Deidra O'Dowd: Very friendly and clean! They were able to see me the same day, actually less than 30min! Doctors are all volunteers and extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend, especially if you don't have insurance or are low income.

Camille Gibson: I needed medical attention but could not afford a doctors visit. I searched for low income clinics. I had horrible visions of long lines and dirty coughing people waiting for to see the doctor. Boy, was I wrong! The Oasis of Hope clinic is clean, no long lines, I was in and out in 30 minutes, kind, compassionate staff. They also gave me a website for prescription comparison prices saving me over $15. These people are there to help. If you do not have insurance please go and get the help you need. It's free or if you can donate some money for your visit you can but its not required. I had been there before, 4 years ago I had a horrible migraine and could not afford to go to the doctor so I went to The Oasis of Hope. Well the doctor took one look and said you are going to the ER, it saved my life, I had a major brain aneurysm. Had the Oasis of Hope not been there I would have not gone to the ER and could have died

Jacolyn Castro: This place is amazing!!! They are so attentive and offer so many services. I went in with a 4 week headache and did 3 treatments of acupuncture and bam! It was gone. The staff is so friendly and i thank them so much for volunteering their time, it's greatly appreciated.

She helped me set up a plan for better health and checks in with me every time I am in for a check up..even when I am not her patient. They are helpful, caring, and always have free samples of medicines ect..for you to take home. If you don't have insurance they will take great care of you. Donations are welcomed.

Suhaila Afshar: The most worst clinic I've ever seen in my life. Employee who is unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place at all if you value yourself. The rude staffer told me there was no appointment for me in the system when I arrived after waiting for a dental appointment for three months.unprofessional and careless about the patient.1 just put 1 star to be able to post my comment. Dr. Palm kept Insulting my son about his asthma, dismissing and ignoring everything we were trying to explain, cutting us off while we were talking and talking over us. If my son didn’t need his wisdom teeth taken out so badly we would of stormed out of there. So unhappy with our experience.

Christian holliday: I Have had a cleaning appointment for a little over a month now so that I can make another appointment to see a dentist. I get there today and they tell me my appointment is canceled because the hygienist is sick. Why is that my problem? They said they called but my phone shows no missed calls. They called a couple weeks later and were able to fit me in for a cleaning. Zeke was very nice and professional and has earned you another star!

I appreciate that they are taking the time to look into these problems and calling to assure their patients.My doctor is great but the people who are supposed to answer the phones aren't. Was on hold for an hour only to be transferred to voicemail. These people need to get it together and actually answer the phone calls in the queue. Sick of wasting my lunch hours

I’m trying to get information about the fee waver program for dental. I have to get my wisdom teeth out ASAP! After reading all of these review you guys need to step up your game. It’s ridiculous that a place people go for help doesn’t ever get back to those people nor seem to even care.
Kelly Marie: Don't bother going here for a dental emergency. I definitely understand walk in appointments get squeeze in where they can but I sat in the waiting room with another walk in lady for hours, we even sat there through several 20 minute or so periods where absolutely no other patients where back there. I completely expect some waiting when doing a walk in but this is just ridiculous.

So I called the Westside location and boy was that a mistake!The receptionist is disgustingly rude, I called based on the info that I received from Burlingame, the rude lady gave me different info and I mentioned what I was previously told and she said in a snide tone "Well that's because I only have 1 dentist"Avoid this place! A dentist that can only see 2 patients a day AND a receptionist who clearly shouldn't be dealing with people, recipe for disaster!!!!!And reading their prior reviews, seems like this receptionist is always like this!!!! 👎

Allysa Jefferson: When i went here my doctor did very little to help me, i would tell her my symptoms and all she would say is that it should go away after a few days but it usually always lasted longer than that and when i went to the hospital about it they said it was more serious than she explained so definitely would not recommend this place if you have a dire medical need because i doubt they will do there best to help you and just today my boyfriend called there twice about a throat problem and they hung up on him both times.

C K: I have been going here for several years. The receptionists are friendly, the staff are personable and remember who you are and are friendly. The doctors are good. My rating is based on comparison to other doctors offices I had been to for several years. I recall just feeling like a number and not an individual. Every place has there good and bad points. Just like every person. The staff here care for each individual and remember your name and who you are.
Lisa Perkins: Went here today for my first doc appointment in years. Was very satisfied with my doctor Lindsay isenhart! She was extremely polite, answered all of my questions and concerns, and made me feel better about my current situation. I will definitely recommend her to my friends!
Phloppy Bunny: I think I know by now why this place gets such low ratings... It's because they know deep down that when you're either very low or no income (like me), they feel you have no true leverage of any sort to be able to get a bit better treatment by their abysmal front desk reception people. The doctors and dentists there seem to be knowledgeable and pleasant enough. But, yes... It's true what others have already said here about the receptionist people and their overall apathy minded attitude. I think that has played a factor more than once in my dealings with them. Including yet again recently. But, I'd rather not go into specific details here. Wouldn't help matters anyway. Just keep in mind what you're likely in for when you start dealing with this place. If I could have, I would have given ZERO stars for that place.

Charles Tisron: Been going to cherry health for three years with chronic health issues. My doctor is Dr. Varma. I'm 65 and she is the best doc I've ever had. I've also used the lions club eye clinic at cherry health. Also great people. I have also had to use the dental clinic. The dental was good, but I wanted a teeth cleaning, NOT a root planing. But they wouldn't do what I asked for. I will never get a root planing ever again. Even the numbing shots are to many and to painful.

C W: Takes a very long time to get a hold of them. I sent an email September 21, got no response after at least three business days, so I sent another email. Got a call back 4 days AFTER my follow-up (September 28) asking for another call from me. Called them the 29th AND October 3, and I'm still waiting for any response. I've been waiting two weeks for a response.I've waited years for the treatment I seek, and now I have to wait longer for some reason. I'm about to tell the organization who referred me that I'm not getting any responses from Cherry Health and maybe try something different.

Alison Soderquist: Upfront about pricing, informative, and very kind. Didn’t feel judged or pressured in any way during my STD test, and was allowed to self-swab. I’m not personally religious and understand that this is a technically a religious facility, and in fact I accidentally made an appointment here thinking I was making an appointment at the local planned parenthood— but the staff is very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable and welcome. Would recommend to anyone for comprehensive STD/bacterial testing and information related to STDs. The testing also includes treatments for positive diagnoses and informational summary printouts from the CDC.
Regina Maslakova: I called freaking out pregnant wanting to seek an abortion and this girl named I believe it was Vanessa who helped me calm down and chose to keep my baby, but it turned out to be a false positive either way this girl really took the time out of her day to listen to my concerns. I just really don't know what I would have done if she didn't console me the way she had. I appreciate the PRC so much for this moment interaction you guys have great employees.
Frania Boone: Treated very disrespectfully on the phone and via text. Website states that you are entitled to a "Limited ultrasound" after having a positive pregnancy test to verify pregnancy, hear fetal heartbeat, etc. The lady on the phone just kept saying the same sentence "We only do limited ultrasounds. What you need is an OB". Very disappointed in that woman, and by extension organization.
Holly Rogers: Trash, absolute garbage place to go. They are anti choice and force their religious views on you. Zero stars if I could. They are not a credible facility in my opinion and I would discourage anyone who wanted to go here.

Laureen Schmidt: I tried to go to PRC today for an ultrasound and was told I would need to make an appointment because spots fill up quickly for ultrasounds. That's fine, I completely understand that. What I didn't like was that I was taken into a room to schedule an ultrasound and was asked what my plan was for the baby. I said I was going to keep it. The woman working then says well we like to reserve those appointments for women who are unsure on what they are going to do....like really?? So because I said I planned on keeping the baby I'm not entitled to a free ultrasounds like your website boasts. Thanks a lot PRC!

The nurse was cheerful, but giggly when she asked if if "you found out you were pregnant today, what would happen?" I understand why she asked that question, but don't act all cute.So the result come back...I don't have BV. Well, I still have the symptoms, and it's getting annoying. I finally went to my regular doctor a few days later. Guess what? I have BV. I got proper treatment and was better a few days later. I ghosted the doctor when she called me back with the third party lab results. She left PHI on my voice mail, which is a huge no-no.Also, the board of directors doesn't have a single doctor, or medical professional on it. I find it ironic that an organization that provides care for pregnant women has one female on its board of directors. The rest are all male CEO/CFOs.

Tabitha Hunter: This clinic will NOT provide abortion services. This is a "Crisis Pregnancy Clinic." These clinics are tax payer funded to delay and provide misleading information to women seeking abortion until they are too late into pregnacy.
Cristine Fuhrman: Highly qualified medical staff. Licensed nurses as well as registered sonographers to provide care and ultrasounds at the same level as physicians office. Board members comprised of doctors and other medical professionals. Caring staff that provides judgement free answers and information.
Jillian Otto: their free ultrasound is the same as what you’d get from an OB-GYN. They offer judgment free care.
Kiera Honderd: The prc is very professional and has well trained staff that are able to give information about all your options. Wether thats adoption, abortion, or raising a child. I was in very good hands, and very well informed.

I'm grateful for the work of pregnancy resource centers here and across the country -- a PRC helped me years ago when I was facing an unplanned pregnancy.
