rmd440: Dr Grzeszak is a really nice doctor. She was my parents doctor for over 10 years. My dad always had a high blood pressure issue his last 2 years and she not find anything wrong with him, always in good health, he wasn't over weight, she gave him typical blood pressure pills, did not refer him to get any cardio scans, and struggled with high blood pressure, ended up dead. Sad to say.

Rosemary Curry: I'm in Phoenix AZ now but Dr J G rzeszak was my Primary physician for over 30 year she was and still is the best I'm gona miss her TLC she always listin to me when I had problems with my health.she really cares for her patient so if anyone is look in for a great Doctor well she is the best thanks for taking care of me and my children for 30+ year God bless you Doc much Love will stop by next time I'm home well it's Jan 2020 im back home in GR I had to fine a new primary Doc I hate that because there will never be another like Dr Joanne the Doc I chose will never match up to you and the facaltys in your office both Barbs there are genuine caring women I don't. Think I'll ever have that type of care again so thanks again for taking your time an good care of me I can see my health care will never be the same 😔😔

Peter primak: My wife saw Dr. Grzeszak initially as a new patient and she was very impressed with the doctor's professionalism and caring. Subsequently, as symptoms appeared, Dr. Grzeszak showed the same professionalism and caring and has followed-up with ongoing diagnosis and treatment. 5 Stars!
Smb daddy: Doctor Grzeszak is a caring family doc who tries her hardest to fill all needs with the best to her ability and I think excedes most doctors that I know. Sometime's I think she just works to much. The only reason I gave her only 4Stars is because she is only human just like the rest of us otherwise as far as Im concerned she is a 5Star Family D.O. in my book

Aimee Sterk: Seriously the best doc I've ever had and I've been to many. Dr. Griemsman and her staff are compassionate, thoughtful, and provide thorough care and support. She calls you when important things come up and her staff are right on top of things. She and her colleagues are the best! I've had multiple things happen to me over the past year or so and she is quick to make referrals, get me in for urgent appointments, and explains what is happening and the options. It is clear she loves her job, cares for her patients and puts thought and effort into doing it well.

Rebecca Wahr: Dr. Carrel and the entire staff have been kind, knowledgeable, and quick to reply back to me regarding concerns, questions, medication issues or referrals we may need. I have contacted them often, and they have never made me feel as though I'm bothering them. I highly recommend this office. We have experienced excellent care and service.
Rosalyn Baker-Ingham: Dr. Carrel, his assistants and VPA have been very responsive to my husband who is home bound due to Primary Progressive MS. We have been treated professionally and have no complaints.
Christopher Barton: My mother has heart problems and now close to a stroke because of there negligence and not paying attention to her medical files
Ginny Post: We were left with no alternatives but to fire this service. Office staff is not able to communicate patient needs, address changes or follow up on medication instructions and orders. They blame everyone outside of their organization for their poor internal communication and lack of follow through. "This is the first I heard of this" was stated many times by staff after multiple calls from me to get answers to medication problems. This is a dangerous and unacceptable situation for my 97 year old mother. Do NOT use this organization! One star only as system does not allow zero stars.
Harry DeLodder: We switched from the Marysville VPA (which by the way is a 5 star office) to the Grand Rapids office due to family issues. The review by Erin Kaiser ref this Grand Rapids VPA office nailed it !!! To say they are inept is an understatement. Ditto on everything she said. They have left us no choice but to look for a different service. Stay clear of this VPA or you’ll be left with nothing but extremely poor service and an over abundance of frustration.
Emilie Glasgow: This Association is giving my husband much needed peace of mind. They are very professional, understanding, patient and friendly. They are not always able to confirm long beforehand when the next appointment will be, but they do their best to accommodate your needs. I would definitely recommend it.
Erin Kaiser: The Grand Rapids office and their team is the most inept I've ever encountered. Their customer service, whether by phone or in-person, is severely lacking: difficult to reach, zero follow-up, deflecting accountability, late for appointments and inconsistent medical care. Look for similar care elsewhere!
