She was interested in test driving 3 different vehicles, but was given the impression that she was wasting the salesman's time after test driving one of the 3 vehicles. "Why should we drive the next one if you will not purchase it". She was treated like she was some dumb blonde that didn't know anything about cars. On the test drive, the salesman was surprised that she wanted to test the vehicle on the highway. In her words, she felt like she was treated like a child. Katia Lobopaz: Dealership is a scam they have horrible mechanics that only rig a temporary fix of what is wrong the car I recently purchase a 2016 ATS Cadillac 2.0L turbo 4 cylinder and was promised everything is new and good to go and ever since i started driving it more frequently for about a month now in one week the engine light will come on and off , brakes were already rust and needed a change for the front and back, suspension needs to get replace bc the car is not leveled correctly, the coolant hose already blown out and they used a silicone or some gummy substance to hold but it melted which caused a leak. My boyfriend notice that key wasn’t its original brand and didn’t have a spoiler and that’s my fault for not noticing that and when you reverse the vehicle sound like something is getting dragged my boyfriend and I already spent about 700 dollars in repairs and there’s still more minor issues that happen to pop up. I’m lucky I have people that would fix the car at a great deal while motor mall will try offer you the fix and charge you about 5 times the cost after you purchase it. I recommend bring a friend or someone who knows about car in order to deduct the price and make them fix it and have them show you proof what was fixed and by who bc they’ll make you sign no warranty so you don’t sue them and they’ll be able to charge you more after for any fixes

Desbra Husberg: I was looking for a C2 Corvette last weekend (3/25/23) and found GRautogallery in Plainfield, IN. There was a listing for a restored Red/Red 1965. I called early Monday morning to see if it was still available. Found out it was and set out to drive from Chicago to take a look at it. Met the Sales Manager, Brad, who showed me the car and then left me alone. The website I had looked at had about 50 pictures and a good description on the car. It was as presented in all areas and more. It was no problem pulling the trigger on this C2. I paid driver price for a restored car. GREAT-GREAT car and buying experience in all respects. HIGHLY recommend GRautogallery if your looking for a great car and a great deal. And it's like going to a high end car show looking at all the other cars in their giant showroom. N P: First off I will say they are consigners and when a car is listed they go off what they are told....Also, Jack was very responsive and helpful.However, after finding out a vehicle has issues that are not addressed in their listings they apparently make no attempt to update the listings. That just doesn't sit well with me. It feels like you are just waiting for someone who doesn't know better.Always, always, always have a vehicle inspected prior to purchase.Picture is an example of an "upgraded" wiring system and "rebuilt" brakes the ad mentioned....and still does....

A gentleman named John.Won’t be doing business again there.He knew that my vehicle was worth far more than I, I am not as knowledgeable on older vehicles, knowing this the dealership saw an opportunity to make extra money off of me. They adjusted the listing price before it went up, raising it beyond what I was originally told, only knowing this because I went online and looked at the listing. What wonderful cheats.In addition I had to call three separate times to receive payment for my vehicle.They will reach out to try to help you sell your vehicle, like most dealerships its all about money.

Kyle Harris: I was able to buy my first car and dream car in the same purchase. 2004 WRX STI. The way I would describe their inventory is, 'Unique and High Quality.' This isn't some 'normal dealer,' and I think that's why I had such a good experience. One of the things I really appreciated from Steve, was the knowledge he had about the car I wanted to buy. The shipping accommodations were great. I purchased from 2 states away, and they were able to get it shipped right to my house no problem. Even just going through the process I've already recommended to friends. If you from out of state don't be afraid to talk with thier team. They're very helpful.

ND R: UPDATE: Please read the owners response from my review and it will validate the poor review. There was no customer service given other than sending a Carfax (after asking twice for it) and emails that said "call me" after I clearly communicated that wasn't possible during business hours. In his response he also states he had to get a 3rd row seat which he would have known about before pricing the vehicle. He then states the price was raised because he had a lot of interest. That's not how you do business. This confirms my previous review - shady business practices. Beware!Terrible customer service is not a strong enough statement. They had a vehicle I was very interested in but since I am over an hour away, I emailed them for more details. I wrote a detailed email asking for additional pictures (there were very few interior pictures posted), the Carfax and any other background info they could give me. I got a response that said "it's a nice vehicle when can you come drive it?" That's it. I responded I couldn't anytime soon and asked for the info again. Crickets...nothing. After a couple days, I tried looking up the owner and emailed that address. I got a response saying for me to call. I responded I wasn't able to during normal business hours. At least he sent the Carfax. The next day, they RAISED the price by $1000. Read that again, they RAISED the price. A bit shady don't you think? I never received additional pictures or any other information. I would be wary of doing business with them, there are several red flags. Bad business practices, bait and switch, back door dealings....something is off about this dealer. Be very careful if you are dealing with them for any reason

eaglegrad 16: Family referral sent me to test drive a Malibu and a Buick. The Malibu had obvious suspension issues. Pulled left and a bad front wheel bearing. The Buick was the big winner. Or least it seemed until we popped the hood to inspect and the prop arms were damaged or broken. I had to hold it up while my personal mechanic checked the engine block which had fluid leaks all around the intake, and fluid stains down the side. A hefty $700-$1000 repair. Their Tech was either off duty that day or slacked on inspection.
