Amanda May: I never leave reviews however this has left me really disappointed and frustrated. I was referred to their office and received a voice-mail stating they were ready to schedule my visit. When I returned their phone call they informed me they weren't accepting new patient at this time. I'm not sure why the miscommunication or why they couldn't have just told me that on the first call they werent accepting new patients instead of wasting my time and getting my hopes up that I'd finally be able to get into see them.
Cherie Wrona: Always a positive experience with Drs. and staff. Dr. McDonald is the Dr I normally see and he has been a blessing.
Connor Bowen: My experience at this office has been very disappointing. I was scheduled for an apt after waiting months to be seen to only find out it was cancelled and switched without my approval. I tried to discuss with front staff who was rude and very unhelpful. I finally received a call back after multiple attempts to be told sorry we called you… however I had no missed calls or voicemails. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, they had no solution and I was told we will put you on a list if anything comes up. Very disappointed with the experience. I was looking forward to my visit, which sucks. I will no longer be referring patients to this office if this is their process.

Stephanie Nielsen: The front office is rude and non welcoming.They set appointments for one time but actually mean a different time and will refuse you a visit.(Unless you read their passive aggressive note on the wall at your last visit which was probably a month before because it’s so difficult to get an appointment).For a medical facility that should be helping people who are in pain and looking for relief, I’m shocked they’re not more organized and better at communicating. Could really use a lesson in positive communication, and genuine compassion.Furthermore, the one visit I did have provided no relief and the doctor hardly did a thing.Ask your doctor for a referral anywhere else!
