Matt Busman: I am writing on behalf of my wife's experience today. She was interested in test driving 3 different vehicles, but was given the impression that she was wasting the salesman's time after test driving one of the 3 vehicles. "Why should we drive the next one if you will not purchase it". She was treated like she was some dumb blonde that didn't know anything about cars. On the test drive, the salesman was surprised that she wanted to test the vehicle on the highway. In her words, she felt like she was treated like a child. Will not recommend MWS to anyone searching for a vehicle.

The Baddest Bitch: I had an appointment today with Brandon to look at a 2002 Dodge ram. I have been in contact with him since Friday and made an appointment for today for 330pm and he texted me again today to see if I can come in earlier which I told him 12pm. I came in before 12pm and was looking at the truck to find out he sold it before 12pm. Very unprofessional of him to sell that vehicle before an appointment. Poor business. Don't go to that company. Very unprofessional and not loyal. Sharks is what they are.
June Bug: Terrible business, scheduled an appointment came in today and the vehicle I was looking at they sold without even contacting me as well as letting someone test drive it didn’t call to notify me and do paperwork and didn’t even call then, traveling a long distance to be told no it’s sold and being very rude, unprofessional and terrible buisness practices.

Stevie Smith: Brandon and Zack are THE guys to work with. Having prior automotive/dealership experience, I know just how hard it is to find salesman that are genuine people. Not only did they offer an amazing experience, but answered at least 20-25 phone calls over 3 days with nothing but professionalism. Didn’t have to haggle at all for the vehicle I bought due to already being properly priced, and so far it has been an amazing ride. Best experience I have had at a dealer. Would recommend to anyone.P.S. Used cars are, by tendency, high risk purchases. Always check the CarFax, inspect the engine bay/fluids, and underneath the vehicle prepurchase. If you don’t know how to locate issues, bring someone who does. It would have more than likely saved several of the previous reviewers of the business. Car salesman are NOT mechanics, they may not have the knowledge to locate an issue before it is noticeable to the untrained eye.

The vehicle we bought for our son was burning oil daily (but not dripping onto the pavement) It is not possible that MD Auto did not know this. We taught our son the basics of car care, discovering the car to be down 2 quarts within a few days. Within 6 weeks and less than 500 miles the engine seized. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT SIGN THE AGREEMENT to arbitration--this means if you have a dispute with MD Auto, you have to PAY up front to go through arbitration, thereby, avoiding a small claims court ruling. DO NOT TRUST MD AUTO SALES. Drive right on by and purchase a car somewhere else! ZERO STARS!

John Verzi: Would not work with me. Claimed just sold the car I wanted. Though was still on the lot. Also it is still listed on their page for sale. Tried to see if I was interested in financing a 12k or 16k car instead of the 5k car that I wanted. They will try to get you to fiancee something on the higher end or way above what you say your budget is and if you won't then nope. However I will also say there is almost no inventory under 12k. And they want you to finance on a 16k car that if you bought from private party only cost 9 k. Yes they use car fax estimate and are close but we also know those numbers aren't realistic. That's like the dealer selling the new car for msrp of 25k when your friend with a dealer license sells the exact same car for 18k and still makes a profit. Anyways all cars are priced about 2k to 5k above their true worth. Highly annoyed with these scammers. But they didn't get me.and yes they lie straight to your face. as to their response: lol been here before similar a few years ago (they just don't remember). If you choose to go there beware. And that car or it's twin was still there a few days later. Also I ended up getting the same make model car for 1500 instead of 5000. The one I bought off an individual I little more rust. So glad they didn't want to work with me 🤣😊

Katia Lobopaz: Dealership is a scam they have horrible mechanics that only rig a temporary fix of what is wrong the car I recently purchase a 2016 ATS Cadillac 2.0L turbo 4 cylinder and was promised everything is new and good to go and ever since i started driving it more frequently for about a month now in one week the engine light will come on and off , brakes were already rust and needed a change for the front and back, suspension needs to get replace bc the car is not leveled correctly, the coolant hose already blown out and they used a silicone or some gummy substance to hold but it melted which caused a leak. My boyfriend notice that key wasn’t its original brand and didn’t have a spoiler and that’s my fault for not noticing that and when you reverse the vehicle sound like something is getting dragged my boyfriend and I already spent about 700 dollars in repairs and there’s still more minor issues that happen to pop up. I’m lucky I have people that would fix the car at a great deal while motor mall will try offer you the fix and charge you about 5 times the cost after you purchase it. I recommend bring a friend or someone who knows about car in order to deduct the price and make them fix it and have them show you proof what was fixed and by who bc they’ll make you sign no warranty so you don’t sue them and they’ll be able to charge you more after for any fixes

Flips cars with hidden damage and issues.The pic is of my Del SOL that I bought from Shannon. I asked if the roof leaked and he assured me that it did not (said he was about to take it to a car wash when I showed up to reassure me). Turns out there was a hole big enough for my arm rusted in the roof. I took it in to get repaired and they said that it looked recently covered up. Shannon claimed ignorance and refused to make any amends. *he up-charged me about 30% over market value on the car also... so it is not like I was expecting a junker*
