITERALLY ANY OTHER DME PROVIDER. Avoid at all costs. Lincare has earned the distinction of my first negative Google review.

Edward Sumrell (ehs): I am happy to share that the Lincare, Inc. staff on Broadmoor SE are polite and courteous. Brianna Fuller, my customer care representative, was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and respectful of my needs. She contacts me as she says she will to be certain my supply needs are met fully. Her skill in my mask fitting, and providing other information I needed was exemplary! I hope Brianna and her type of service continues.
David DeLaat: Apparently, their office is closed on Saturday’s, but Briana came in specifically to meet with our Dad, who desperately needed a new machine. She was very nice, knowledgeable and worked great with him to walk him through the new machine and demonstrate the new features.
Deanna Gaffney: My nasal pillow fell off my tubing while I was packing for vacation and I didn't notice. My machine was useless, googled this location and they were able to find me a replacement. Very helpful and friendly staff.
AJ Freeburg: Lincare has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have to call in at least 3 times before I get any meaningful headway into my issues and even after that I'm lucky if they get things right. I'm supposed to receive monthly calls to confirm the replacement parts they're sending me, haven't gotten a single one. I've called multiple times to tell them they're sending me the wrong items, still hasn't changed. They don't appear to know their heads from their butts there, complete incompetence. Avoid at all costs.
Lisa Willson: Horrible humans work at this place. They wanted to deny my son coverage that they had a contract with my insurance company for. He is two and a half years old and needs at home chemo but they didn't get paid the way they wanted to so they're not going to supply him with his needed chemo. The only people in Grand Rapids that do it so we're stuck with them. I hope someday one of them grows a conscience and stops treating money as the bottom line especially when it comes to getting chemotherapy for babies.Update: Thanks for making some of my sons last few months more stressful, he died in June.

A very nice lady at the hospital found out if my insurance covered the medical equipment that I needed .To my surprise it was all covered. She ordered for me a commode with wheels on it, a shower chair, and a walker with wheels & seat all of which I'm very grateful for and will make good use out of. It was ordered and delivered the next day thank you Areo care for making my post surgery recovery easier. I definitely give this medical equipment company 5 stars.!!
