Sabbi —: This is the best pharmacy that you can get, I promise you. They remind you to pick up your ready prescriptions, fill your prescriptions quickly and correctly, and have great customer service. Love that they offer shipping for those in true need of it. Only con is the location.. as it’s right by the homeless shelters downtown (hey homeless people need healthcare as well) but if you drive you should have no issues.

Alayna Harlow: nice staff but i dropped off a disposable camera about a month and a half ago and they never called me to pick it up, no big deal. but i picked them up and half of the photos aren’t mine. so if you dropped off a disposable and are missing some i have them
c jeui: Never have prescriptions filled when they say they will. It's 4 hours after they said it would be filled. Still not filled.
Lisa Ramsey: I was seeking information as I may need to switch pharmacies. The technician at the window was in the middle of a task so I waited until she finally looked up & acknowledged my presence, asking what I needed. She then went back to her task, giving me zero attention. I waited until she looked back up at me then I began to ask my question at which point she went back to the task she was working on again. She was also chewing gum like a cow chews its cud. I told her if she couldn't give me the time & attention my inquiry required I would take my business elsewhere. Some people should not be in customer service positions. Do better, Walgreens. You lost a potential customer!
Heather Miller: It's Walgreens, so it has regular Walgreens things. There was a very rude woman in line in front of me, though. I felt so bad for the cashier. The layout is good and it's very clean. Wine selection was extremely low.
karin mortensen: What happen to the store, it is dirty and messy, no shopping carts .when the. Store was first build it was nice but now I will no longer set foot in there. The pharmacy is a joke I tried for hours to talk to some one , they kept hanging up , really sad

Kendall Garcia: Make sure you give yourself an extra 15 to 20 minutes when getting prescriptions. The wait is astronomical and asinine, they need to do better
Alyssa Gritter: This isn’t the closest Walgreens to me, but I still go here religiously. Y’all gotta stop bitchin’ about wait times at the pharmacy, they’re allowed to have staffing issues just like…the rest of the country... and unless you’ve multitasked like a pharmacist at 5pm, just chill. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, despite how awfully they’re spoken to. Mike, the pharmacist, is an absolute gem of a human and has helped me more than once when I had an issue with my scripts. Darrel (Darrell?), who was working the register tonight, lifted everyone’s moods with a constant smile and a quick riff from a popular Disney movie; great voice, by the way! (Ask him to sing you something!) Truly appreciate all of you, I’ve been coming here for years.

Leanne M: I've never had any issues or problems here. It's always been convenient and easy to come in and grab what I need! This is obviously a busy location so sometimes they are out of stock on a few things and the line can tend to move pretty slow
Matthew Clark: DO NOT send your prescriptions here. You will never receive them. It is the worst pharmacy in the history of mankind and I’m not exaggerating.

I have been on hold for an hour with this pharmacy before multiple times, only to be told my medication isn’t in stock. Do not come to this pharmacy if you don’t have at least an hour to spare
H Baldes: No one ever at the counter. had me waiting 20 minutes for someone to come.
Chelsea Dee: They we're out of more than half the Tylenol sizes. I just wanted extra strength Tylenol and the only size they had was 100. Then when I tried to put in my Walgreens Rewards My account wasn't coming up. But I was logged in on my phone and had my membership number right there. The employee didn't know how to look it up and refused to get help from other employees or a manager.I will never give them my business again.It's understandable to not know how to do something but to just stand there and look stupid instead of trying to help is an unacceptable response to a customer's problem.

Matthew B.: They restock (as in, unfill) your prescriptions way too fast, and I’ve had them give me the wrong amount on multiple occasions.Website tells me to call. I call this pharmacy. After ten minutes of frustrating prompts, I finally get past their robot, only to be put on hold for an hour before giving up. This is the pharmacy from hell.If I had to use this pharmacy for the rest of my life, I think I’d rather succumb to my disease.
John Allaben: Horrible wait times at the pharmacy, and it doesn't matter if you go inside or try the drive thru. Everyone here just seems untrained and unprofessional ESPECIALLY the manager Chris. Totally amateur
